Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of domestic travel policies by air transportation during the COVID-19 pandemic in breaking its spread at airport of Sultan Bantilan Tolitoli. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. 6 informants were selected by purposive sampling. Collecting data is through observation, interview and documentation. Furthermore, the stages of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification. Results of the study were analyzed by model of successful policy implementation according to Merilee S. Grindle. Results of the study, the airport of Sultan Bantilan Tolitoli has clearly understood the travel rules by air transportation. However, there was still not enough socialization to prospective passengers. The determination of the high administration fee for rapid antigen and the refusal of vaccination by prospective passengers

Abstract

The type of research used is qualitative research which aims to describe the implementation of digital literacy as a learning medium by teachers. This research was conducted at the State Elementary School 2 Tambun with the research subjects namely the principal, teachers and students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation and research data analysis techniques using the pre-field stage, the field stage, and the data analysis stage obtained from the field. The results of the study show aspects of teacher training through the principal's instructions and also independently always follow training activities related to digital literacy and from the aspect of applying and implementing digital literacy teachers have implemented it in the learning process at school to students while from understanding they have understood and are able to use literacy. digital as a digital learning media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of the moral reasoning and inquiry learning model. The subjects of this study were students of grade 3 MTs Daar el-Qolam 1. This type of research is a causal correlational study with an ex-post facto approach. In grade 3 students at MTs Daar el-Qolam 1 as respondents, totaling 371 students with a sample of 55 students taken randomly, with variable X1 (moral reasoning learning model) and variable X2 (inquiry learning model) with variable Y (learning outcomes aqidah morals). The research instrument for data collection was using a questionnaire (test) for variables X1, X2 and Y. Before the instrument was used, a trial was conducted on 30 students of class 3 MTs Daar el-Qolam 1 to determine the validity and reability of the research instrument, data analysis techniques used used is simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis with a significant level α= 0.05. The results show that this is indicated by the regression equation, multiple linear regression analysis Y= 11.62 + 0. 454X1 + 0.211X2, the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.766 and the determination coefficient (R2) is 0.587% from the F result of 36,975. The Learning Model of Moral reasoning and Inquiry has a positive effect on learning outcomes of moral aqidah. It can be stated (Ha) has been accepted, there is an effect of the learning model of moral reasoning and inquiry on the learning outcomes of students in the field of aqidah akhlak study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the participation and knowledge of the people of Waringin Kurung Serang District about the Hopeful Family Program and the Smart Indonesia Program, to describe the contribution of the Management of the Hopeful Family Program Management of the smart Indonesian program in improving basic education services in the Waringin Kurung Serang District and to know the positive and negative impacts. generated by the two programs. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with data collection methods; interviews, observations and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis was carried out using a gap analysis model (servQual analysis), covering the stages of design, installation, process, product, management and cost as well as inhibiting and supporting factors. The results of this study indicate that the participation of the Waringin Kurung community in participating in this program has existed since these two programs were launched, namely in 2014. Meanwhile, the knowledge of beneficiary families about PKH and PIP is sufficient in terms of substance and benefits. The contribution that the Hope Family Management can make in improving students' basic education services, especially for beneficiary families, is to reduce the family's economic burden, reduce the number of children dropping out of school, raise students' learning motivation, improve student achievement and psychologically this assistance is able to increase student confidence. The positive impacts include reducing the family's economic burden, increasing children's motivation and achievement. While the negative impacts that arise are; the emergence of social jealousy between those who receive and those who do not, the program assistance is mistargeted in its use, the emergence of dependence on assistance.

Abstract

The background of this research is that there are still many teachers who still use the lecture method and practice questions when learning fiqh. Whereas in the 2013 curriculum students are required to be more active and critical. Thus, students feel bored and lack enthusiasm in participating in fiqh learning in class. For this reason, teachers need an effective and efficient learning model. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The object of this research is all students of MTs Al Ulya Al Mubarok Serang City. The sample is inserted by theoretical technique. Data were collected using interview, documentation, and observation instruments. The results of the study on the effectiveness of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model in improving the quality of understanding fiqh material at MTs Al Ulya Al Mubarok Serang City, that: (1) The Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model in improving the quality of understanding fiqh material is sufficient. both in accordance with the objectives and components of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model, it can be seen from the way the teacher delivers the material by inviting students to observe directly, then discuss, create study groups, and direct students to relate the material to real life (2) The effectiveness of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) in improving fiqh material at MTs Al Ulya Al Mubarok Serang City, this learning is more meaningful and real, meaning that students are required to be able to capture the relationship between learning experiences at school and real life. However, the material he learns will be deeply embedded in students' memory, so it will not be easily forgotten

Abstract

The aims of this research are: 1) To find out the curriculum management of Pondok Pesantren At-Thohariyah Sodong Pandeglang. 2) To find out the Implementation of Islamic Boarding School Curriculum Management Implementation in order to improve the quality of wustho level equality education carried out by the At-Thohariyah Islamic Boarding School Sodong Pandeglang. 3) To find out the Supporting and Inhibiting Factors of Curriculum Management in Pondok Pesantren At-Thohariyah Sodong Pandeglang. This study uses a qualitative approach with natural characteristics (Natural Setting) as a direct, descriptive data source, in this study, the type of research used is a case study, namely an intensive description and analysis of certain phenomena or social units such as individuals, groups, institutions or communities. The results of the study can be concluded that. 1) The curriculum of the At-Thohariyah Islamic Boarding School is based on the applicable laws and regulations. Among the rules and regulations that form the basis for the preparation and development of the curriculum are Law number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 55 of 2007 concerning Religious Education and Religious Education, Regulation of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia Number 13 of 2014 concerning Religious Education Islam. 2) Darul Muttaqin Islamic boarding school still maintains its traditions and implements a modern management system. It can be stated that various activity programs in Islamic boarding schools have been formed with planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. ; 3) In the implementation of Islamic boarding school curriculum management at Pondok Pesantren At-Thohariyah Sodong Pandeglang there are supporting factors and also inhibiting factors

Abstract

An educational institution is said to have good quality education if it can meet all national education standards, one of which is the standard of facilities and infrastructure. The head of the madrasa is expected to be able to manage educational facilities and infrastructure well so that the educational facilities and infrastructure in the madrasa can be used optimally for the benefit of learning. There is also the role of the head of the office of the ministry of religion as the direct supervisor of the head of the madrasa who oversees the performance of the head of the madrasa. The formulation of the problem in this study are: 1) Is there any influence of the madrasa principal's leadership style on improving the quality of educational facilities and infrastructure? 2) Is there any effect of supervision of the head of the ministry of religion on improving the quality of educational facilities and infrastructure? 3) Is there any influence of the leadership style of the madrasa head and the supervision of the head of the ministry of religion on improving the quality of educational facilities and infrastructure? The objectives to be achieved from this research are as follows: 1) To find out whether or not there is an influence of the madrasa principal's leadership style on improving the quality of educational facilities and infrastructure. 2) To find out whether or not there is an influence of the supervision of the head of the ministry of religion on improving the quality of educational facilities and infrastructure. 3) To find out whether or not there is an influence of the leadership style of the madrasa head and the supervision of the head of the ministry of religion on improving the quality of educational facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Among the many factors that determine the quality of education are work motivation and teacher performance. Because the teacher is the implementer of education that is very necessary. However, it is not uncommon to find teachers who lack passion in carrying out their duties, both in terms of planning lessons, implementing learning, and evaluating learning, which of course will have an impact on the success of the goals to be achieved. Work motivation and good teacher performance will certainly encourage the achievement of quality education. This study aims to determine; (1) The direct effect of work motivation on improving the quality of education, (2) The direct effect of teacher performance on improving the quality of education, (3) The direct effect of work motivation on teacher performance, (4) Indirect effect of work motivation through teacher performance on improving the quality of education. The research method used is quantitative research with correlational survey research techniques. The analytical technique used in this research is Path Analysis. While the object of this research is the entire board of teachers at private Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Ciruas District, Serang Regency. The sample of this study were 67 teachers. The results of this study prove that: (1) there is a significant direct effect of work motivation on improving the quality of education as indicated by the path coefficient number (p31) of 0.949 (2) there is a significant direct effect of teacher performance on improving the quality of education as indicated by the number path coefficient (p32) of 0.550 (3) there is a significant direct effect of work motivation on teacher performance as indicated by the path coefficient value (p21) of 0.812 (4) there is a significant indirect effect of work motivation and teacher performance on improving the quality of education. That is, the contribution of work motivation affects the quality of education by 19.95% while the rest is 80.05%. This means that the higher the work motivation and the increase in teacher performance, the higher the quality of education will be.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the competence of Islamic religious education (PAI) teachers in improving learning interactions at SMP Integral Rahmatullah Tolitoli. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, through observation and in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The data obtained were analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, data verification, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: 1. PAI teachers have Personality Competencies in the form of: Steady and stable teacher personality, mature teacher personality, wise teacher personality, authoritative teacher personality, personality and teacher who have noble character and can be an example. 2. Efforts by PAI teachers to increase learning interactions, namely, first, teacher interaction with students. Second, interaction between students and teachers through dialogue about problems that have not been understood from the teacher's explanation.

Abstract

Employment in Indonesia is a familiar phenomenon among the public. Sometimes this phenomenon reaps the pros and cons in the midst of society. The research method used is field research with a qualitative research. The data collection technique used in this research is to use observation techniques and interviews. The research approach uses a normative-juridical approach that refers to positive legal norms and Islamic law. The results of the research obtained in the practice of wages in the Karang Bulayak market Praya Central Lombok, were studied with a positive legal perspective and Islamic law had been fulfilled in accordance with Clause 1338 of KUHPerdata, Clause 1328 of KUHPerdata, the terms and pillars of ijarah.
