Abstract

Masalah yang menjadi kajian dari penelitian ini adalah mengenai Pengambilan Keputusan Pimpinan dalam Pengembangan Karir Karyawan. Salah satu faktor tersebut adalah sistem informasi manajemen yaitu sistem informasi manajemen kepegawaian. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, pokok masalah yang diungkap dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh sistem informasi manajemen kepegawaian terhadap pengambilan keputusan pimpinan dalam pengembangan karier pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan perhitungan diperoleh hasil hipotesis alternatif yang menyatakan Terdapat Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian (X) Terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Pimpinan Dalam Pengembangan Karier Pegawai (Y) di Di Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine: 1) Motivation, Competence, Work Environment and Performance of Employees in Private-owned Politechnic; 2) to determine the effect of motivation on Employee Performance, 3) to determine the effect of Competence on employee performance; 4) to determine the effect of Work Environment Employee Performance; 5) to determine the effect of Motivation, Competence and the Work Environment simultaneously on Employee Performance Politeknik Pajajaran Insan Cinta Bangsa Bandung. The method is a method of research used census (population) of 35 respondents using descriptive analysis and verifikatif. From the results of descriptive analysis showed that the total effect of motivation (X1) of the Employee Performance (Y) of 63.3%, the total effect of Competency (X2) of the Employee Performance (Y) of 14.8%, and the total effect of Work Environment (X3) Performance of Employees (Y) of 7.7%. While the influence of Competence, Motivation, Corporate Culture of Performance jointly or simultaneously have the effect of a total of 85.8%.

Abstract

High and low of productive behavior of an employee really determines their work productivity, therefore it is necessary to foster the productive behavior. One way to foster productive behavior can be done with a conducive organizational climate. This study aims to determine how much influence the organizational climate on the productive behavior of employees in the Human Resources Section in the Regional Cleaning Company Bandung. The research method used is descriptive explanatory survey method. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression test and a significance test with the coefficient F. The results of the data analysis showed that the organizational climate on the Productive Behavior of employees was 32.442%. alternative hypothesis which states that there is a positive influence between organizational climate and employee productive behavior. The organizational climate and the productive behavior of employees as a whole are optimal, because the total scores obtained are both in the high category, but there are still things that must be considered, including management must be able to increase the empowerment of its employees so that the behavior and work performance of employees becomes more optimal.

Abstract

The level of efficiency of a company in utilizing fixed assets can be measured by calculating the turnover of fixed assets to measure the level of profit generated in relation to its fixed assets by calculating the profitability ratio, proxied by return on assets. This study aims to determine the effect of fixed asset turnover on return on assets at PT. BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung. The research method used is descriptive with quantitative data types. While the type of research is explanatory level research that explains the position of the variables studied and the relationship between one variable and another. Data collection techniques using documentation, interviews and literature study. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis. The results obtained show that there is no influence between the turnover of fixed assets on the return on assets at PT. BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung.

Abstract

Worship is an obligatory thing for us Muslims, especially prayer. The purpose of this study was to test the calculation of prayer cycles based on Arduino Uno. System Development Methods In this study the authors use prototype development starting from the communication stage to system testing. Researchers want to make a tool that can help us in worship, namely the implementation of ultrasonic sensors to count prayer cycles based on Arduino Uno, with a rakaat counter by ultrasonic sensors and the brain from this system by Arduino as input and output. After testing the tool, and the tool is functioning properly, the rak'ah counter will count when we do prostration. Then with a prayer schedule has been set.reminder it will sound according to the delay that.

Abstract

The problem that becomes the study of this research is about employee promotion decisions. The core of the study focused on the factors that influence employee promotion decisions. One of these factors is communication, namely formal communication. Based on this, the main problem revealed in this study is there any influence of formal communication on employee promotion decisions.The research method used is the descriptive method, with questionnaire data collection techniques on a scale of five Likert categories, to 54 employees who have experienced appointment at the Regional Civil Service Agency of West Java Province. The data analysis technique used is a simple regression test.Based on the calculations obtained by the results of alternative hypotheses stating "There is the Effect of Formal Communication (X) on Employee Promotion Decision Making (Y) in the Regional Civil Service Agency of West Java Province." While the magnitude of the influence of formal communication on employee promotion decisions is equal to 15.60%, the remaining 84.4% influenced by other factors Keywords: formal communication, promotion, decision making.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between Informal Communication and Work Effectiveness of Employees in the Career Development Section of the Regional Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province. The problems studied in this study relate to the existence of low employee performance and effectiveness in the Career Development Section of the Regional Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province. The research method used is descriptive analytical method. The data analysis technique used is correlation test using Rank Spearman correlation and hypothesis testing using t-student test. The results of the study, the employee's perception of the Informal Communication Program is "medium". Meanwhile, for shows the employee's perception of the employee's work effectiveness is "high". Informal Communication with Employee Work Effectiveness in the Career Development Section of the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province, in general, is good. Abstract

Cibeunying Kidul District is a government agency that has implemented a computerized population data recording system in its work, such as at the time of applying for a KK and KTP, only some still use the manual method, namely when applying for incoming and outgoing moving letters. The process of recording data manually in a ledger provided directly by service officers. This of course makes time inefficient, because the data recording process takes a long time.The Population Service Information System Design Solution is quite effective and efficient in the process of recording data in the KK registration book, KTP, Transfer Letter and Letter of Moving Out. It is hoped that after implementing this solution service officers can undergo a fast, precise, and accurate community service process.

Abstract

Impact of Experiential Marketing experienced by tourists who visit Bandung which is based on the terms of Sense , Feel , Think , Act and Relate and their influences on Repeat Purchase Intention. This study was descriptive research. The results of this study suggest that repeat purchase intention can be enhanced by providing good experience in the form of sense, feel , think, act and relate. Abstract

Financial reports are documents or written records that convey a company's business activities and financial performance. This study aims to determine the company's financial performance as measured using profitability ratios. The purpose of the profitability ratio is to measure a company's ability to earn profits (profits) each year. The data analysis method used is quantitative, focusing only on numbers with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique used in this study is in the form of a report via the company's official website and then takes the company's financial statements. The data analysis technique used by the author is a descriptive analysis that explains financial performance with tables, graphs, and pictures. The results of this study indicate that the company's financial performance measured through Return On Assets is below the standard ratio set, meaning that ROA is not good. Financial performance is measured through Return On Equity which is below the standard ratio set, meaning that ROE is not good. Financial performance measured through Net Profit Margin is below the standard ratio set, which means that the NPM needs to be better formed.
