<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility and intellectual capital on the company's financial performance. The variables used in this study are the Effects of Profitability and Corporate Social Responsibility on Company Value Study of Mining Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018 – 2022 period. This research was conducted using a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population in this study is the annual reports of mining companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange 2018-2022 of 10 companies and a sample of 50 company annual reports is taken. In this research, the sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using secondary data. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate: the independent variables are profitability and corporate social responsibility while the dependent variable is company value. The results of this study indicate that profitability influences firm value, corporate social responsibility variable has a significant effect on firm value. Profitability and corporate social responsibility have a simultaneous effect on company value. So it can be concluded that profitability and corporate social responsibility has an effect of only 37.9% on company value and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the form of behavior and how to handle agency problems caused by moral hazard behavior and adverse selection in musyarakah financing at PT. Bank Sumut KCPSY Binjai. The agency problem is the agency problem in the musyarakah product scheme. This type of research is field research with qualitative methods. Sources of data in this study include two categories, namely primary data and secondary data. The subjects in this study were employees of PT. Bank Sumut KCPSY Binjai in the management section that is competent in the field of musyarakah financing. The research results show that the form of moral hazard and adverse selection behavior at PT. Bank Sumut KCPSY Binjai namely the difficulty of banks assessing the true character of customers, errors in analysis, ethical deviations and lack of supervision (monitoring) carried out by banks. PT. Bank Sumut KCPSY Binjai Office made various efforts from screening, verification to monitoring. <![CDATA[Australia was involved in the Pacific War that occurred in 1941-1945 together with England, America and the Netherlands. The countries joined in the Allies against Japan. The occurrence of the Pacific War had effects on Australia’s political and economic life. This study aimed to investigate: (1) the Pacific War; (2) Australiain the Pacific War; (3) the effects of the Pacific War on Australia’s political and economic life. The study used Kuntowijoyo’s historical research method consisting of several stages. The first stage was to determine the research topic. The second stage was heuristics or collection of sources. The third stage was source verification or criticism. The fourth stage was interpretation or the process of interpreting the historical facts found. The last stage was historiography or history writing. The results of the study were as follows. (1) The Pacific War was the war of Japan against the Allies in the Pacific region. Japan was defeated by the Allies in the battle of the Coral Sea and then surrendered to the Allies on 14 August 1945. (2) In the Pacific War Australia was a strategic place for the American defense. Australia and America worked together against Japan, and Australia made the Solomon Islands as a bulwark to prevent Japan from ruling Australia. (3) The effect of the Pacific War on Australia’s political life resulted in a mixed political style combining British institutions and traditions with America-inspired federal structures. The effect of the Pacific War on Australia’s economic life was that agriculture was considered to have low productivity and was replaced by manufacturing industry.]]>

<![CDATA[This research has two objectives to be developed, namely knowing the design and development of Swishmax media in learning arts and culture and crafts (SBdP) for class III students at SDN Kalibata 07 South Jakarta, knowing the feasibility and effectiveness of Swishmax media in learning arts and culture and crafts ( SBdP) for class III students at SDN Kalibata 07 South Jakarta. In developing this media, a research method was used, namely Research and Development (R&D) with the Dick and Carrey research model which consists of 10 research stages. The results of the research carried out by the researcher obtained a percentage of 90% by material expert validators, a percentage of 90% from the language expert validator test, a percentage of 80% from the media expert validator test. The feasibility test results in the small group were obtained with a percentage result of 82%, the feasibility test results in the large group were obtained with a percentage result of 92%.]]>

<![CDATA[Social media has become a common tool for all groups, both adults and students, the influence of social media is so great that it can influence human awareness in living life, especially in religion. All forms of problems spread on social media regarding human behavior in religion, can be seen from various kinds of news that is social media a very influential factor for religious awareness? Therefore, researchers sought to find out the relationship between social media and religious awareness using quantitative research methods. This research distributed questionnaires to students with a sample size of 52 students from a population of 125 which aims to find out whether there is a relationship between social media and religious awareness among MTS students of the Islamic Community Association of Bogor City with the results that there is a significant relationship between social media and it can be seen that social media is the biggest factor in reducing religious awareness. The level of religious awareness at the Islamic Community Association MTS is considered to be in the high category using Likert Scale calculations. So the researchers concluded that there is a relationship between social media and religious awareness.]]>

<![CDATA[In this research, the implementation of performance-based budgeting has a positive and significant impact on improving the performance of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) employees. The research method used is quantitative with a population of 51 employees and a sample of 25 people selected through purposive sampling. The results of the validity test show that all measuring instrument items on the variables of performance-based budget implementation and improving the performance of BUMN employees are valid. Apart from that, the data in this study is normally distributed and there is no heteroscedasticity in the regression model. The results of the regression coefficient test show that the implementation of performance-based budgeting has a positive effect on improving the performance of BUMN employees.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out how much influence the Human Development Index (HDI), Regional Minimum Wage (UMR) has on the Open Unemployment Rate in North Sumatra in 2004-2021. This research uses secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The technique used in this research is data analysis using the multiple regression method, the results show that the Human Development Index (HDI) has a positive effect on the unemployment rate in North Sumatra Province in 2004-2021. UMR has a positive effect on the unemployment rate in North Sumatra Province. Partially, the HDI variable has a positive and insignificant effect on unemployment in North Sumatra in 2004-2021 with a prob value of 0.0034>0.05. <![CDATA[Poverty is one of the biggest problems in various developing countries, including Indonesia. All provinces in Indonesia experience poverty, one of which is in North Sumatra Province. Level poverty in North Sumatra Province continues to experience fluctuations and poverty this issue every year is in a serious spotlight. Poverty problems this has to be overcome immediately. Therefore, this study aims to analyzing how much a Large Population and Gross Regional Domestic Product affects poverty in northern Sumatra in 2004 to 2021 both simultaneously and partially. The type of data used in this study is secondary time series data from 2004 to 2021.The data used is data obtained from the official website of the North Sumatra Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The analytical method used in this study is the analysis of multiple linear regression with statistical software and ekonometrika Eviews 12. The results showed that Partially a variable of population and regional gross domestic product had a significant effect on the number of poor people in North Sumatra in 2004 to 2021. The implications that can be given from this research are that population variables are positive and insignificant while gross domestic product is positive and significant to poverty in the province of North Sumatra. then the government of the north sumatra needs to increase human resources through health, education, or increase several supporting aspects so that it does not overflow in accordance with existing job vacancies. so that the number of quality and economically capable population is no longer the driving force of poverty. The northern Sumatra government also needs to equal the regionql grossto domestic product and perform improvements in each sector by exposing potensi- potential.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the Realization of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget of the Medan City Government FY 2017-2021. This research uses a qualitative approach using Medan City Regional Income and Expenditure data 2017-2021. From the results of the discussion, it was found that the realization of Medan City's regional income still had not reached the set target, with the realization percentage below 100% during that period. The COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on regional income, especially in 2020, which caused a decrease in Original Regional Income and transfer income. Realization of Medan City regional spending tends to be below the budgeted budget, although there was an increase in 2019 and a decrease in 2020 due to the handling of the pandemic. Direct and indirect spending reflects the policies and strategies of the Medan City government in facing various challenges, especially related to handling the pandemic.]]>
