The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effectiveness of the zakat, infaq and alms (ZIS) distribution program in the form of scholarships, (2) the challenges faced in distributing zakat, infaq and alms (ZIS) funds in the program, (3) efforts made in overcoming the attacks of zakat, infaq and alms (ZIS) funds in the scholarship program. Data collection in this study used the method of documentation and semi-structured interviews. The results of this study indicate that the level of effectiveness of the zakat, infaq and alms (ZIS) fund distribution program in the form of scholarships is in the ineffective category, this is because scholarship funds become victim grant funds during the pandemic. According to Islamic law, Islamic insurance is an effort to protect each other and help between many people and parties through investment or assets, or among many people and parties through investment in the form of assets or tabarru'. Risk through contract (contract). This study aims to determine the effect of perceived value and trust on the loyalty of Prudential Islamic insurance customers, both in part and in general. The method used in this research is the quantitative method. The survey data was obtained from the survey by searching for the sample using the Slovin method. Survey was conducted on 83 customers of PT Prudential Life Assurance Syariah Division Tebing Tinggi. Questionnaire using hypothesis testing using SPSS software version 25 and using linear data using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research is that the variables of perception, perceived value and trust, have a positive and significant effect on loyalty. Second, the variable iperceived value also has a positive and significant effect on loyalty, and the itrust variable also has a positive and significant impact on the loyalty of Prudential Islamic insurance customers. Sharia Education Insurance is a type of insurance that provides protection against the needs of children's education costs. This study aims to determine the effect of the level of customer understanding on the purchase of Islamic education insurance products. This study uses primary data generated from respondents' questionnaire data. The population in this study are customers who use Islamic education insurance products, the sample is taken using the sample probability technique with a total of 95 respondents obtained using the slovin formula. The data analysis used in this research is the data instrument test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, and t test. The results of this study indicate that the variable of customer understanding (independent variable) with the results of tcount 6.134 > ttable 0.202, and a significance value of 0.003 <0.005. So it can be concluded that the customer understanding variable (independent variable) has a positive and significant effect on the purchase of Islamic education insurance products (the dependent variable) with an influence level of 28.8% which is included in the moderate relationship level, this is caused by the existence of factors that affect customers. This study aims to determinethe effect of exports, islamic mutual funds, and the labor force on economic growth. This is quantitative research with associative approach. The data used were secondary data which was obtained through the official website of the Central Statistics Agency (CSA) and the Financial Services Authority (FSA). The study used multiple linear regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method by the E-Views version 10 program. From the results obtained, it can be explained that exports had a significant positive effect on Indonesian's economic growth.Islamic mutual funds had a negative significant effect while the labor force had a positive significant effect the labor force on Indonesia's economic growth. In the F (simultaneous) test there was a simultaneous significant effect among exports, islamic mutual funds, and the labor force on Indonesia's economic growth. Adjusted R-squared = 0.863602. This showed that the independent variables are able to provide an explanation about 86.3% of the dependent variable. Meanwhile, 13.7% more wasexplained by other variables outside the model.

Productive Waqf Management Strategy in the Context of Empowering the People's Economy in Productive Waqf Dompet Dhuafa Alert. In addition to analyzing the management of productive waqf and the tactics used in its management, this study intends to study how waqf is managed and whether there are productive waqf in Dompet Dhuafa Waspada. Qualitative research is the methodology used. ways of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings lead to the creation of the Dompet Dhuafa Farm center, namely in the field of animal husbandry which is a useful waqf management strategy, promoting independent livestock villages and community villages where silver is spread, managing productively and planning, developing existing livestock units, and increasing human Resources. Considering that Dompet Dhuafa Waspada is in quadrant I (positive) which indicates it is strong and has opportunities, an offensive (SO) approach is taken. direct referrals from third parties in collaboration with Dompet Dhuafa Siaga who are experts in animal husbandry, and community economic empowerment in Dompet Dhuafa Siaga by increasing human resources. In carrying out the empowerment there are several activities carried out such as fattening livestock, conducting nurseries to produce superior livestock seeds, making good and good animal feed, making manure which is useful for horticultural empowerment and distributed to farmers in need. Conducting trainings on how to raise good livestock by being guided for 2 years, after being guided for 2 years, the recipient mustahik is released by receiving assistance, especially financial assistance in the form of several goats and assistance for cage construction, as well as assistance assistance. With some of these activities, it is hoped that they will be able to increase knowledge about livestock centers, especially boosting the economy. DPRD is a component of government in an area that has the responsibility to oversee the implementation procedures contained in regional regulations and also statutory regulations. The fundamental problems in planning for the economic development of a region occur due to an emphasis on the strategy for carrying out the development which then has to do with the regional culture through the utilization of local (regional) human resources, institutions and physique. Qualitative techniques were applied in this study. The researcher uses a qualitative descriptive approach in conducting research by describing and explaining events, phenomena and events as they really are. The aim is to find out how DPRD institutions carry out economic development in a Padang Sidimpuan city community. In carrying out economic development, it must be based on the capacity of the population to create maximum results by utilizing available resources, creating collaboration between government agencies and private institutions, and fighting for programs that will be carried out for development in the archipelago. Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) is a land registration activity for the first time covering all land registration objects in all regions of the Republic of Indonesia in a village or sub-district area. Full systematic cadastral registration is believed to produce better results and in a relatively short time compared to sporadic cadastral registration. This study examines the influence of land registration and the role of implementing a complete systematic land registration (PTSL) for the community, as well as the obstacles in implementing PTSL in the regions and how to overcome them. Writing with empirical law method. namely research that examines the problem to be discussed, based on facts that are in PTSL in the area of kel. Tegalsari Mandala II city of Medan, and which is then linked to the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations. The types of approaches used are factual approaches, legal approaches, and analytical and conceptual approaches. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy, subjective norms, and lifestyle on the consumptive behavior of UIN SU students using electronic money with self-control as a moderating variable. The research method used is a quantitative method with an accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the SPSS 26 Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test. The results show that financial literacy has no significant and negative effect on student consumptive behavior by 9.4%, subjective nor ms have a positive and significant effect on student consumptive behavior by 22, 9%, and lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students by 41.8%. Financial literacy, subjective norms, and lifestyle simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on student consumptive behavior with a significance value obtained reaching 0.000 < 0.05, and Fcount greater than Ftable (15.907 > 2.47). Self-control has a significant effect on consumptive behavior with a significance value obtained of 0.021 <0.05, and tcount is greater than ttable (2,341> 1,985). Self-control does not strengthen financial literacy, subjective norms, and lifestyles on consumptive behavior. In addition, self-control affects consumptive behavior, so it can be concluded that self-control can influence consumers in choosing goods for consumption. This study aims to examine the effect of trade between Indonesia and Egypt on Indonesia's economic growth in the view of Islamic economics. The research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression equipped with export-import data from the Ministry of Trade and economic growth data from BPS in 2017-2022. The results of the study are partially the Indonesian export variable to Egypt has a negative and significant effect, and the import variable to Egypt has a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth. As well as simultaneous test results, Indonesian exports to Egypt and Egyptian imports to Indonesia simultaneously have a significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a significant drop in income for business actors. This type of research is field research (field research), and the location of the study is on the micro business of barakah tempe production. The purpose of this study was to determine internal and external factors in the SOAR analysis (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, and Results) on the strategies implemented by the Barokah tempe production micro business and to find out alternative plans for the Barokah tempe production micro business in increasing income during the Covid-19 pandemic. 19. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique is a qualitative descriptive analysis using SOAR analysis. The researcher uses the SOAR analysis technique because, in previous studies, no one has used SOAR analysis in solving problems regarding alternative strategy variables for micro-production businesses. The results showed that the IFAS score was 3.38 and the EFAS score was 3.31, so in the IE matrix, it can be seen that the internal and external factors in the SOAR analysis of the strategy implemented by the Barokah tempe production micro business are at the grow and build stage. The alternative method for the Barokah tempeh production micro business is to utilize good taste in attracting customers, Utilise the owner's knowledge to produce tempeh with a consistent taste, Focus on product variations to attract new customers, and make the Barokah tempe production micro business always able to compete in terms of product form; take advantage of strategic locations to better explore other consumers.
