Abstract

This writing aims to analyze what should be the attitude of God's servants ethically towards God's call and service tasks that God has entrusted to him based on Philippians 2:21-21.  God's call is God's initiative and will in His grace for everyone He has chosen, and the service that God has entrusted to His servants is an honor.  However, it was found that some of God's servants did not show an ethical attitude in accordance with their status as God's servants, so that they became a stumbling block within the church environment as a community of believers, as well as outside the church as an environment to be reached for Christ.  In this paper, the approach used is descriptive qualitative method, by collecting data through the Bible and other literature books such as journals, interviews and as well as through documents that have a relationship with the topic of discussion such as social media Youtube.  As a result, a servant of God is ethically obliged to have the nature of loyalty to God who has called him.  Second, a servant of God is ethically obligated to be an example in the service that God has entrusted to him.  In conclusion, a servant of God is essentially an ethical human being because he is called by God who is the Source of Ethics, so that the servant of God needs to clearly grasp the essence of his calling by realizing that serving is an honor and grace in God's call.  Thus he is required to show an ethical attitude, namely: a servant of God is ethically obliged to have the nature of loyalty to God who has called him.  Second, a servant of God is ethically obligated to be an example in the service that God has entrusted to him.

Teachers are the spearhead to improve the quality of education because whether or not the quality of education is good or not, one of which will be determined by the teacher himself. Therefore, teachers need to be motivated and enthusiastic to teach more actively and diligently to share their knowledge with their students. In the learning process, teachers are required to be able to make innovations because students have their own uniqueness, so teachers are expected to be able to meet the needs of students in obtaining learning. The activities and workload of teachers in the world of education are currently increasing. The existence of awards in the form of rewards can increase the motivation of teachers in carrying out their duties and obligations. The criteria for a good teacher are not only seen from the criteria for education and experience, but other criteria are needed such as personality competence, pedagogical competence and social competence. These criteria will be the benchmark in selecting teachers who will receive rewards. The existence of an effective decision-making system to facilitate the determination of tutor rewards. The profile matching method is applied to obtain ranking search results that show the highest to the lowest scores for each teacher, from the ranking results, teachers are selected who will get rewards. The implementation of a website-based tutoring teacher reward application using the profile matching method can run well.

Abstract

PT BRASU is a private company in the coal mining sector. Coal depositional environment below the earth's surface has different characteristics. The higher the water content, the lower the calorific value of coal. Methods of analysis in the form of Pearson's r test, regression test, and t test. The percentage of total moisture on the mine front is 21.37% (arb), with an average coal calorific value of 6537 cal/g. Based on the results of the Pearson r test, it was obtained at 0.950, the results of the regression test obtained the calorific value of coal of 6540.1 cal/g. While the t test obtained t_5,27> t_(3,182) shows a significant positive correlation (there is an effect) which is significant proximate quality on total moisture (TM) on the calorific value of coal in the mining front. The quality of coal that must be considered is to avoid mining when the soil is still wet after it rains.
