Abstract

Maternal Mortality in Nganjuk still high, one of the causes of maternal death iscomplications of pregnancy, maternal mortality reduction efforts is to detect complications as early aspossible so that it will soon acquire an effective referral service. Coverage of early detection of highrisk pregnant women by midwives in Nganjuk District in 2022 was still 11.6% below the MinimumService Standards, for the research was conducted, to determine factors associated with earlydetection of high risk pregnant women by midwives in the District Nganjuk 2023

Abstract

Meningkatnya prevalensi Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2 baik di negara maju maupun negara berkembang sehingga menjadi masalah kesehatan atau penyakit global di masyarakat. Oleh karenaitu Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2 dapat dicegah dengan olahraga teratur, hidup sehat dan teratur. Tujuanpenelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam kaki terhadap status neuropati sensori ekstremitasbawah pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 di Puskesmas Tanjunganom Kabupaten Nganjuk.Desain dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-experimental dengan pendekatan one group preposttest design. Penelitian ini mencari pengaruh senam kaki terhadap status neuropati sensoriekstremitas bawah pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 di Puskesmas Tanjunganom KabupatenNganjuk, dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 30 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposivesampling. contoh. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 14 – 21 Oktober 2022.

Abstract

Stress is the body's reaction to something that causes pressure to change and emotional tension ( Ramdhani, 2013). The elderly are very susceptible to stress disorders becausethere is an aging process where there is a decrease in physical ability. Stress in the elderly oftenoccurs due to factors,body conditions, environmental conditions, external stimuli or events thatthreaten their physical health (Ramdhani, 2013). The purpose of this study was to determine the effectof laughter therapy on stress levels in elderly hypertension in Mlandangan Village, Pace District,Nganjuk Regency. Methods pre-experimental one-group pre-post test design, which carried out on18-27 May 2022 in Mlandangan Village. 70 elderly. Sampling technique. using purposive sampling.The sample is 10 respondents. The independent variable in this study is Laughter Therapy and thedependent variable in this study is the level of stress.
