<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the use of digital technology on the effectiveness of promotion services at the Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Special Region of Yogyakarta. The data collection method was carried out through questionnaires which were distributed to 52 respondents consisting of employees at BKD Yogyakarta Special Region who had used digital technology services. Data analysis was performed using a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of the study show that the use of digital technology has a significant effect on the effectiveness of promotion services at BKD, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The regression coefficient value shows a positive and significant number between the variable use of digital technology (X) and the effectiveness of promotion services (Y). Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that BKD Special Region of Yogyakarta increase the use of digital technology in promotion services to improve service effectiveness.]]>

<![CDATA[Effect of Leverage, Free Cash Flow, and Profitability on Profit Management. Te purpose of this study was to empirically examine the Effect of Leverage, Free Cash Flow, and Profitability on Earning Management using the modified Jones Model. This research uses secondary data on consumer cyclicals companies that are listed on the IDX and generate profits in 2018-2021. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 28 companies with an observation period of 4 years. The dat analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that leverage has a positive effect on Earnings Management, but Free Cash Flow has a negative effect on earnings management and Profitability has a negative effect on earnings management.]]>

<![CDATA[The rise of the culinary business in the coffee shop sector in Palu City has increased business competition rapidly, requiring business actors to be competitive. Therefore Re.kreasi coffee needs to formulate the right business model and requires a new strategy in order to achieve competitive advantage. The purpose of this activity is to find out the product innovation of the manual brew aero press method on Re.kreasi coffee. The analytical tool used to solve the problem is a business SWOT analysis. The result of this study is that the results of the SWOT analysis test show that the right strategy for the market phenomenon faced by Re.kreasi coffee is product innovation. The selected product is Aero Press using the manual brew processing method. During the four months it was implemented, it had a positive impact on Re.kreasi coffee, both operational performance, competitive advantage and revenue from sales of Aero Press products.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the extent to which insolvency and liquidity ratios affect financial performance. This research is a quantitative research method using data in the form of financial statements of the Islamic banking sector at the Financial Services Authority for the period 2017 – 2021. This study used a purposive sampling method as a sampling technique. The variables used in this study are insolvency (X1), liquidity (X2). Based on the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded from this research that: Insolvency has a significant positive effect on the financial performance of Islamic banking companies registered with the financial services authority in 2017-2021. This means that the companies listed in the OJK do not experience bankruptcy. Likewise with the Liquidity ratio which has a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of Islamic banking companies registered with the financial services authority in 2017-2021. This means that Islamic banking companies are able to fulfill their short-term obligations at maturity. Therefore, the financial performance of Islamic banking in Indonesia is good and growing. In this study, the data analysis method used was descriptive statisrics using the stata 14 program.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem that arises in the recruitment of freelance workers is the lack of careful recruitment planning, which results in failure to achieve company goals. In addition, it is common to find freelance workers who lack motivation or enthusiasm in carrying out their duties, thus hindering the achievement of the desired goals. The research method used is descriptive research and qualitative research. Collecting data by surveying research objects and direct interviews with several directors of wedding organizers in the city of Magelang. Recruitment and selection strategies for freelance workers in the field of wedding organizer services in Magelang City need to be carried out carefully to obtain a workforce that fits the company's needs. In this discussion, we have identified several strategies that can be implemented, including building networks with related parties, creating clear job descriptions and qualifications, using online recruitment platforms, adopting selection tests and interviews, and verifying references and work experience. Overall, the strategy of recruiting and selecting freelance workers in the field of wedding organizer services in the City of Magelang is very important to ensure companies can obtain a quality workforce that suits their needs. By implementing the strategies that have been discussed, companies can build a team of freelance workers who are reliable, creative and able to provide the best service to clients.]]>

<![CDATA[The Magelang branch of J.CO Donuts & Coffee is the market leader for the donut and coffee business in Magelang City. However, nowadays there are many brand competitors offering donuts and coffee similar to J.CO Donuts & Coffee. These competitors are both from multinational brands, based on observations via Google Maps it is known that there are 206 brands in Magelang in the form of cafes and donut businesses. because many competitors make consumers have many other choices and increase the possibility of customers choosing to enjoy coffee other than J.CO Donuts & Coffee. The research design used in this research is descriptive statistical research using a quantitative approach. In this study, the sample was taken using random sampling technique, the sample size in this study was determined by the Cochran formula, the calculation was rounded off to 96 samples. The data analysis technique used by the researcher is multiple linear regression analysis. The correlation coefficient value of 0.29 in the marketing mix means that any increase in the marketing mix will increase consumer satisfaction by 0.29 or 29%. The correlation coefficient value of 0.78 means that any increase in service quality will result in customer satisfaction of 0.78 or 78%. This means that the higher the work environment, the performance of teachers and employees will increase. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is the result of research to find out how effective the revenue from land and building tax in Kotapinang sub-district is at the regional revenue management agency for South Labuhanbatu Regency and to find out how the efforts made by the Kotapinang regional government in increasing land and building tax revenue. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. In this study the authors conducted interviews with companies. And using two data, namely primary and secondary data. The results showed that the amount of land and building tax revenue in Kotapinang District at the South Labuhanbatu Regency Revenue Management Agency in 2018 was 23%, 2019 was 18%, 2020 was 21%, and 2021 was 32%. Efforts made by the Kotapinang regional government in increasing land and building tax revenues are by conducting outreach to taxpayers about the importance of paying taxes with the aim of growing taxpayer self-awareness to pay taxes. In addition, creating an e-tax application that can be accessed using a smartphone to make it easier for taxpayers to pay taxes.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the calculation of the cost of production with the Activity Based Costing method at PT. Thanks to the Eternal Peace of Medan. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative research method. With data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation studies. The analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis technique using Activity Based Costing (ABC) method analysis. The research results show that the calculation of the cost of production at PT. Thanks to Damai Abadi Medan using the traditional method by adding up all fixed costs and variable costs where the traditional system uses the number of units produced as the basis for calculating the cost of production. Determination of Cost of Production based on the Activity-Based Costing System consists of two stages, namely the procedure stage first and second stage procedures. The Activity-Based Costing System uses more Cost Drivers, therefore the Activity-Based Costing System is able to determine more accurate results and does not cause cost distortions. The Activity Based Costing method produces more accurate selling prices for products compared to traditional methods. only cost drivers for all types of products.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to (1) describe the implementation of the Self-help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program in Siwalempu Village, Donggala Regency. (2) reviewing and measuring the effectiveness of the implementation of the BSPS program in Siwalempu Village, Donggala Regency. (3) future efforts so that program implementation runs effectively. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative research. Sources of research data consist of observations, interviews, results of recording in the field and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be seen that (1) the implementation of the BSPS Program in Siwalempu village has been going quite well. (2) the implementation of the BSPS program in Siwalempu village, Donggala district has not been effective. This can be seen from the implementation of the BSPS program in Siwalempu village, which has not been fully achieved due to the fact that the program has not been fully used referring to the established mechanisms and procedures. This self-help housing stimulant assistance program is able to improve the social life of residents by helping residents in need.]]>
