Abstract

The terran flower (Clitoria ternatea) is a pigmented plant. Anthocyanins have the potential to be developed as local natural pigments for various foods. Various foods also contain local natural pigments. It improves color quality and is also an antioxidant. Anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory effects. The purpose of this study was to identify the potential of butterfly pea flower extract as a natural antioxidant in food. In this study, the antioxidant activity test was used with the DPPH method. Analyzing the antioxidant capacity and chemical composition contained in butterfly pea extract. The results show that butterfly flower extract can do this used as a source of local natural dyes and natural antioxidants. Added the ability to make various types of food, such as drinks, ice cream, syrup, bread, and biscuits. Keywords: antioxidant, butterfly pea flower, tea drink

Abstract

The main reason people are still reluctant to eat or process milkfish is the large number of spines that are difficult to clean, this reduces their interest in eating milkfish. In this era of globalization, the entry of foreign cultures into Indonesia has had an impact on lifestyles and eating patterns as well as people's culture giving rise to many kinds of food that are unique, practical but still nutritious enough. From the circumstances and opportunities we try to solve social problems while simultaneously wanting to access large market opportunities. This study uses quantitative methods based on systematic facts or characteristics of certain populations factually and carefully. We have created a product that is liked by various groups and utilize social media to attract enthusiasts. Looking at cities in Indonesia where the density is dominated by youth, they are the biggest contributors to urban development in all sectors. The two conditions above are what underlies the birth of this Milkfish Mci business, namely by producing modern processed milkfish products and utilizing social media to attract youth. With the existence of processed milkfish products that are in accordance with the interests of the target market. Because milkfish contains higher nutrition, it is of interest to the general public. For transactions that themselves use the method commonly used by the public. Marketing information uses media that is often found by the target market with the online platform services available in today's digital era. Abstract

The research that has been carried out is entitled "Development of LKPD Based on Project Based Learning to Improve Students' Critical Thinking Skills in Biotechnology Material for Class problems, understanding assumptions, formulating and selecting relevant hypotheses. There are five indicators in developing critical thinking, namely; formulate the main problem, reveal existing facts, choose logical arguments, detect different points of view and draw conclusions. This research aims to improve students' critical thinking skills at DHARMAWANGSA MEDAN PRIVATE HIGH SCHOOL in Biology learning. Research Methodology uses Research and Development. The research population was class XII students at DHARMAWANGSA PRIVATE SMA with a sample size of 32 students. Data collection techniques use LKPD, observation sheets and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the level of validity, level of practicality and level of effectiveness. The research results showed that the Validity Level was 85.5% in the very strong category, the Practicality Level was 71.0% in the practical category and the Effectiveness Level was 56.6% in the quite practical category at DHARMAWANGSA MEDAN PRIVATE HIGH SCHOOL. Based on the research above, it can be concluded that the overall level of validity, level of practicality and level of effectiveness of students at DHARMAWANGSA MEDAN PRIVATE HIGH SCHOOL in biology learning is in the good category, although there are still skill aspects below the average percentage value. So this indicates that students are able to face challenges in students' critical thinking skills in the Project Based Learning model

Abstract

The technology of components and electronic hardware has evolved to be able to produce a DC/DC current system for power, which is achieved by converting the DC power to higher or lower voltage. This DC voltage variable is commonly called the DC-DC Converter. This final task aims to find out the performance of the DC-DC Sepic Converter series design. The simulated testing of the system using SIMULINK/MATLAB software is subsequently obtained from the data analysis of the theoretical output voltage data and the monitoring of measurements that can be analyzed to determine the error level as well as the level of efficiency of the design of the sepic converter. The test was conducted by setting a constant input voltage of 12 V, a frequency of 50 kHz, with a duty cycle variation of 5% to 65% and a given load of 20 Ω. The result of the design of the Sepic Converter at the time of open loop mode with the value of duty Cycle of 5% produces a minimum voltage that is 0,38 V. Subsequently, when given the duty cicle value of 65%, the maximum voltage is 21,22 V error with the highest error rate of 1 V obtained at the 13th data trial. The average error value is 0,642 V and the standard deviation value is 0,453 V, the greatest efficiency point is 78,50% at the moment of the cycle duty value of 65. While the results of the testing of the Set of Sepic Konverters at the close loop mode, the input tension is given constantly 12 V. The configuration for the parameter value of PI is also constant, namely at the set point of 22,22 V, it is 21,97 V with an error difference 0,25 V.
