Abstract

In this paper, we focus on speech recognition where speakers used text-dependent which means the text is agreed in advance and will be used next. This system uses MFCC as feature extraction and SVM as pattern recognition. Data were taken from 10 adult speakers with differences in gender, age, and ethnicity. Each speaker provides 50 ballots "computer" and its pronunciation is not controlled resulting in 500 data. Some data training is contaminated with gaussian noise with levels 80dB, 70dB, 60dB, 50dB, 40dB, 30dB, 20dB, 10dB, and 0 dB. The research uses a frame length: of 40 ms, overlapping frames: of 50%, and a coefficient me: of 13. Noise Cancelling was also tested in this research, although not getting optimal results. Pattern recognition SVM with RBF kernel functions produce 100% accurate results. The time process of the Sequential Minimal Optimization algorithm is better than Quadratic Programming algorithms. Increasing the number of speakers to see the performance of the system with a greater amount of data can be made for further research.

Abstract

The clinic is a small-scale public health facility located in the city of Bekasi. The waiting room capacity is limited, which is a problem for patient queues. The arrival rate of patients reaches 28 people/hour and the fastest doctor's examination service is 4 minutes per patient causing doctors to serve all patients for 5.6 hours while the clinic's operating time is only 3 hours. This clinic only has one registration service and one queue, to solve this problem a single channel single phase method is used combined with web technology and notification messages to break down patient queues. The combination technology reduces the density of patient queues by up to 50% from 28 people/hour to 14 people/hour so that the waiting room capacity can be maximized and not exceed capacity.

Abstract

The online Billing information system at the XYZ Industrial Estate Management company is a system that will improve the performance of the billing system that runs, among other things, accelerating the sending of bills to tenants as customers. Make it easier to file tenant bill files and reduce paper usage for billing dues to tenants. The Biling Online information system at the XYZ industrial estate management company also makes it easier for tenants to see the number of bills to be paid.

Abstract

In knowing and measuring the level of good acceptance by respondents in the provision of contact center services by PT. ABC and how far the relationship between the provision of contact center services to the interests of customers. Mainly to find out how successful the services are provided and to create a positive image for the company. Satisfactory service, it will be one of the factors that encourage customers to want to use the service again. This study uses a questionnaire to measure the level of customer satisfaction which is implemented using the customer satisfaction index (CSI) method in producing a customer satisfaction index in the provision of contact center services. Samples taken by distributing questionnaires were categorized in terms of importance and customer satisfaction. The results showed that the customer satisfaction index reached 83% based on the criteria for the level of satisfaction, so this number indicates that the customer is very satisfied.

Abstract

Doors are an important part of any room. Sometimes there is difficulty opening and closing the front door or worrying about manually locking the door. A reliable security system is needed to secure goods or valuables, one of which is by building a security system that uses RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) as an authentication tool so that users who can enter the room can be selected because they have access. Abstract

In today's digital era, the development of technology and information continues to grow more rapidly. With the existence of technology and information can help and facilitate humans in completing a job. However, currently there are those who use a manual system. One of them at PT. Provices Indonesia still uses a simple method in the process of managing incoming and outgoing mail, starting from recording incoming and outgoing letters in a book and inputting them using Microsoft Excel and the process of making reports is still simple. So that in the ongoing process it is possible for errors to occur in recording, data recap and delays insearching for the required data. The purpose of this study is to analyze the ongoing mail management system at PT Provices Indonesia and design an information system to maximize the management process. So it is hoped that the new system can reduce the occurrence of errors in managing letters and data processing becomes faster so that making reports does not take a long time and the reports generated are in accordance with existing data. In addition, the existence of a system can further support employee activities in managing letter data so that it becomes better.

Abstract

Payroll is very meaningful for companies or agencies so we need a system that facilitates payroll activities. Apartment Grand Centerpoint operates in the service sector in the form of flats, experiencing problems in processing employee attendance data due to the processing of attendance book data as a manual system, resulting in operational errors and irregularities in calculating and paying salaries. This research was conducted with the aim of designing a payroll system to facilitate accounting & finance in payroll in companies with system features such as managing attendance data, managing employee data along with their positions, managing payroll data, managing payroll report data, journal reports, and employee payslips.

Abstract

Security systems using motion sensors provide the benefit of knowing crimes that occur using the prototype method, PIR sensors (Passive Infrared Receiver) as sensors to detect human motion so that, when human movement is detected by the PIR sensor, it will sound an alarm and send message notifications via e-mail users use e-mail, so users can find out about actions quickly. The research was carried out by installing motion detection sensors with buzzer alarms and email notifications in the principal, teacher, and administration rooms.

Abstract

This research aims to design a server monitoring system based on a Linux terminal and Whatsapp Gateway for PT. XYZ. The purpose of this system is to monitor server conditions in real-time and provide notification to the admin if there is a problem with the server. The method used in this research is by integrating the Linux terminal application with the Whatsapp Gateway using PHP programming language. The research results show that the server monitoring system based on Linux terminal and Whatsapp Gateway can provide real-time notification to the admin if there is a problem with the server, which can help in identifying and solving problems quickly. Thus, this system can improve efficiency in server monitoring and reduce downtime
