Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bermain konstruktif dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal bentuk geometri anak. Subjek penelitian adalah usia 4-5 tahun sebanyak 28 anak di TK A BA Al Iman Daarussalaam Candisari Secang Magelang Jawa Tengah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai presentase kemampuan anak yaitu pada prasiklus  sebanyak 60% dan siklus 1 sebanyak 83,33% sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bermain konstruktif dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal bentuk geometri.. Hasil penelitian juga melihat perbedaan kemampuan mengenal bentuk geometri pada anak laki-laki dan anak perempuan. Data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pada anak perempuan lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kemampuan anak laki-laki, namun perbedaan yang muncul tidak jauh berbeda. This study aims to find out how constructive play can improve the ability to recognize children's geometric shapes. The subjects of the study were 4-5 years old as many as 28 children at Kindergarten A BA Al Iman Daarussalaam Candisari Secang Magelang, Central Java. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusion. From the results of this study showed an increase in the percentage value of children's abilities, namely in pre-cycle as much as 60% and cycle 1 as much as 83.33% so it can be concluded that constructive play can improve the ability to recognize geometric shapes. The results of this study also saw differences in the ability to recognize geometric shapes in children boys and girls. The data obtained shows that the ability of girls is better than that of boys, but the differences that appear are not much different

Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan berhitung anak di RA Muslimat Nahdlatul Ulama Sidorejo 1 Bandongan, disebabkan oleh metode belajar mengajar yang belum sesuai menyebabkan kurangnya interaksi peserta didik, anak menjadi pasif, kurang perhatian dan kurang kreatif dan mandiri ketika belajar. Anak enggan bahkan cenderung tidak mau belajar berhitung karena merasa sulit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung anak usia 4-5 tahun dengan media puzzle angka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dirancang dalam bentuk siklus berulang.  Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang setiap siklusnya terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan catatan lapangan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelompok A berjumlah 20 anak di RA Muslimat Nahdlatul Ulama Sidorejo 1. Penilaian rata-rata digunakan sebagai analisis data dalam penelitian. Hasil tindakan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media puzzle angka dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung anak usia 4 – 5 tahun hal ini ditunjukkan dengan tercapainya target capaian tindakan pada siklus 2. The low numeracy ability of children at RA Muslimat Nahdlatul Ulama Sidorejo 1 Bandongan, is caused by teaching and learning methods that are not suitable, causing a lack of student interaction, children become passive, less attentive and less creative and independent when learning. Children are reluctant and even tend not to want to learn to count because they find it difficult. The purpose of this research is to: improve the numeracy skills of children aged 4-5 years with number puzzle media. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which is designed in the form of a repeated cycle. The research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of 4 stages, namely: planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Data collection methods used are observation, documentation, and field notes. The subjects of this study were group A totaling 20 children in RA Muslimat Nahdlatul Ulama Sidorejo 1. The average rating was used as data analysis in the study. The results of the action show that the use of number puzzle media can improve the numeracy skills of children aged 4-5 years. This is indicated by the achievement of the action targets in cycle 2.

Abstract

this study. This research was conducted from November 2022 to December 2022. This study was categorized as a quasi-experimental research project. There were 38 students from Class TKJ who were the control group, and 37 students from Class TKJ 4 who were the experimental group, totaling 75 students. Students in the experimental group were explained about the Digital Literacy Through Weblog, while those in the control group were explained lightly. The pre-test and post-test methods were used to get the data. Both groups took the pre-test before the therapy, and both groups took the post-test following the treatment. The T-test was used to assess the data from the pre-test and post-test for both groups. The result of the research shows that the difference in reading ability between the students taught digital literacy through and those taught without digital literacy through weblog is significant. It can be seen in the result of the hypothesis testing

Abstract

Teaching and learning process in the classroom will run well when the learning process uses the good method. One of the method that can be applied in the classroom is using technology such as podcast. The aim of this research is to discover the effectiveness of using English Video Podcast in improving the students’ listening comprehension of eight-ninth students of SMP Advent Makassar. This research is applied by using a mix method approach, specifically the researcher applied quasi-experimental research design, and the data analysis was done by statistical description. And the based on the researcher findings, the use of English video podcast can be effective learning media to improve students’ listening comprehension. It can be seen there was increasing from the data of Pre-Test to the Post-test after the teacher gave the treatment to the experimental group. Before the treatment was given the students’ mean score for the experimental group on the pre test is 56.50 and after the treatment was given the students’ mean score is 78.50. It means that the using of podcast has improved students’ listening comprehension. The result was improved. It is supported by some previous study that also has a positive effect by using a podcast in teaching listening. And based on the questionnaire and the interview given the result showed positive impact of using English video podcast in improving listening comprehension.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the using of code mixing on social media at the Elevent Grade of Sekolah Advent Makassar. This research applied descriptive qualitative research. Data collection technique by using an observation and interview. Purposive sampling is the technique to chose the subject. There were 5 Students as subject from 26 students.  The data  was taken by the screeshot observation to know their type of code mixing on Instagram. The researchers interviewed for the 5 students to know about the students’ reasons using code mixing in writing status. Based on the results of the observation, interviews and recording that have been conducted, students used type of code mixing dominant is insertion in writing daily satus and ther reasons students’ used code mixing in writing daily status are less of English vocabulary and social community. The researcher found that the highest reason of using code mxing by the students is that they have less English vocabulary. This proves that the role of social media and community is very important at this ages and Students’ involvement in every situation to express their languages

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether these digital skills are able to solve students' problems. Perceptions of students about digital literacy XI OTKP SMK Darussalam Makassar. This research is a qualitative research. data collection technique by using a interview and giving a questionnaire. The researcher took 19 students of class XI OTKP SMK Darussalam Makassar as research subjects.  the researcher use questionnaire for 19 students to know about the survey in the impact digital literacy for resolve learning problems. The interview for the 7 students, to know about the students’ perception about the Digital literacy in learning process. the student statements above, concluded that digital literacy in education has a positive impact on students, easy access to various kinds of information needed to solve problems,  becomes a new habit for students, namely seeking information not only from textbooks or from teachers. Students also become more critical and communicate a lot with their friends about the information they get. Based on the results of the interviews that have been conducted, students answered that the teacher is the main aspect that must provide a comfortable situation in the classroom. This proves that the role of parents and teachers is very important at this stage and Students’ statements also express positive things about digital literacy in their learning process

Abstract

The research aimed at describing how Teachers’ Beliefs and Practices in Applying Learning Management System Aksara (LMSA) For E-Learning. In order to achieve the aims, the researcher designed three main objectives: to find out how is teachers’ belief in applying Learning Management System Aksara (LMSA) for e-learning, how is teachers’ practice in applying Learning Management System Aksara (LMSA) for e-learning and analysing some discrepancies between teachers’ beliefs and practices in applying Learning Management System Aksara (LMSA) for e-leraning. The researcher applied the mix method. The samples were chosen purposively from 30 teachers at Universitas Bosowa. The data analyzed was in quantitative and qualitative research involved analyzing and observing data dependably and accurately. The result of questionnaire showed that the that the teachers’ are firmly believes that LMSA Unibos can be apllied for e-learning at Universitas Bosowa. The result of observation related to the teachers’ practices in applying LMSA Unibos for e-learning at Universitas Bosowa shown that most of the respondents’ do not active in using LMSA unibos in each meeting for E-Learning. In other words, we can conclude that only a few respondents use LMS Aksara Unibos for E-Learning process at Bosowa University. After comparing both data, the reseracher concluded there are discrepancies or gap between teachers’ beliefs and practices in applying LMSA Unibos for e-learning, for the reason that questionnaire result classified as a very high level of teachers’ believes that LMSA Unibos can be apllied for e-learning at Universitas Bosowa but observation result found that most of respondents who have answered the questionnaire do not uploaded their learning material into their LMS Aksara account. In other words, the process of using applying LMSA Unibos for e-learning in the learning process at Universitas Bosowa is not optimal

Abstract

The objectives of this study explored two main cases, (1) what is the influence of self-efficacy on students' interpersonal communication in higher education and (2) What was the level of self-efficacy on interpersonal communication in higher education. This study applied mixed method which is explanatory sequential design or well-known as QUAN-QUAL as the one of the types of mixed method research. There was one class of the third semester students participated as the participant and this study conducted in Universitas Muslim Indonesia. The result of this research leads to the evidence that self-efficacy influence on interpersonal communication. There were three the influence of self-efficacy on interpersonal communication they are confident, motivation and self-control. Students who have high self-efficacy toward interpersonal communication tend easier to speak up than the students who have low self-efficacy. And there are three levels of selfefficacy on interpersonal communication which were experienced by the students. Those three levels covered such categorization such as low self-efficaci obtained 6.1% (two students), moderate self-efficacy obtained 39.4% (thirteen students), and high self-efficacy obtained 54.5% (eighteen students). From these results, the researcher concludes that the level of self-efficacy on interpersonal communication of students is dominantly high with the percent of 54.5%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan bahan ajar tematik berbasis kearifan lokal untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa Kelas V UPTD SDN 158 Barru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D. Teknik analisis data menggunakan dua pendekatan, yakni analisis deskriptif dan analisis perbandingan (uji-t). Analisis deskrisptif dilakukan dengan mendeskripsikan semua pendapat, saran dan tanggapan validator. Analisis uji-t menggunakan Posttest-Only Control Group Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar tematik berbasis kearifan lokal yang dikembangkan layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V di UPTD SDN 158 Barru This study aims to determine the feasibility of local wisdom-based thematic teaching materials to improve student learning outcomes of Class V UPTD SDN 158 Barru. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4-D development model. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and t-test analysis. Descriptive analysis was carried out by describing all opinions, suggestions and responses of the validator. T-test analysis using Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The results showed that the thematic teaching materials based on local wisdom could be used to improve the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at UPTD SDN 158 Barru.

Abstract

Pada umumnya, siswa sekolah dasar masih mengalami kesulitan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia sehingga motivasi belajarnya menjadi rendah. Salah satu penyebab rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa di pengaruhi oleh metode yang digunakan oleh guru yang konvensional sehingga siswa tidak terlibat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satu metode yang dapat memotivasi siswa agar ingin belajar yaitu dengan metode pemberian tugas atau metode resitasi. Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu (1) Mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan metode pemberian tugas pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia (2) Mengetahui apakah dengan metode pemberian tugas efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi  belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SDN 244 Lapasa Kecamatan Mare Kabupaten Bone. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan bentuk Pre-Experimental design, pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu Kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu one Group Pretest-Posttest. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh Siswa Kelas V SDN 244 Lapasa Kecamatan Mare Kabupaten Bone sedangkan teknik sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Sampling jenuh. Sampel yaitu Siswa Kelas V Siswa Kelas V SDN 244 Lapasa Kecamatan Mare Kabupaten Bone yang berjumlah 35 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data hasil penelitian mengunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan uji N-Gain. Hasil penilitian ini adalah motivasi belajar siswa sebelum penerapan metode pemberian tugas dengan nilai rata-rata 76,3. Sedangkan untuk motivasi belajar setelah penerapan metode pemberian tugas dengan nilai rata-ratanya 86. Melalui uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai Sig = 0,000 < 0,005 dengan rata-rata yaitu 0,4638 berada pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil ini dapat diketahui bahwa metode pemberian tugas efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 46,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 53,7% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh penerapan metode pemberian tugas terhadap motivasi belajar karena pengaruh tersebut sebesar 86%. Maka diduga ada sebesar 14% faktor lain yang berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar. Hal tersebut diduga adalah lingkungan. (2) Efektivitas Penerapan Metode Pemberian Tugas Terhadap motivasi dan prestasi belajar Bahasa Indonesia Siswa Kelas V Siswa Kelas V SDN 244 Lapasa Kecamatan Mare Kabupaten Bone dengan kategori sedang. (3) Selain penerapan metode pemberian tugas terdapat faktor lain yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa yaitu dari lingkungan keluarga, peran gurus, adanya cita-cita dan lingkungan teman Elementary school students still need help learning Indonesian, so their motivation is low. One of the causes of low student learning motivation is influenced by the methods used by conventional teachers so that students are not actively involved in the learning process. One method that can motivate students to want to learn is giving assignments or recitation methods. The aims of this study were (1) to find out students' motivation before and after the application of the assignment method to Indonesian language learning (2) to find out whether the assignment method was effective in increasing student motivation in learning Indonesian at SDN 244 Lapasa, Mare District, Bone Regency. The type of research used is an experiment with a Pre-Experimental design; the approach used is Quantitative, with the research design used as one Group Pretest-Posttest. The population of this study were all Grade V students at SDN 244 Lapasa, Mare District, Bone Regency, while the sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling. The sample is Grade V students Class V students at SDN 244 Lapasa, Mare District, Bone Regency, totalling 35 students. Data collection methods in this study are questionnaires and documentation. The research data analysis technique used descriptive and statistical analysis to test the hypothesis using the Wilcoxon and N-Gain tests. The results of this research are students' learning motivation before applying the assignment method, with an average value of 76.3. As for the motivation to learn after applying the assignment method, with an average value of 86. Through hypothesis testing, the value of Sig = 0.000 <0.005 with an average of 0.4638 is in the medium category. Based on these results, giving assignments effectively increases student learning motivation by 46.3%, while other factors influence the remaining 53.7%. It can be interpreted that (1) applying the assignment method affects learning motivation because the effect is 86%. So it is suspected that 14% of other factors influence learning motivation. This is presumed to be the environment. (2) The Effectiveness of Applying the Assignment Method to the Motivation and Learning Achievement of Indonesian Language Class V Students in Class V SDN 244 Lapasa, Mare District, Bone Regency in the moderate category. (3) In addition to applying the assignment method, other factors influence student learning motivation, namely the family environment, the role of the teacher, the existence of ideals and the circle of friends
