Abstract

Quality human resources and ,have global competitiveness are the determinants of the success of MSMEs. Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) is one of the tools that can be used to manage the MSME workforce. Green human resource management is the management of human resources in a sustainable manner by paying attention to environmental aspects to preserve nature in the management of the company. The application of green HRM is one form of efforts to increase productivity and company commitment (MSMEs) in preserving the environment. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide knowledge to MSME actors about improving the quality of human resources through training and assistance involving stakeholders, namely local governments, entrepreneurs and academics to improve MSME competitiveness and implementing Green HRM strategies to improve MSME employee performance.

Abstract

Company profile is information about the company that is explained in a concise, clear and valid manner and is intended to increase the trust of potential investors and clients. Company profile is not just information showing location and contact information. Company profile shows potential investors, partners and potential consumers regarding the goods and/or services offered by the company. The Covid-19 pandemic that began to spread in Indonesia starting in March 2020 has had many impacts on business actors, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Not a few business actors have gone out of business and were forced to stop their business due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. In connection with the above, the Community Service Team (PkM) of the Accounting Study Program, the Kwik Kian Gie Institute of Business and Informatics (IBIKKG) carried out community service activities, to provide training and assistance in the preparation of a Sustainability Company Profile. This training and mentoring in the context of compiling a Sustainability Company Profile was held for MSME entrepreneurs in the East Jakarta Small Industry Center (PIK), especially the LindaYes Bakery. The purpose of this PKM activity is to help provide understanding to MSME entrepreneurs in East Jakarta PIK, especially LindaYes Bakery in compiling a sustainable company profile. Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) aims to assist Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) within UNSURYA in compiling tax reports related to MSMEs, which is the calculation of MSME Income Tax in accordance with the rates determined by the latest tax laws contained in harmonization. tax regulations and training for filling out the form 1721. This training is a continuous activity that is held in collaboration between the Faculty of Economics, Accounting Study Program, UNSURYA and the DJP of the East Regional Office. Assistance in the form of online training using the Zoom Meeting application. During the training, the discussion between the resource persons and the participants was guided by a moderator. As feedback and to find out the participants' understanding, a survey was conducted on the participants using a questionnaire on the google form. Based on the results of the evaluation after the PkM implementation, it showed that the PkM participants expressed satisfaction with the resource persons, the implementation of the activities, and the PkM objectives were achieved because the participants felt that they had benefited in the form of knowledge and skills about calculating MSME Income Tax (PPh) and the procedure for filling out formular 1721. Implications of PkM for MSMEs , Lecturers, Students, FE-UNSURYA and the Government.

Abstract

Global climate change has affected human life. Since the industrial revolution, the earth is experiencing global warming that melting the ice in the north pole, caused flooding in everywhere, and making the air temperature more extreme. Facing this problem, world leaders agreed to reduce the negative impact of environmental damage by implementing the idea of SDGs (sustainable development goals). Basically, the SDGs are based on the 3 P (people, planet and profit) concept. The Government of the Republic of Indonesia is committed to implementing the SDGs principles in development. These principles are also in line with the National Movement for Mental Revolution (GNRM) which was launched by the Government. Perbanas Institute is one of 35 universities that passed the selection as recipients of the GNRM Program Self-Management Fund in order to perform the program in educating for clean and green life style. This paper describes the implementation of the program.

Abstract

This community service activity program is a form of collaboration between Bhayagkara University Jakarta and the West Bekasi Pratama Tax Service Office in the form of an assistance model for individual taxpayers who will carry out their tax obligations, especially reporting eSPT for the 2021 fiscal year. The place for implementing Abdimas is centered at the Tax Service Office. Pratama Bekasi Barat and several other locations such as sub-districts and urban villages in the Bekasi area. The applied assistance model is expected to provide direct solutions to taxpayers, both in terms of technical calculations, filling and reporting of eSPT. The results of the eSPT reporting assistance model for individual taxpayers for the 2021 fiscal year are very beneficial for both the taxpayers themselves because they can help solve their tax problems directly and the West Bekasi Tax Service Office, because they can help reduce their workload and at the same time help deal with problems. taxpayers so that tax compliance will increase. Taxpayers, armed with the experience gained, are expected to be able to carry out their tax rights and obligations independently in the next tax year in accordance with the mandate of implementing the self-assessment system. Tax volunteer participants in addition to getting direct experience in the field can also claim to be part of the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) form, this is in line with the current policy of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat untuk memberikan pengetahuan masyarakat luas khususnya warga binaan LAPAS Salemba Kelas IIA. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 6 dosen dan 3 mahasiswa dilaksanakan secara hybrid dimana 40 warga binaan, 1 dosen dan 3 mahasiwa secara offline berada di ruang serbaguna LAPAS, sedangkan 5 dosen secara online menggunakan zoom.  Harapan pelatihan ini memberikan pembekalan warga lapas jika sudah kembali kepada masyarakat dan tidak mengalami kesulitan untuk membuka usaha baru. Kepala LAPAS jugan mengharapkan bahwa kegiatan ini dapat berkelanjutan dengan warga binaan yang sama tetapi dengan materi yang berbeda sehingga warga binaan siap untuk kembali ke masyarkat dengan memiliki ketrampilan yang dapat bermafaat bagi dirinya sendiri secara khusus dan bagi masyarakat pada umumnya.

Abstract

The image can be determined by quality, promotion and interaction with the client. In this case, the teacher is the one that has a role in the image of the school. The Yohanes Gabriel Foundation, which manages 140 schools, has difficulty in implementing strategic promotional policies often varying for each of the schools under its management. This of course requires different strategies.  In addition, the existence of schools in different regions with various characteristics is also a problem for Yohanes Gabriel administrators to make policies that can be used to solve promotional problems and foster long-term relationships with stakeholders. Thus, training will improve and maintain an image becomes a necessity. The Abdimas team will help Yohanes Gabriel by conducting a problem survey as a first step to sharpen the direction of the training. Furthermore, the training focuses on improving the school's image with the topics of personal branding, promotion, and customer relationship management (CRM). From the results of this activity, it can be concluded that schools under Yohanes Gabriel have the main problems faced, namely a decrease in the number of students and the ineffective use of social media. This is due to the limited human resources and the ability to manage and utilize social media as one of the effective promotional tools for school introduction.

Abstract

MSME Community Class Up is an organizational forum which established with sense of togetherness as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic, where MSME players really affected by significant decline in their business, within the Class Up of UMKM Community, those MSMEs are given training and workshops which can help them in turnover the decline in sales and choosing the right market strategies after the Covid-19 pandemic. By Optimizing the Digital Marketing as one of Information and Product Marketing Media for MSME Members of the MSME Community class up which seems very beneficial for MSMEs because by the use of digital marketing, MSMEs can make decisions about the sustainability of their business by applying digital-based marketing strategies for the businesses that they run. Good response from partners towards training are very useful in increasing partners' skills in introducing digital marketing and the participants were very enthusiastic and active in participating in the training by asking questions related to business strategy, as well as the implementation of digital marketing in business. The results of this training indicated that the participants had increase their ability in the use of various types of digital marketing media and their sales was increased by 80%. Through the capabilities which possessed by the partners in managing the optimization of digital marketing, so that they can assess their owned marketing performance periodically.

Abstract

Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important part of the country's economic activities, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic because MSMEs are flexible and do not require large capital. MSMEs absorb excess labor from the formal business sector which is closed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. DKI Jakarta and Lampung have many Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and are the focus of employment, especially those affected by layoffs due to the COVID-19 pandemic and driving the economy during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The classic problems faced by MSMEs are generally related to capital and marketing. The Master of Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Mercu Buana University (FEB-UMB) in collaboration with the University of Lampung (UNILA) took the initiative to improve the financial literacy of MSMEs in Jakarta and Lampung. This PKM activity was attended by 39 people who are owners and managers of MSMEs in DKI Jakarta and Lampung. The form of this activity is to provide training to increase knowledge in financial statement analysis. It was opened directly by the Chancellor of UMB, Prof. Dr. Ngadino Surip, as well as presenting speakers from Unila, Prof. Mahrinasari Through this community service activity, it is hoped that it can help MSMEs in Jakarta and Lampung have the ability to obtain funding from creditors so that capital problems can be overcome and MSMEs are increasingly contributing to economic growth and employment.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the object of community service activities, which are located in the Rancabungur area, West Java. Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) businesses need to understand various alternative sources of working capital financing, so that it is hoped that micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) can find solutions to financing working capital within the framework of development and maintenance of the business in order to continue to be sustainable. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to get various alternative sources of financing both from commercial banks/Islamic banks or from non-bank financial institutions.
