Abstract

This study, entitled The Effect of ABS Mobile Service Quality on Loyalty of KSPPS Artha Bahana Pati, aims to examine whether there is an effect of ABS Mobile Service Quality on Member Loyalty at KSPPS Artha Bahana Pati. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. In conducting this research, the method used is the survey method, namely research that takes a sample from a population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool, the data used is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires, namely the KSPPS Artha Bahana members. ABS Mobile. The results of this study indicate that, in terms of the five indicators used as a reference in assessing the quality of ABS Mobile services (Tangible, Reliability, Empathy, Responsiveness, and Assurance) there is a significant positive influence between the quality of ABS Mobile services on the loyalty of members of KSPPS Artha Bahana Pati, which is proven from the F test of 5,589 is greater than the F table, namely 2.31 (F count 5,589 ˃ F table 2.31). Supported again with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05, less than 0.05, which indicates that the quality of ABS Mobile services has a significant effect on Member Loyalty. The results of the R2 test are 0.188 (18.8%). This means that the quality of ABS Mobile services has an effect of 18.8% on the loyalty of KSPPS Artha Bahana Pati members.

Abstract

This research was conducted to elaborate on sharia equity crowdfunding as Islamic social finance that can be offered to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with content analysis techniques and library research. The results of the study, it can be said that amid pandemic, sharia-based equity crowdfunding can be an option for businesses or can prevent this outbreak, especially SMEs, to maintain their business by getting assistance in terms of finance or resources because they maintain sharia principles that prioritizing justice and transparency to realize the benefit of people. Because sharia crowdfunding invests in halal products, shares the risk of its investment, and has a character that is free from interest and avoids: 1. Riba, which is an addition given in exchange for usury goods or additional agreed-upon principal debts. 2. Gharar, namely uncertainty in a contract both regarding the quality and quantity of the object of the contract. 3. Maysir, namely every contract that is carried out with unclear goals and inaccurate calculations, speculation, and chancy. 4. Tadlis, which is hiding the record of the object of the contract 5. Dharar, namely actions that cause harm or loss to other parties.

Abstract

The distribution of productive zakat needs to innovate so that it has maximum value in improving people's welfare and synergizes in developing halal industrial areas so that the poor have an important role in the development of halal industrial areas. This conceptual research aims to develop a synergy model for the development of the halal industrial area based on the distribution of productive zakat. The benefits of this paper can be used as a reference for policy-making designs related to the establishment of halal industrial estates, especially on financial support and business actors as well as uses related to poverty alleviation. This research method is conceptual research by analyzing the results of research and reviewing previous literature and conducting exploration at the implementation level. The result is that productive zakat can be used as a driving force for the growth and development of halal industrial estates by establishing joint businesses (syirkah) of mustahiq (zakat recipient groups) accompanied by halal business consultants and making productive zakat recipients both managers and shareholders so that their welfare increases and guaranteed.

Abstract

This study aims to compare and see the differences in the financial performance of Bank Syariah Mandiri and Bank BCA Syariah on the ratio of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return In Assets (ROA), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Operating Costs and Operating Income (BOPO), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR). The method used in this study is a comparative research method with quantitative data analysis using the two-average difference test (Independent Sample T-test). The object of the research is Bank Syariah Mandiri and Bank BCA Syariah, the data used in this study were obtained from published financial reports published by Bank Syariah Mandiri and Bank BCA Syariah in March to December 2020. The results showed that there were significant differences in performance of Bank Syariah Mandiri finance with Bank BCA Syariah for each ratio. In the ratio of Return In Assets (ROA), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Operating Costs and Operating Income (BOPO), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Bank Syariah Mandiri's financial performance is better than Bank BCA Syariah. However, the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) of Bank BCA Syariah is better than Bank Syariah Mandiri.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of YouTube beauty vloggers on Indonesian Muslim Consumer’s Purchase Intention of Halal Cosmetic Products. This study uses a data collection method with a questionnaire, with a quantitative approach. The population that is the object of research is muslim women in Tanjungpinang. The study sample numbered 100 respondents using purposive sampling techniques with convenience sampling approach. The criteria of respondents are muslim women aged 17-35 years who are domiciled in Tanjungpinang and use halal cosmetics. The analytical tool used in this study is SPSS 26. The results of this study show that YouTube beauty vloggers are very influential on purchase intentions with a coefficient of determination of 63.6%. With the YouTube beauty vloggers are able to influence consumer behavior and increase consumer confidence and able to increase purchase intentions on halal cosmetic products. It can be concluded that YouTube beauty vloggers have a positive and significant effect on purchase intentions.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the strategy of distribution implemented by Muhammadiyah Zakat Management Institution (Lazismu) in the entrepreneurship empowerment program and zakat distribution program for zakat recipients. The method in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation, with validity using a triangulation model. Sampling was focused on the distribution of the entrepreneurship empowerment program for the 2021 period. The sample studied was the zakat manager and 8 zakat recipients of the empowerment program. This study shows that financial assistance in the form of zakat funds can increase the income and economy of most recipients. Accordingly, this program helped the community to improve the business and realize the main goal of productive zakat, namely increasing the economy of zakat recipients and adding new zakat givers and new zakat recipients. Furthermore, the main objective is to develop and advance the economy of the poor zakat recipients. The solution offered regarding the problems faced by Zakat recipients is to maximize the role of the Leaders in monitoring and empowering zakat recipients on an ongoing basis. In addition, monitoring and supervision are carried out by holding regular recitations for zakat recipients

Abstract

This research was established of knowing the action in which the Sharia Financial Organizations could take facing economic social problems in the Covid-19 era in Indonesia. This research used qualitative-descriptive approach method with the technique of data collections. The data collections which was analyzing written sources such as scientific journal, literature review, books, mass media articles which talked about this issue and the documents which were related to the object of this research. The data were analyzed with data reduction technique by collecting the data based on the regulation, displaying the data by analyzing them based on research methods and then concluding the data to simplify the discussion. The result of this research is explaining the responsibility of Sharia finances institute facing economic social problems in the Covid-19 era. Which is as the action of the role of sharia banking which is as the distributor of government social activity, facilitating the distribution of financing such as KUR and providing installment relief, serving customers through digital bank services, the role of Islamic pawnshops with restructuring and relaxation of credit, pawn care with 0% interest and distribution of interest subsidies to MSMEs. Provide funds with a special system in accordance with the conditions of the community, especially in small towns and villages. and the role of BMT as a social intermediary institution by collecting ZISWAF and conducting financial stimulation such as distributing qardhul Hasan financing, facilitating the cooperation agreement (Mudharabah) they can help the MSMEs to continue our business in the condition in Covid-19.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of professional zakat calculations in zakat management organizations (OPZ) in Indonesia. This type of research is a qualitative case study and in exploring primary data through interviews with OPZ managers and observations on the mechanism for calculating professional zakat and secondary data in the form of documentation through information in the form of pamphlets and OPZ websites which are officially recognized by the state and published in the Information Management and Documentation Officer (PPID). ) National Amil Zakat Agency as many as 87 OPZ. The results showed that of the 87 official OPZ, 38 did not specifically explain the mechanism for calculating professional zakat, 37 OPZ used one of the qiyas in determining the calculation of professional zakat, namely gold qiyas, commercial qiyas and sabah qiyas and as many as 12 OPZ were inaccessible. In the implementation of calculations based on qiyas by several OPZ, some still have inconsistencies between the implementation of the chosen qiyas law and the implementation of calculations, both the explanation of the calculations listed in the brochure or website as well as the calculation calculator application.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the murabahah contract and musyarakah mutanaqisah on ownership financing houses in Islamic Banks, as well as the use of musyarakah mutanaqisah contracts as financing product innovations house ownership with a qualitative method. The data in this study were obtained by interview,observation, and documentation. The data sources used are primary data and data secondary. Results from study proofs that the use of musyarakah mutanaqisah contract on home financing ownership in Islamic banks can be product innovation because its use is more flexible and can be used for various product financing. Whereas part big product home financing ownership in Islamic banks still uses a murabahah contract because of a fix installment. Otherwise, musyarakah mutanaqisah contract is an that should not be missed, although not familiar, this contract provides more benefits for the bank and convenience for the customer.

Abstract

This study tries to analyze the determinant factors that influence the purchasing decisions of Muslim consumers in Pati who use e-commerce. The object of this research is Muslim consumers in Pati who use e-commerce. There are 100 samples calculated by the Lemeshow formula. The analytical method used is multiple regression with the SPSS 22 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that Muslim consumer trust in Pati is significant and has an impact on purchasing decisions in e-commerce. Then the ease of use of e-commerce sites or applications is also significant and has an impact on their purchasing decisions in e-commerce. Service quality is significant and influences the purchasing decisions of Muslim consumers in Pati when using e-commerce. Price is an influential and significant determinant of consumer purchasing decisions in e-commerce. Product diversity is significant and has an effect on the purchasing decisions of Muslim consumers in e-commerce.Then the other effect was explained by other factors outside of the factors that were used in this research.
