Abstract

The implementation of regional government and regional development in its implementation very much dependent on the regional genuine revenue (PAD), while the largest PAD of DKI Jakarta province comes from local taxes. Thereby the implementation of PAD reception needs to be optimized. Looking for sources of the new funds in the reform it is very problematic because new charges should align with an increase in services and not burden the public and the business world. The safest way is to optimize existing tax collection, one of them potentially is advertisement licensing which includes advertisement tax. In the licensing process is required an information system so that the licensing process may go in good and smooth. After conducting research on an existing system, there are still several weaknesses among them are operational service administration and calculations were done manually, the process of data storage/files and for finding data required information not arrayed or not well integrated, and reporting data information is still limited so that takes a long time to prepare. In the journal was discussed about the design of a new information system that in order to minimize that several weaknesses. The use of a computer in the new information system is expected to shorten the time needed for data processing and preparing the report.

Abstract

Scholarships are generally a provision of fees for education for students who are still actively attending lectures at a tertiary institution. With the scholarship so that it can help students to finance their needs during college. With the backward chaining method can facilitate the campus bureaucrats in determining students who are entitled to receive scholarships. Backward Chainning is a model in reverse of hypotheses, a potential or conclusion that must be proven by facts that support the hypothesis. The backward chaining model in receiving scholarships takes some data from existing variable criteria such as active lecture certificates, student cumulative achievement indexes, attaching TOEFL certificate, identity card, and curriculum vitae. Next make a decision tree from the data variables that exist and finally is implemented. The results of this study have an accuracy of 95%, which can be recommended to get the scholarship and this method can facilitate the determination of scholarship acceptance. The backward chaining method is very effective and accurate in determining DIPA scholarship recipients with an accuracy rate of 95%, making it easier for the North Sumatra state Islamic university community to select students who are eligible to receive.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Yayasan Masjid Nurul Huda Jatiwaringin which is an institution that moves in the education field. The purpose of this study is to find out and evaluate the payroll accounting information system that is running on the Yayasan Masjid Nurul Huda Jatiwaringin and to provide an alternative design of payroll accounting information system at Yayasan Masjid Nurul Huda Jatiwaringin. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from the Nurul Huda Mosque Foundation Jatiwaringin and secondary data obtained in the form that is already in the form of publication. The analytical tool used in this research is a qualitative descriptive analysis tool by conducting system analysis, which then proceeds with a conceptual design sketch by designing a flowchart, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), and Normalization. After that proceed to the physical design stage but only limited to the design of database design, input and output design. Based on the results of the study the authors found that the salary system run by the foundation is less effective because there is still a double task on the treasurer, and also the document sheet used still does not meet the needs of the system. In addition, the absence of authorization activities of employee attendance list performed by the timekeeping function and outgoing cash proof documents has not been authorized by the accounting function. Furthermore, the authors designed a payroll accounting information system that is able to overcome the weaknesses and shortcomings.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, technology and information systems have an important influence on the development of companies, including the automotive business. In addition to technology and information systems, human resources also play an important role in the success of a company. Therefore, many companies develop information technology and systems to carry out effective human resource management. This study uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, a human resource system developed with an application programming language based on Visual Basic. NET. This application aims to assist companies in managing their employees by recording applicant and employee information, employee submissions, employee attendance, and reports to manage their employees. Abstract

It is undeniable that Covid-19 has indiscriminately stopped activities in various sectors. From the government sector to the business and education sectors. Various efforts have been made by both the government and the company to survive in the Covid-19 period, such as create rules of working from home. However, the existing regulations need good architectural support so that every activity can run well. Through this journal the writer tries to explore architectural changes that can support each activity with the concept of 50% office capacity and working from home with the TOGAF approach. Due to the wide scope of activities, this research is limited to system architecture with activities oil trading at the head office which can later become blueprints for other divisions.

Abstract

The Covid 19 epidemic which lasted more than one year resulted in the issuance of instructions from the ministry of home affairs to implement the Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) and the enforcement of the 5 M health protocol, which included wearing masks, maintaining distance and checking body temperature. However, there are still people who do not follow the discipline. For that we need supervision that can monitor community activities. Research that has been carried out by previous researchers can replace human supervision which is limited by the amount and time. From previous research, there are also obstacles from making the application. This study aims to find a reasech gap from previous research, so that it can make research that can continue previous research and improve the weaknesses of previous research.

Abstract

Production planning increases every month, with the increase in planning it isnecessary to improve quality. PT Voksel Electric Tbk is a manufacturing industryengaged in the production of power cables, telecommunications, and fiber optics. The company tries to control the quality of its products to maintain quality in accordance with the company's vision, which is to become a world-class cable solution provider in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine how to control the quality of Twisted Cable at PT Voksel electric Tbk using the seven tools and QCC methods. The increased production planning does not match the actual production. This is due to the level of production failure. In this study, the method used in quality control is seven tools that are used to analyze the causes of product failure rates. By using the PDCA cycle (plan, do, check, action) and by using seven tools as a tool to determine the cause and effect of the failure of the production process. The causes obtained are from gram dust, from the crust on visual insulation, and from powder materials. By controlling the quality using the seven tools method, it can reduce production process time, production costs, and increase production capacity from 700 km to 800 km. an increase in production capacity of 100 km provides a benefit ofRp. 470,000,000,00,-

The development of information technology today requires us to continue to adaptand develop. This has become an encouragement in an administration, namely theBekasi Muhammadiyah Business Institute to improve and develop and update anyvarious information to support a better service. Recruitment of BEM Members at theIBM Bekasi campus still uses the manual method, where the recruiting committee still uses leaflets. documents in recruiting Anggota BEM. The purpose of this research is to produce an information system application based on the recruitment website at IBM Bekasi which was previously still done manually into a system in the form of a website. Abstract

Information technology in universities is already a primary necessity. Universities are required to provide optimal services to students, one of which is scheduling lecture rooms. Research on the scheduling of lecture classrooms at The Muhammadiyah Bekasi Business Institute is still done manually, a factor related to the manual system is the lack of efficiency and precision in its work so that it is not uncommon to share the intersected rooms. Software development method using Software Development Life Cycle Waterfall Model. Field direct observation data collection techniques, system development tools using UML (Unified Modeling Language), programming languages using PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Jquery, server-side scripting using MySQL databases. The result of this research is an information system of scheduling lecture rooms that is able to manage to schedule, especially in the division of lecture space and facilitate academic personnel in the preparation of schedules, more flexible and efficient, harmony and sustainable.
