Abstract

This research is in the background of the phenomenon of employee turnover or high labour turnover in tourism sector especially employees at Harper Hotel Kuta. The research aims to analyse and prove the impact of financial compensation, workload and the working environment on turnover intention. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The technique of sample used is with nonprobability sampling technique, namely by sampling saturated. Number of respondents used 65 employees Harper Hotel Kuta. Analysis of multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 23. Acquired regression equation: Y = 30.664-0, 466X1 + 0, 600X2 – 0, 232X3. The results of this study show that; First, financial compensation negatively affects the turnover intention employees of Harper Hotel Kuta. Secondly, the workload has a positive effect on the turnover of intention employees at Harper Hotel Kuta. Third, the work environment negatively affects the turnover intention employees of Harper Hotel Kuta. Fourth, the magnitude of influence donated by financial compensation, the workload and the working environment of the turnover intention employees of Harper Hotel Kuta is 52.3%. Some of the suggestions that can be conveyed from this study include; Empower employee cooperatives to support the welfare of employees, see the suitability of job description and job spesification, conduct routine maintenance of tools and machines and ensure the safety of employees in doing work.

Abstract

This research is behind the phenomenon of communication, compensation and environment that still felt less in Hotel Mercure Legian Bali. There are often errors in the delivery of information, delays in providing information and also often occurs negative communication between department employees with others so that it can affect the performance in the hotel itself. The compensation given by the company has been in accordance with the existing rules but on the other hand there are still many employees who still feel less because of the high cost of living and the work environment is still not conducive to be assessed as a factor in improving employee performance.This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample technique used is proportional random samplingtechnique, which is the sampling technique with regard to the strata (level) in the population. The samples in this study were as many as 84 employees. The analyses used were multiple linear regression analyses through SPSS version 23 programs. The regression equation obtained: Y = 1.957 + 0,370X1 + 0,354X2 + 0,183X3. The results showed: first, the communication has positive effect on the employee's performance at the Mercure Legian Bali Hotel. Secondly, compensation positively affects employees ' performance at the Mercure Legian Bali Hotel. Thirdly, the environment positively affects the employee's performance at the Mercure Legian Bali Hotel. Fourth, simultaneous communication, compensation, and work environment have a positive and significant impact on the employee's performance at the Mercure Legian Bali Hotel.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of advertising, brand image and service quality n purchasing decisions for medical devices (orthopedics) at PT. Adiska Sarana Medika. The sample analysis technique used purposive sampling method, where the sample is a customer of PT. Adiska Sarana Medika, as many as 80 people. The analysis technique used is to use Multiple Regression Analysis, which has previously been tested for validity, reliability test and classical assumption test. The results of the analysis show that 1) Advertising has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase medical devices (orthopedics) at PT. Adiska Sarana Media. 2) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for medical devices (orthopedics) at PT. Adiska Sarana Media; 3) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for medical devices (orthopedics) at PT. Adiska Sarana Media; and 4) Advertising, brand image and< service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for medical devices (orthopedics) at PT. Adiska Sarana Media. The implication in this research is that PT. Adiska Sarana Media needs to improve advertising, brand >image and service quality in an effort to improve purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of communication on the performance of employees of Bali Mitra Wahana Rafting in Karangasem Regency, knowing the influence of work discipline on employee performance, knowing the influence of communication and work discipline on employee performance, knowing the great influence of communication and working discipline on employee performance and knowing the free variables that are dominant influence on employee performance in Bali Mitra Wahana Rafting in Karangasem regency. In this study, used as a sample is the employee of Bali Mitra Wahana Rafting in Karangasem regency. The sampling techniques in this study using the population method are the sampling methods of all popoulation for accurate data for research purposes. The analytical techniques used were regression analyses with hypothesis testing using the F test and T test. The results showed that communication and work discipline were influential in employee performance of employees. Communications partially have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.Work disciplines partially have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Communication and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the performance of Employees in Bali Mitra Wahana Rafting in Karangasem regency, this is analyzed simultaneously, can be proved through a regression coefficient of communication and work discipline on the performance of Employees Bali Wahana Rafting in Karangasem regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is : 1) know the influence of financial incentives on employee performance, 2) know the influence of non-financial incentives on employee performance, 3) know the impact of job experience on employee performance, 4) know the free variables that influence the dominant impact on employee performance, and 5) Know the great influence of financial incentives , non-financial incentives and work experience on the employee performance of PT Bali Baramundi, Benoa. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Bali Baramundi, Benoa which amounted to 60 people. The analysis tools used are multiple linear regression analyses. The hypothesis test used is T-Test to test the partial influence of financial incentives, non-financial incentives and job experience on employee performance, as well as analysis of determinations to analyse the magnitude of the effect of free variables on bonded variables. Acquired regression equation: Y = 0.745 + 0, 390X1 + 0, 233X2 + 0, 270X3. This Model shows that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence on the financial incentives to employee performance, 2) there are positive and significant influence of non-financial incentives to employee performance, 3) there are positive and significant influence of job experience on employee's performance, 4) Financial incentives are a free variable that has a dominant effect on employee performance, and 5) The magnitude of influence donated by financial incentives, non-financial incentives and job experience on the employee's performance of PT. Bali Baramundi, Benoa is 61.1%.

Abstract

This research is triggered by the phenomenom of purchasing decisions on the online store Mephoto_Project. This research is used to analyze and prove the effect of reativity, innovation, and review of purchasing decisions. Quantitative methods use for this research. The sample technique used is incidental sampling technique. The numbrt of respondents are 105 consumers. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 24. Regression equation obtained: Y = 5,063 + 0,251X1 + 0,257X2 + 0,212X3. This research has results indicate that: First, creativity has a positive impact on purchasing decisions on Mephoto_Project. Second, innovation has a positive impact on purchasing decision on Mephoto_Project. Third, the review has a positive impact on purchasing decision on Mephoto_Project. Fourth, the amount of influence contributed by creativity, innovation, and review of purchasing decisions on Mephoto_Project is 18.9%

Abstract

Quality The performance of employees at Amaris Hotel Legian Bali is inseparable from the selection and placement process carried out on site. both in conducting the selection process that is passed through the academic selection through a CV that has been sent, then by field interviews with the department head according to the applicant, then selection of health tests with a health certificate and some health test results sent to the place, and then the final interview test with the hotel leadership is the Hotel Manager Amaris Hotel Legian. Then placed or through the placement process by placing prospective employees in accordance with what prospective employees apply. This study functions and aims to analyze the effect of selection and placement on employee performance at Amaris Hotel Legian Bali. where the number of samples in this study were 75 respondents, namely all employees working on the research object. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire and documentation. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. In multiple linear regression analysis obtained the following regression equation Y = 8.597 + 0.495X1 + 0.278X2. in addition to this it is also proven that the Effect of Selection on Employee Performance at Amaris Hotel Legian Bali is a positive and significant effect as evidenced by the significance value of less than 0.05 which is equal to 0,000. while the Effect of Placement on Employee Performance at Amaris Hotel Legian Bali is a positive and significant effect as evidenced by the significance value smaller than 0.05 which is equal to 0.002. for the effect of Selection and Placement on Employee Performance at Amaris Hotel Legian Bali is 33.8%

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of motivation, labor discipline, and work environment toward employee performance at LPK Monarch Dalung-Bali. The sampling technique used in this study is census technique taken from all employees at LPK Monarch Dalung-Bali as many as 38 people. The analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression with Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 15.0 for windows. The results showed that 1) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at LPK Monarch Dalung-Bali. 2) Labor discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at LPK Monarch Dalung-Bali. 3) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at LPK Monarch DalungBali. The advices in this study indicate that the company could be defended and improved the motivation, labor discipline, and work environment in increasing employee performance. The improvement of employee motivation had better do by giving the salary based on the competence, workload, and achievement. The improvement of labor discipline should be done by increasing the understanding of employee on the regulation in company. Furthermore, the improvement of work environment could be done by adding ventilations and plants around the room to get a fluent air circulation and make the employee more comfortable to work.

Abstract

Competition is facing the era of increasingly high free trade, including competition in the tourism sector. So it requires human resources who have the knowledge and skills that can meet global demands so that a development program is needed to increase the ability to carry out duties and responsibilities. This research aims to analyze the effect of job training and communication on employee performance at the Grand Inna Kuta Hotel. The data collection technique in this research is a questionnaire. Sampling in this research using disproportional sampling method. The respondents who were taken as samples in this research were 108 employees of the Grand Inna Kuta Hotel. The analytical tools used to answer the problems in this research are data quality test, classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis resulted in the regression equation model Y = 9,059 + 0.322 X1 + 0.174 X2. Job training has a positive and significant effect of 0.322, confirmed by testing the hypothesis which shows the tcount of 2.305 is greater than the t table of 1.657, with a significance of 0.023 (0.023 <0.05). Communication (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) of 0.174, confirmed by hypothesis testing which shows that the tcount of 1.969 is greater than the t table of 1.657 with a significance of 0.042 (0.042 <0.05). Job training independent variable (X1) has a standardized coefficients beta value of 0.264, while communication has a standardized coefficients beta value of 0.226, so it can be concluded that job training independent variable (X1) has a more dominant influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, job training and communication together contributed 19.7% to the employee performance of Hotel Grand Inna Kuta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of BPK Representative Bali employees, find out the influence of work stress on employee performance on BPK Representative Bali, find out the influence of emotional intelligence and work stress on employee performance on BPK Perwakila Bali. In this study, the sample used was the employee of BPK Representative Bali. The sampling technique in this research uses nonprobability sampling technique, which is saturated sampling. The number of respondents used in this study is 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t test. The results showed that emotional intelligence affected the performance of employees at the Bali Representative BPK and work stress negatively affected the performance of employees at the Bali Representative BPK. Emotional intelligence partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y), which can be seen in the regression coefficient b₁X₂. Emotional intelligence (X₁) and work stress (X₂).
