Efforts to control anger in violence behavior generally still use restraints. However, the effort to control anger that is often used by health workers in Mental Hospitals as an intervention for mental disorders patients with violence behavior because it is proven to have a significant effect in controlling anger in these patients is assertive exercise. Abstract

One of the psychological aspects of health problems that arise due to hypertension is anxiety. This problem can have an impact on physical disorders or cause a worse disease prognosis. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of beson and autogenic relaxation therapy on reducing anxiety in hypertensive patients. The research design used a pre-experimental method with a one group pre-test and post-test design approach. This research was conducted in the working area of the Pukesmas Blowerti Kota Kediri, using a porposive sampling technique to obtain a total of 20 respondents. Data were collected using the HARS questionnaire sheet, and using the Wilxocon analysis test.

Abstract

Introduction:. Approximately 10% of live births experience complications of postpartum hemorrhage caused by anemia. According to WHO (2O15), globally the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women worldwide is 51.2%. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between the knowledge and support of health workers and the compliance of pregnant women in consuming iron tablets to prevent anemia at the Rejoso Health Center, Nganjuk Regency, East Java. Method : The research method used is quantitative using a cross sectional approach. The population in the study were all pregnant women in the Rejoso Health Center area, Nganjuk Regency. The sample is 42 respondents. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling technique. Statistical test using the Chi square test

Abstract

Introduction: Youth knowledge about basic life support plays an important role in increasing traffic accident victims to survive. However, in fact, it was found that the youth youth organizations did not know both theoretically and practically about basic life support. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of basic life support simulation with motion graphics on the level of knowledge of youth organizations in helping traffic accident victims in Manyung Rejo Hamlet, Bagor Kulon Village, Bagor District, Nganjuk Regency.

Abstract

ASI eksklusif adalah bahwa bayi hanya diberi ASI saja, tanpa tambahan lainnya. Tingkat pemberian ASI eksklusif bisa berhasil sukses dengan adanya dorongan suami kepada ibu menyusuidalam memberikan ASI pada bayi. Mengetahui dukungan suami dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif padaibu menyusui yang memiliki bayi 6-12 bulan di Posyandu Desa Kebonagung Kecamatan SawahanKabupaten Nganjuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif yang dilaksanakan di PosyanduDesa Kebonagung Kecamatan Sawahan Kabupaten Nganjuk. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ibumenyusui yang memiliki bayi 6-12 bulan di posyandu Desa Kebonagung Kecamatan SawahanKabupaten Nganjuk sebanyak 28 ibu. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 28 responden denganteknik sampling “total sampling”. Variabel penelitian ini yaitu dukungan suami dalam pemberian ASIeksklusif pada ibu menyusui yang memiliki bayi usia 6-12 bulan. Pengumpulan data menggunakankuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 28 responden hampir setengahnya yaitu 12responden (43%) mendapatkan dukungan suami dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif kategori rendah,hampir setengahnya yaitu 10 responden (36%) mendapatkan dukungan suami dalam pemberian ASIeksklusif kategori sedang, dan sebagian kecil yaitu 6 responden (21%) mendapatkan dukungan suamidalam pemberian ASI eksklusif kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa hampir setengahnyayaitu 12 responden (43%) mendapatkan dukungan suami dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif kategorirendah. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pendidikan suami, pendapatan keluarga dan kurangnyainformasi yang diterima ibu. Oleh karena peran suami penting dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif, makasuami harus dijadikan sasaran penyuluhan ASI dan didorong untuk lebih aktif mencari informasimengenai ASI eksklusif.

Abstract

Lansia mengalami penurunan fungsi sistem musculoskeletal yang ditandai dengan adanya nyeri sendi. Nyeri sendi merupakan pengalaman sensorik dan emosional yang tidaknyaman. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengukur tingkat nyeri sendi pada lansia di posyandulansia Desa Kerep Kidul Kecamatan Bagor Kabupaten Nganjuk. Penelitian ini menggunakandesain Deskriptif, yang dilakukan di posyandu lansia Desa Kerep Kidul Kecamatan BagorKabupaten Nganjuk. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah lansia yang berkunjung danmelakukan pemeriksaan di posyandu lansia Desa Kerep Kidul Kecamatan Bagor KabupatenNganjuk sebanyak 66 orang. Sampel sebanyak 64 responden dengan teknik samplingpurposive sampling. Variabel penelitian ini yaitu tingkat nyeri sendi pada lansia. Instrumenpenelitian menggunakan lembar wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari64 responden sebagian kecil tidak nyeri sebanyak 7 responden (10,9%), hampir setengahnyamemiliki nyeri ringan sebanyak 23 responden (35,9%), hampir setengahnya memiliki nyerisedang sebanyak 28 responden (43,8%), sebagian kecil memiliki nyeri berat sebanyak 6responden (9,4%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini tingkat nyeri sendi pada lansia hampirsetengahnya pada tingkat sedang, hasil ini menurut peneliti dipengaruhi oleh jenis kelamin danusia responden. Jenis kelamin dan usia dapat berpengaruh terhadap kondisi seseorang. Hal inidikarenakan jenis kelamin dan usia adalah salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat nyerisendi, di desa kerep kidul pada usia 60-74 kebanyakan mengalami nyeri sendi dengan kategorisedang. Pada wanita usia tersebut dikarenakan mengalami pengurangan hormone estrogenyang signifikan.

Preschool age is a time of vulnerability to nutritional problems and vitamin deficiencies. Child feeding patterns are very important for the survival and development of a child. Abstract

Introduction : Breast cancer is a type of cancer with the highest percentage of new cases (Kemenkes RI, 2016). Secondary prevention with early detection behavior, is considered the most rational effort to reduce mortality from breast cancer (RI Ministry of Health, 2015). The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of knowledge about early detection of breast cancer by breast self-examination behaviour in female adolescents in Sukorejo, Rejoso District, Nganjuk District. Method : The design of this research was analytic survey with cross sectional design. Simple random sampling technique. The sample in SukorejoVillage is 89 teenage girls. Data collection tool uses a questionnaire.
