Abstract

Video is the latest communication media which is a part of electronic media in digital form. Video comes with the characteristics of a film, and video can also be integrated into the world of music, which is like being used as a music video. Korean pop (K-Pop) is a term that is no longer common for lovers of Korean pop music. K-Pop or Korean pop is music that is currently popular and originates from South Korea. The development of K-Pop music is spreading very quickly among young Indonesians. One of the popular Korean pop groups today is Stray Kids with one of their songs entitled Thunders. The purpose of this study is to find out the editing process used in the music video. This research uses a qualitative descriptive type and the method used is observation. Then the results of this research are obtained, namely that readers understand some of the terms in editing and can implement them into videos that you want to make look attractive.

Abstract

Multimedia is an amalgamation of several components, namely text, audio, animation and video with digital processes managed by computers. Animation is one of the components contained in multimedia, to convey information and as a means of entertainment. In animation, there are various kinds of images that are given commands so as to form movements or movements according to the specified duration so as to create the illusion of motion of the image. Along with the development of technology and scientific branches, the development of animation also has an impact. One of them is how the animation technique is presented so that it looks lively, interesting, and has a deep meaning so that it is easier for the audience to understand. This study aims as a case study to present the stages that can be done in order to create an interesting animation by adhering to the 12 principles of animation by Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston Disney animators as well as the application of the motion graphic method, namely pieces of digital recording combined with the illusion of motion and images in animation using qualitative descriptive methods.

Abstract

RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is an identification method using a barcode or magnetic card and an RFID reader as the reading media. This research is based on the results of observations and previous studies that aim to design RFID for parking gates at Tuntungan North Sumatra State Islamic University. Data collection uses the Observation method. The results of this study aim to determine the success of the RFID design at the gates of Tuntungan North Sumatra State Islamic University. Testing has been carried out through prototype trials. This research focuses on the success of the gate design of the Tuntungan North Sumatra State Islamic University, which aims to facilitate access in and out of the gate in order to reduce parking queues.

Abstract

The most important part in a bridge construction is the foundation. Bore pile foundation is planned for 2 abutments and 5 piers. The entire foundation uses a diameter of 1 meter with a depth of 20-30 meters. Calculation of axial bearing capacity using the reese and wright method produces a single pile axial bearing capacity of 268.090 - 470.697 tons. The efficiency of the pile group using the Converse-Labarre method and the axial bearing capacity of the pile group is 5870,246 - 33176,233 tons. Single pile settlement using a semi-empirical method and resulted in a decrease of 50,100 - 59,490 mm. The settlement of the pile group used the vesic method and resulted in a decrease of 6,627 - 13,302 cm. consolidation decrease using the coefficient of volume change and resulted in a decrease of 104,024-576.047 mm with a time of 5,694-26,731 years. The calculation of lateral bearing capacity and pile deflection using the Broms method resulted in the lateral bearing capacity of the pile group of 3024-20580 tons and deflection of 1.485-5.888 mm. foundation reinforcement using the reference of SNI 2847-2019. Longitudinal reinforcement using 10D32 and stirrup reinforcement D16-50 and D16-75. Pile cap planning refers to SNI 2847-2019, resulting in a pile cap thickness of 1.5-4 meters. The X direction and Y direction reinforcement used are D32-150 for the pier and D32-150 and D25-150 for the abutment. The calculation of the cost budget plan uses the unit price analysis method and the resulting total cost is 73.574.031.053.

Abstract

Education is self-development work related to the development of skills, intelligence, character, creativity and soft skills of the younger generation. Multimedia-based learning media can be used to increase students' understanding of using Adobe Illustrator. Half of the members of class 10-4 TKJ Telkom Medan have a high interest in the subject of poster design or Adobe illustrator[1]. But they are not proficient in using the features in Adobe Illustrator in making posters. So that this research aims to introduce the features in Adobe Illustrator and their functions to students so that they know about making calligraphy through the Adobe Illustrator application. Abstract

Multimedia is the use of computers to present and combine text, sound, images, animation, audio, and video with tools and links to enable users to navigate, interact, create, and communicate. Programming and multimedia are a combination that connects how we design a program. which will be in the form of a multimedia. Macromedia Flash 8 is a very important plug-in in making animations and others. According to Akhmad in 2014, the Macromedia Flash application is a software plugin whose benefits are for opening or viewing animated images, videos as well as games that are on one of the website system plugins.

Abstract

Data security is an important factor in electronic transactions because data is sent should be known only to those who are authorized to receive information. Many aspects of data security must be maintained, such as: authenticity, integrity, non-rejection, authority, security, privacy, and access control. The purpose of this study is to create a security system in protecting data and access that requires system security. The process in this study is the creation of an Encoder and Decoder application where in this Encoder Process we insert an image then we set the pixel size and insert Text in the image. At the Decoder stage an image that has gone through the previous Encoder Process can be displayed again to see the result of the Text inserted in the image.

Abstract

One of the methods of securing information systems that is commonly known by many people is passwords. Without realizing it, passwords have an important role in securing information that is confidential. In some applications related to software, such as cellphones, ATM cards, and others. There is also a security system that functions similarly to a password. commonly known as a PIN Code. Although it only consists of numbers, its use is the same as a password, which is to secure information. The stored information is usually digital or database-based. Password security aims to secure a password stored in the database, the password needs to be secured because if the password is known by unauthorized parties or who are not entitled then important and other data will be stolen. The password that is secured is a password that is used daily, be it email passwords, social media, databases, operating systems on the device and others into the database. vigenere cipher algorithm to encode the password in a database. The result of this test is that password security is carried out based on the vigenere cipher method using a visual studio application and utilizing a Database with a MySQL application. The end result used is the result of the security process with the result key having no resemblance to the original record. Formation of keys based on user decisions. It is worth paying attention that the key should not be forgotten.

Abstract

This study discusses the design and manufacture of Learning Multimedia Applications to Know Fruit Names Based on Macromedia Flash 8 Applications in Ulul Ilmi Kindergarten, Sidamanik District, Pematang Siantar City. The delivery of learning material for the introduction of fruit names in scientific kindergarten still seems monotonous. In his learning, the teacher only relies on books, pictures, and oral media. Not relying on effective learning media and attracting more students' attention by utilizing technological developments through multimedia-based PCs/Laptops. Making this Fruit Name Recognition Multimedia Application using macromedia flash 8-based software. The development of this application uses the media waterfall which starts from needs analysis to system implementation and maintenance. This application helps students to be more expressive in knowing the names of fruits, by displaying pictures of fruit and leading to learning quizzes. Based on the trial results, this application can run well on multimedia-based devices with the Macromedia Flash 8 version.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations on students at SDN 101827 Tuntungan there were still students whose knowledge of numbers was lacking. This is evident from the low reading ability of students in one class, there were 18 students and half of the 18 people were fluent in counting while the rest were still not fluent in counting and knowing numbers, could not count correctly and some even did not know numbers perfectly. Overcoming these problems requires learning media that are new and interesting and can attract students to read, one of which is macromedia flash-based learning. This study aims to plan interactive Macromedia flash media so that students can improve their numeracy skills. The method used is the Reseach and Development stage in this research beginning with potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision and usage testing. The results showed that the developed media met the requirements and eligibility to be used as learning media. And the results of the product use test, namely: the results of the assessment of the learning aspects of 75% in the good category and the results of the assessment of the aspect of purchasing materials 80% in the very decent category the results of the assessment of learning aspects obtained an average score of 80% in the very good category.
