Abstract

This research head for explaining behavior and interest of Islamic Education university student at IAIN Kediri as teacher aspirant toward their readiness becoming profesional teacher, and are teacher aspirant already have positive attitude toward teachership profession. In this research, what is meant by behavior and interest of teacher aspirant toward teachership profession is a tendency in responding about like or do not like they are toward teachership profession, which at last explained as behavior that related with the aspirant. This research use quantitative descriptive, ex-post facto method. The result of this research is university student have positive behavior and interest toward their readiness become profesional teacher. The research result are expected useful to prepare competency and activity of profesional teacher aspirants.

Abstract

In the industry industry 4.0 some schools in Indonesia are beginning to be aware of the urgency of global perspective education in line with the flow of pragmatism and progressivism. One of them is the Islamic International School (IIS) Kediri, a formal Islamic-based and internationally standardized school that provides space for its students to develop their potential creatively and dynamically. The learning system is modernity but it still upholds the values of humanity as well as Islamic values. In reality, the pragmatic-progressive education model of IIS Kediri is implemented in several aspects of educational vision, educational goals, curriculum, learning process, role of teachers and students in learning. Therefore, the existence of IIS Kediri is one of the empirical forms of how the principles of process-based education, experience, practice, and student-centered can be adjusted to met the needs of life so that the output of IIS is expected to be superior, competent and competitive human being.

Abstract

This research endeavor to examine effectiveness of Digital Storytelling technique to develop kindergarten students’ spirituality aspect. Spirituality is mental dimension that make someone think about life meaning, value, believe, someone’s relations with God-with other humans-and the universe. Literally, someone’s spirituality can’t be measured, but it manifest in behavior shape can. This research is an experiment research with digital storytelling technique developed by Lambert, Weinshenker and others in Centre of Digital Storytelling (CDS). Digital storytelling is a technique that combined traditional understanding from a story with different type using digital multimedia. This technique expecting development of childrens’ spirituality level. Research method used in this research is within group or individual design and the research design using equivalent time series with researchers’ modification.

Abstract

This research head for knowing Munif Chatib’s child education perspective and it relevance with child education in Islam, which described into three focuses: (1) Munif Chatib’s child education cogitation background, (2) child education concept that Munif Chatib offered, (3) child education concept relevancy according Munif Chatib with Islamic child education. This research use Library Research with content analysis method. From this method, researcher analyzed former data in order to understand several Munif Chatib’s cogitation about child education and it relevancy with child education in Islam. The result showing that: (1) Munif Chatib education cogitation background is; first, lack of education distribution. Second, lack of parental attention to children. (2) Munif Chatib’s child education concept reveal that child education is a student development oriented effort not just their academic achievement, to develop ability and form nations’ prestige personality in order to educate nation’s life.

Abstract

As a globalization’s response, integrative Islamic Education curriculum reactualization is a must to fix it’s quality and existence. Therefore, this article will examine integrative Islamic Education curriculum reactualization in pesantren, school, and madrasah. Former reference literatures will be more explored to get the synthesis of integrative Islamic Education curriculum in pesantren, school, and madrasah. In pesantren organization, integrative Islamic Education curriculum reactualization practiced by applying many subject and various learning method. Integrative Islamic Education curriculum reactualization in school including utilizing various learning method and strategy. Islamic Education in public school carried out as an effort to integrating Islamic Education into school system with common knowledge oriented curriculum. It require good cooperation between teacher to synergyzed Islamic Education subject with common knowledge subject.
