Abstract

Diversification analysis was developed with various objectives including increasing growth when the existing market/product has reached a maturity stage, maintaining stability by spreading the risk of fluctuations in profit, increasing credibility in the capital market, to avoid dependence on a single good or product circulating in the market, fulfill the wishes of unsatisfied consumers, increase the attractiveness or interest of consumers, increase sales turnover, increase profits by using the same ingredients, and prevent consumer boredom. Abstract

In realizing the economic growth of a region, many aspects need to be considered. One of the two aspects in realizing positive economic growth of a region is infrastructure and trade. The development of an infrastructure or project needs to cost money, moreover the project is not a small project. Therefore, there needs to be an in-depth and structured study and research before the project is funded or has been funded so as to know the prospects of the project. The study and research used an analysis of the financial feasibility study for the development of Pasar Bareng in Malang City with the aim of seeing the financial feasibility of developing Pasar Bareng. A project feasibility study has the meaning of a study that can see if the project if it gets an investment can run well and provide financial benefits. This study uses the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) methods. The data that has been collected will be analyzed and get a project development perspective from a financial perspective. In this study there is a comparison of profit or loss obtained by looking at data from operational costs, income, and investment costs. The costs used come from maintenance and operational costs incurred during the operation of Pasar Bareng. The results of the feasibility analysis test using the Net Present Value method get a value of Rp. – 7,000,291,269,823. Then, the Benefit Cost Ratio method gets a value of Rp. 0,000,039,423,147. And the last method is the Internal Rate of Return method which gets a value of -1,373,149.77. From the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that the development of Pasar Bareng Malang City is not feasible to do. Key words: Feasibility Study, Pasar Bareng, Malang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) : office space management that has been carried out at Bank Muamalat Kcu Medan Baru (2) Achievements and efforts in the problem of employee comfort at Bank Muamalat Kcu Medan Baru. (3) the existing management plan of Bank Muamalat Kcu Medan Baru on effective spatial management. The data collection technique is qualitative with descriptive method. The data obtained at Bank Muamalat Kcu Medan Baru there are several errors and obstacles in the arrangement of the room so that some good strategies are needed so that the company maximizes the arrangement in accordance with the principles of spatial management so that the company is comfortable and the employees work well. Abstract

The quantity of halal insurance product studies has not been able to keep up with the growth of the sharia insurance market. This shows that there are still many sharia insurance products that are not in accordance with Islamic teachings. The use of sharia insurance policies must really be considered so that the halalness of the product is maintained. The mechanism for implementing Prudential's sharia insurance products will be discussed in this article (Pru Cinta). Carefully describes the application of pru love, which will then be compared with Islamic teachings. Prucinta's caution is not fully compliant with sharia standards, according to the study. Abstract

The purpose of this research or writing is to analyze the entrepreneurship development strategy of economic students in the current era of globalization on the growth and development of the Indonesian economy and development. Entrepreneurship aims to increase competitiveness, provide employment, reduce unemployment and poverty. The development of entrepreneurship continues to increase which until now in Indonesia there are 52.6 million micro, small and medium enterprises (Bisnis.Com, 7 March 2013). The development of entrepreneurship that continues to increase must be balanced with aspects and strategies as well as the role of the government that can optimize entrepreneurial potential. The success of MSME development (entrepreneurship) from the qualitative aspect according to Nasution is reflected among others from the increased understanding of entrepreneurship and the increase in entrepreneurship and product quality which have a direct impact on increasing entrepreneurial competitiveness. Globalization and liberalization are a reality, today's entrepreneurs can no longer avoid the situation and conditions of world free trade, especially if they want to play a bigger role in the world economy. To face these challenges, it takes entrepreneurs who are resilient, have global competitiveness and hold noble values ​​and love for their country. Mudradjad Kuncoro in Bisnis Indonesia Daily on October 21, 2008 stated that entrepreneurship is proven to be resistant to crisis and able to survive because 1) it does not have foreign debt, 2) does not have a lot of debt to banks because it is considered unbankable, 3) uses local inputs, 4) is export-oriented. . To grow, develop and face challenges, it is necessary to have policies and strategies from the government that pay attention to entrepreneurs in increasing the competitiveness and quality of entrepreneurship in the face of the global financial crisis. Abstract

The implementation of the Entrepreneurship Development Program (PPK) at Kanjuruhan University in Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara is expected to achieve the objectives of: (1) creating start-ups and independent new entrepreneurs, (2) improving business management skills for industrial communities, (3) creating entrepreneurship training methods suitable for students , (4) creating business units that can generate profit as a source of generating revenue from Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara University, and (5) opening or providing employment. The stages in implementing the PPK include: (1) Dissemination of the PPK program, this socialization is carried out through announcements on campus boards, campus websites, and social media (Student groups and Alumni Groups). (2) Participants register before they enter as a PPK tenant. (3) Following a written test to see the scientific potential possessed about the world of entrepreneurship, followed by interviews to find out the motivation and seriousness of participants in the PPK program. (4) The results of the selection will determine 20 best value people as prospective tenants. (5) Participants must fill out the willingness sheet to complete the PPK program to completion. Whereas specifically to be achieved are: the growth of an entrepreneurial culture in campus, increased ability to prepare business plans, development of products that have been produced by tenants after participating in PPK activities, the creation of innovative and renewable products. The program will be implemented in a participatory manner with knowledge transfer methods from the proposing team, business experts, UMKM players to PPK tenants through education and training, business simulations, internships, intensive assistance, preparing business plans, and applying business to the tenants' potential and talents. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study how the marketing strategy of PT.JNE Express Patumbak Branch was developed and how the marketing strategy of PT.JNE Express Patumbak Branch was implemented. This research is a descriptive field study with a deductive model, conducted through structured and unstructured interviews. In addition to collecting data through observation, data management is carried out through methods of organization, organization, and analysis. This research is a quantitative research. Based on the results of a survey conducted by PT.JNE Express Patumbak Branch on products, prices, locations, promotions, people, physical assets, and strategic processes. The product strategy is assisted by the availability of flexible products such as Yes, Normal, and Economic Status (OK) that are tailored to customer needs. JNE Express has 14 products and services, with prices based on quantity and quality. Packages of socialization, expansion of partnerships, franchising, promotion of law and order training, online advertising and internet marketing, strategies for community empowerment programs (HR for employees), and employee benefits in materials and information. Have a good communication, writing, and information strategy physically, as well as a good process strategy, good communication channels, and good technology-oriented services. Abstract

Entrepreneurship itself is a system or process of creating something that can be of monetary or additional value in the economy. In entrepreneurship, one thing that needs to be strengthened is that interest is encouraged by positive motivations from those closest to you. And interest is a movement of the heart and mind to make an object as a target because the object attracts sympathy and creates a feeling of pleasure towards the object. While motivation is a condition that can change or encourage and direct the desires and interests of individuals to carry out entrepreneurial activities. Likewise with young entrepreneurs, young entrepreneurs will be successful if they are surrounded by people who provide motivation and encouragement that are constructive. And the example I take here is how to build the spirit of young people in developing a business selling various takjil during the fasting month starting from kolding, coconut ice, fried foods and so on.
