Abstract

The research design used a correlation with a cross sectional approach. The study population was all male respondents with diabetes mellitus who visited the Sawahan Health Center, Nganjuk Regency, a total of 29 patients and samples that met the inclusion criteria of 25 patients were taken using accidental sampling technique. The independent variable was sexual dysfunction measured by IIEF and the dependent variable was quality of life measured by WHOQOL-BREF. Statistical test using Spearman's rho with = 0.05 on SPSS20. The results showed that from a sample of 25 patients with diabetes mellitus, it was known that almost half of them were in the category of mild to moderate sexual dysfunction as many as 10 patients (40%) and most of them were included in the category of adequate quality of life as many as 14 patients (56%). Spearman's rho test results value = 0.015 = 0.05 so that Ha is accepted. It can be concluded from this study that there is a relationship between sexual dysfunction and quality of life in patients with diabetes mellitus at the Sawahan Health Center, Nganjuk Regency.

Abstract

One of the massages that can launch breast milk production is efflurage massage. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of efflurage massage on breast milk production in postpartum mothers. This study uses a pre-experimental research design with a One Group Pre-Post Test Design. The research was carried out on July 15 - 22, 2019. The research population and sample were 12 respondents with a total sampling technique. The independent variable is efflurage massage and the dependent variable is milk production. Collecting data using observation sheets. Data analysis using McNemar with = (0.05). Research result the 12 respondents, before being given an efflurage massage almost all respondents, namely 10 respondents, breast milk production was not smooth (83.3%), while breast milk production after being given efflurage massage was almost all respondents, namely 11 respondents, breast milk production was smooth (91.7%).test results Mc Nemar obtained p = 0.004 = (0.05), so that Hais accepted. This shows that there is an effect of efflurage massage on breast milk production in postpartum mothers in Kepanjen Village, Pace District, Nganjuk Regency.

Abstract

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parenting and social development of pre-school children in Muslimat NU Khadijah III Kindergarten. Methods: This study uses a correlation with a retrospective approach. The population of all parents of pre-school age children was 48 parents. Using Purposive Sampling Technique. A sample of 25 respondents fit the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The independent variable was parenting style and the dependent variable was the social development of pre-school children. Statistical test using contingency coefficient with significance = 0.05. Results: The results of this study were obtained from 25 respondents, 10 respondents (40%) almost half had mixed parenting styles, 11 respondents (44%) almost half had good social development. Statistical test results obtained value = 0.004 = 0.05 which means Ha was accepted. Conclusion: Parenting that was appropriate for the child's growth and development will affected the child's social development.

Abstract

Introduction: This study aims to determine the changes in the wound of circumcised patients in the control group and the case group.The method in this study was to provide nutritious egg food to the control group and not to give egg nutritious food to the case group. This research was conducted at the Army Health Service Clinic (DKT 05.09.10) Nganjuk, involving 18 respondents. Based on this research, it can be seen that of the 9 respondents in the treatment group all experienced rapid wound healing, while 9 respondents in the case group all experienced slow wound changes. From the results of the Wilcoxon sign rank test statistic, it shows that value is 0.000 (0.05), so Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Coclusion Eggs are one of the food sources of animal protein that contain protein, fat, vitamins and minerals, so that eggs have good benefits in wound healing.

Abstract

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between family support and self-esteem with motivation for the post-stroke rehabilitation in Ploso, Nganjuk. Methods: The design of this study was correlation through a cross-sectional approach. The sample used a total population sampling consisting 34 respondents. The instrument used in this study was questionnaire and analyzed by spearman rank was used to determine the relationship. Results: The results showed that 34 respondents who got a strong relationship between family support and self-efficacy p value (0,002), with direction of positive relationship that proved that Ha accepted. Discussion: The conclusion of this study is family support and self-esteem are closely related to patient motivation in undergoing post-stroke medical rehabilitation in Ploso, Nganjuk.

Abstract

Physiological adaptations of the body in the process of pregnancy, one of which is the gastrointestinal system. Complaints of nausea and vomiting in the early trimester of pregnancy are normal things, but if they occur excessively it will affect the general condition of pregnant women. This situation is called hyperemesis gravidarum, which is a state of nausea and vomiting more than 10 times / day in pregnant women which will result in dehydration, weight loss, changes in body electrolytes, activity disturbances and also fetal distress. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an impact of audiovisual media health education on the level of knowledge of pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum.

Abstract

Menarche merupakan menstruasi pertama yang dialami wanita sebagai tanda perubahan kematangan seksual pada remaja putri, yang biasanya terjadi dalam rentang usia 10-13 tahun. Pengetahuan tentang reproduksi sangat diperlukan pada saat usia 10-13 tahun, karena kurangnya pengetahuan tentang reproduksi khususnya menarche akan mempengaruhi persiapan menghadapi menarche. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan remaja putri dalam menghadapi menarche pada siswi kelas IV-VI di SDN Ngangkatan Kecamatan Rejoso Kabupaten Nganjuk. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian Pra-eksperimental, dengan pendekatan one-group pre-test post-test design
