Abstract

The economic situation in Indonesia is currently experiencing a decline and even dived due to Corona Virus (COVID-19). Abstract

Langkat Regency has potential tourism potential to be developed. One of the tourist attractions that are often visited by visitors is the Babussalam Besilam Religious Village. Various efforts have been made by the local government to attract the attention of tourists to visit Langkat Regency, including the development of its tourism sector. This study aims to find out, firstly how to develop religious tourism objects in Babussalam Besilam village, secondly to find out the impact of developing religious tourism objects in increasing community income. The research approach carried out in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection methods using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results of the study concluded that First, the development carried out on the Religious Tourism Object of Babussalam Besilam Village. The cooperation carried out by the provincial government with the village government to build facilities and infrastructure such as mosques, fields, UMKM business stalls, roads and drainage construction, both The existence of this tourist attraction has a positive impact on the surrounding community they can take advantage of existing opportunities for entrepreneurship and create fields work, although religious tourism objects have a positive impact, it does not increase people's income, although visitors who come every day are crowded, but most visitors who come only for pilgrimages, convey their wishes or participate in other religious activities. both the local government and religious tourism administrators to optimize the facilities and infrastructure of religious tourism objects that have not been held, make supporting facilities so that religious tourism objects are not monotonous and traders should create new products in the future. his master. Abstract

This study was conducted to find out about the differences and ways of consumption behavior in an Islamic perspective and in a conventional perspective as well. In this case consumer behavior is a feature related to buying and using products for their needs. And this consumer behavior arises because of several basic principles. to meet needs and also satisfaction for individuals or groups of problems in this research how a consumer from a conventional and Islamic economic perspective. Abstract

The Amanah Bangsa Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS) located in Kab. Simalungun is one of the financial institutions that has a murabahah financing program for employees who have retired from plantations. The installment payment system is adjusted to the amount of income received by the customer. However, there are still customers who experience delays in disbursing murabahah funds due to the lack of complete administrative data. This study aims to determine the completeness of the data that must be met by customers in order to avoid delays in the disbursement process and to know the procedures for disbursing murabahah financing. The results showed that this personal data file can be applied in accordance with what has been set by the BPRS Amanah Bangsa Kab. Simalungun to overcome obstacles such as the delay in the process of disbursing murabahah financing. Abstract

This research aims to find out the online zakat payment system and the effectiveness of online zakat payments in Dompet Dhuafa Waspada. It was conducted at the Dompet Dhuafa Waspada Institute, Medan Regency. The research approach used descriptive cauldrons. The data collection method were in-depth interview, documentation and literature tracing in accordance with the issues discussed.The results concluded that online zakat payments in Dompet Dhuafa Waspada could not be said to be effective. This can be seen in 2020 Dompet Dhuafa Waspada targets the collection of zakat funds which was around 4.3 Billion or called Realistic Target while the funds collected in that year only reached 4.1 Billion so it didn’t reach the target, there were muzakki who say the online zakat payment system in Dompet Dhuafa Waspada feels it has not been too well run.The response of the community that is still lacking because most of the loyal muzakki in Dompet Dhuafa Waspada is the elderly who are laymen to social media so that they prefer to pay their zakat through zakat pick-up services or cash zakat and less millennial that aware of the obligation to pay zakat. Abstract

Cash is referred to as the most liquid property and is a component of current assets which include banknotes / metals and other objects that can be used as a legal and retrievable medium of exchange every time. If the cash inventory is sufficient, the company will operate smoothly, especially in cash expenditure activities which include the purchase of goods and services, and therefore in order for the company to avoid misappropriation, the cash is used as well as possible. Cash is inseparable from receiving and payment activities. The purpose of this study is to describe how the Cash Internal Control System and analyze the Cash Internal Control System in the company of PT. Port of Indonesia I (Persero) Medan. The internal cash control system is a control system that is able to protect the company's cash, and keep away from losses due to intentional or unintentional mistakes. The internal control system is divided into two systems, namely cash receipts and expenditures. In this study, the problem arises because of the sequence number of the evidence that is not printed and does not have a stamp stamp "FULL" on the cash evidence that has been paid. The research approach that the author uses is a descriptive research approach. The type of data collected to support the variables studied is a qualitative data type. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are the interview method and documentation method. The data analysis technique in this study uses a descriptive analysis method. Based on the results of the analysis by comparing the cash internal control system at PT. Port of Indonesia I (Persero) Medan with elements of the COSO model internal control system, cash internal control system at PT. Port of Indonesia 1 (Persero) Medan has not yet reached the goal of the internal control system. Abstract

Strategi pemasaran dapat dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal. Pertama kekuatan (strenght) dan kelemahan (weaknesses) merupakan aspek internal yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Kedua faktor eksternal dapat mempengaruhi terbentuknya peluang (opportunity) dan ancaman (threats) dimana faktor ini bersangkutan dengan kondisi-kondisi yang terjadi diluar perusahaan. Menurut teori, analisis SWOT didasarkan pada logika yang dapat memaksimalkan kekuatan (strenght), dan peluang (opportunity), namun secara bersamaan dapat meminimalkan kelemahan (weaknesses) dan ancaman (threats). Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Usaha Restoran Layar Dimsum, Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang merupakan restoran yang lokasinya berada di Provinsi Sumatera Utara yang tepatnya di daerah Deliserdang. Restoran ini menjual berbagai macam jenis makanan/minuman seperti : Fastfood. Harga yang ditawarkan pun juga lumayan terjangkau dan menu-menu yang ditawarkan juga cukup bervariasi. Abstract

           This study aims to determine the effect of the company's health or the value of the company on investment decisions obtained from the aspects of probability, liquidity, cash ratio, and leverage. invest the funds in this decision, in this case the case study company PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. The source of the data obtained is secondary data issued by the company in the form of a financial overview from 2017 to 2021 or the previous 5 years where the data obtained several conclusions regarding PT Indofood's company finances, namely experiencing many changes - good changes from probability, liquidity, cash ratio. and leverage in 2017 to 2021 but the influence and decrease in numbers is not that significant even though in 2019 many companies are experiencing difficulties due to the co-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method of secondary data obtained to be managed from a predetermined formula according to Charles H Gibson in his book Financial Reporting analysis using financial accounting information. The results obtained in this study are that PT Indofood has experienced consistency in managing its finances from the past 5 years and the possibility of a greater return on shares and no losses so that investors can place their funds in Indofood companies.
