Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menerangkan terkait peran dari sumber daya manusia pada pengembangan pariwisata di Kabupaten Magelang. Metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dan metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yakni melalui observasi, analisis dokumen, hasil wawancara dan studi pustaka sebagai instrument pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pariwisata di Indonesia mempunyai peran yang besar sebagai pengerak ekonomi. Masyarakat dikawasan pariwisata merupakan sumber daya manusia yang mempunyai peranan penting untuk berkonstribusi dalam meningkatkan pariwisata didaerah tersebut. Peran sumber daya manusia dalam pengembangan pariwisata di Kabupaten Magelang merupakan aspek keberhasilan dalam melakukan pengembangan potensi wisata yang ada. Peran sumber daya manusia selaku penggerak industri pariwisata bisa diwujudkan melalui pendidikan kepariwisataan dan pelatihan ketrampilan pariwisata, yang akan meningkatkan pelayanan serta keprofesionalan SDM pariwisata. Sehingga akan meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung. Untuk masyarakat disekitar wilayah wisata akan merasakan manfaat dari pengembangan pariwisata didaerahnya yaitu sebagai sarana mata pencaharian yang dapat membantu mensejahterakan perekonomian masyarakat. Abstract: This study aims to identify and explain the role of human resources in the development of tourism in Magelang Regency. The analysis in this study used a qualitative descriptive analysis. The data collection methods used were observation, document analysis, interviews and literature study as data collection instruments. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that tourism in Indonesia has a major role as an economic driver. The community of tourists is a human resource that has an important role to contribute in increasing tourism in the area. The role of human resources in the development of tourism in Magelang Regency is an aspect of success in developing existing tourism potential. The role of human resources as the driving force for the tourism industry can be realized through tourism education and tourism skills training, which will improve the service and professionalism of tourism human resources. So that it will increase the number of visitors who visit. The community around the tourist area will benefit from the development of tourism in their area, namely as a means of livelihood that can help prosper the economy of the community.

Abstract

Perkembangan di era globalisasi sangat bergantung pada sektor ekonomi sebagai ukuran keberhasilan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah. Peran masyarakat dalam pembangunan nasional, khususnya dalam pembangunan ekonomi, adalah Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Posisi UMKM dalam perekonomian nasional memiliki peran penting dan strategis. Kondisi ini sangat dimungkinkan karena keberadaan UMKM cukup dominan dalam perekonomian Indonesia.UMKM setelah krisis ekonomi terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Ini juga membuktikan bahwa UMKM mampu bertahan di tengah krisis ekonomi. UMKM juga terbukti menyerap tenaga kerja yang lebih besar dalam perekonomian nasional. Dengan banyaknya pekerja yang terserap, sektor UMKM mampu meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Dengan demikian UMKM dianggap memiliki peran strategis dalam mengurangi pengangguran dan kemiskinan. Untuk kontribusi dan peran UMKM, penting bagi pemerintah untuk terus mendukung UMKM melalui penguatan sehingga peran mereka sebagai pilar dalam membangun ekonomi bangsa dapat berjalan optimal.

Abstract

Magelang Regency has so many interesting tourism places to visit. The tourism sector is one of the sectors that has the potential to improve the people's economy. One of the most popular tourist attractions is Borobudur Temple. Development of people’s economy-based tourism can improve the welfare of the community around tourist sites. With the growth of tourism, it will be linearly proportional to the growth of the surrounding MSMEs. This populist economy-based tourism means tourism based on the economic strength of the people in the form of businesses or community groups altogether to process economic resources that can contribute to the welfare of local communities. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of populist economy-based tourism in Magelang Regency. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method based on literature review and a literature approach on the phenomenon of tourism in developing the people's economy in Magelang Regency in 2017 - 2019, with a case study on a tourist spot, namely the Borobudur Temple. The results showed that the development of populist economy-based tourism gave rise to many MSMEs and could improve the economy of the people around the tourism sites in Magelang Regency.

Abstract

Human resource planning determines in anticipating of future business, demand in the corporate environment, and discovers personal requests that arise from those needs. While human resource planning as a management process to determine how organization determines position. However, the link between human resource planning and strategic management is often overlooked. The research method uses an empirical qualitative design that is descriptive exploration to describe and explain the activities or objects under study relating to the study of phenomena in more detail or distinguish them from other phenomena. Through this process the company is expected to have Human Resources in the right amount, quality, place, time and produce long-term benefits for both individuals and organizations. The tourism sector is one of the sectors and the Indonesian government to generate foreign exchange, therefore the use, development, management and funding of tourism areas must receive serious attention from the government by involving the role of government agencies, stakeholders involved in participating share public relations. Human Resources planning must be integrated with the organization's short-term and long-term planning goals. The results of the evaluation of long-term HR planning are used as a basis for organizational succession planning. The planning process often does not run smoothly, because policy planning is not made in detail, resulting in a gap between company policy and personnel policy and its application in practice.

Abstract

An organizational transformation that results in "dramatic" events that must be addressed by all members of the organization. This study uses three basic theories from Kurt Lewin that explain the process of change in an organization, namely unfreezing, movement, and refreezing. The phenomenon that occurs at Tidar University as a new university is the optimization of human resources towards Indonesia 2045. Humans with self empowerment and flexibility as agents of change in developing management strategies for successful organizational performance towards equality with other PTN. This research was conducted to examine the implementation of the role of professional resources on organizational transformation as an agent of change. This research was conducted through a literature study that refers to research and critical review of previous theories. As for the relevance of our data, we distributed questionnaires to 25% of the total employees as baseline deep in interviews in group discussions to share professional experiences, understand our own assumptions and assumptions of others and to understand the profession. The analysis uses Lewin's three-step process approach to agents of change in change in organizations. In a critical review change management has a constructive framework for managing organizational change through the process phase. The results of this study provide theories and practical implications of a process of change by the "agent of change".

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred globally has an impact on various sectors in Indonesia including the MSMEs sector. Based on these conditions, a marketing strategy is needed for MSMEs in Indonesia to be sustainable. The research aims to analyze and describe marketing strategies for MSMEs to survive in the Covid-19 pandemic condition. This research uses exploratory qualitative analysis with participatory observation techniques. This research uses primary data from observations and secondary data from previous studies. The results recommend MSMEs to sell their products via e-commerce and promote via digital marketing as a marketing strategy. Moreover, MSMEs need to optimizing customer marketing relationships in order to create a loyal customer. Loyal customers have the potential to make repeat purchases and recommend products to other potential consumers. By implementing this strategy, it is hoped that the MSME business will continue to survive and have a positive impact on society and the economy.

Abstract

National development is a continuous effort to improve the quality of people and society in Indonesia. Economic development that was originally oriented to the growth of large-scale industries shifted to economic development that was more emphasis on the populist economy. One of them through SMEs but many small industries or SMEs that can not grow one of them is the industri krupuk rambak  in Kendal because of the lack of ability of their MSDM so many businesses out of business. With the improvement of the quality of MSDM and also the role of government is expected to improve the knowledge and skills of entrepreneurs in terms of technology, facilities and infrastructure, capital and marketing.

Abstract

Universities as higher education institutions have an important role in the process of encouraging the growth of entrepreneurs. Tidar University is always trying to create new entrepreneurs. However, Tidar University has not yet evaluated how much the effectiveness of entrepreneurship teaching on students' entrepreneurial readiness. Therefore, research is needed in analyzing the factors that affect entrepreneurial readiness. The research was conducted at Tidar University from March to April 2020. The population of this study was students of the Faculty of Agriculture from Semester 2 to Semester 8 in the 2019/2020 academic year. The number of samples is 120 people. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the more students get training, the more ready they are to become entrepreneurs. Students suggest the following training to complement their existing skills: a) digital marketing, b) practical work training, c) success story seminars, d) business risks, e) business basics and soft skills, f) facing global markets and innovation, g) performance management, h) entrepreneurial mentality and spirit, i) how to capture business opportunities, j) marketing, k) time management and money management, l) agrosociopreneurs, m) building networks, and n) business tips and tricks. Students with high entrepreneurial education intentions have relatively less entrepreneurial readiness. This is because they have a lot of knowledge base which encourages them to be more careful if they want to start a business. Students have the perception that entrepreneurial readiness cannot be measured by the GPA value. Entrepreneurial experience encourages students to be ready to return to entrepreneurship

Abstract

Indonesia is predicted to get a demographic bonus in 2020-2030. A demographic bonus will be beneficial if Indonesia's human development index (HDI) is high quality. In ASEAN, HDI Indonesia ranks 6th out of 10 countries. The government is intensively pushing the creative industries and MSMEs to become agents of development to maximize the demographic bonus that Indonesia will face. The government is targeting at least 2020 to print 1,000 digital technopreneurs, one million farmers and fishers, and eight million SMEs going digital. The purpose of this study is to determine the general picture, the benefits, and the extent to which HR influences the creative industry and MSMEs. Total Quality Management is an approach that tries to maximize the competitiveness of organizations through several improvements: increasing human resources, the quality of products, services, processes, and the environment. The results of research with the application and implementation of the concept of Total Quality Management (TQM) in the creative industry and MSMEs that human resources have a significant role in increasing creativity to produce products according to market demand, optimizing the use of information and communication technology, and increasing creative industries with fellow creative industries as well as colleges.

Abstract
