Abstract

In March of 2020, the Covid-19 virus reached Indonesia. Almost every industrial sector in Indonesia has been negatively affected including banking industry. This study aims to analyze how the health level of state-owned banks during the Covid-19 pandemic is using the RGEC method. The data used in this study is the annual report of state-owned bank for the 2020-2021 period. Sample in this study is state owned bank. The data analysis technique used in this research is by analyzing financial statements using the RGEC method. The result of this study shows that in 2020 and 2021 Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk received a Very Healthy rating. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) received a Healthy rating in 2020 and 2021. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk received a Fairly Healthy rating in 2020, and in 2021 it received a Healthy rating.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of PSAK 71 against impairment loss reserves during the Covid-19 pandemic in banking. The object of research on scientific writing is PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. The types of data used in this research are qualitative and quantitative data. Sources of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the company's official website. The data collection techniques used are literature studies and documentation techniques in the form of financial statements of PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk 2020. The results of this study showed that the bank has implemented PSAK 71 since January 1, 2020 in forming CKPN using the expected loss method which is reclassified using the business model method and SPPI testing first. Each reporting date period PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk will measure the loss reserve for financial instruments based on the amount of finance based on the amount of ECL-Lifetime (the number of expected credit losses throughout life) due to an indication of increased credit risk, the bank will put credit risk into stage 2 and Bank BCA calculates CKPN using ECL lifetime so that the formation of Bank BCA CKPN becomes larger. Judging from the number of CKPN in the 2020 financial statements decreased signaling better credit growth.

Abstract

Suppliers selected based on a simple evaluation tend not to pay attention to the selection according to a particular method or system so that sometimes the process takes a lot of time and what has been decided is not in accordance with what is expected by the company as a consumer who buys the company's needs. This study aims to prove that the use of the AHP method helps the decision-making process faster and in accordance with the needs of pharmaceutical companies. The data used is primary data collected from employees of pharmaceutical companies. Data were collected using survey and interview techniques. The research analysis tools used are Analytical Hierarchy Process and Expert Choice v.11. The results showed that the use of the AHP method was proven to help in the selection of drug packaging suppliers in pharmaceutical companies more quickly and according to the company's needs.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the company's financial performance by using the Du Pont System at PT. Aneka Tambang (Persero) During the Pandemic and Before the Covid-19 Pandemic. The method used in this study is the Du Pont System method using the ratio Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Return On Invesment (ROI), Equity Multyplier (EM), dan Return On Equity (ROE) from secondary data obtained from www.antam.com/ which is the official site of PT. Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk. Based on the results of calculations using Du Pont System shows that financial performance PT. Aneka Tambang (Persero) During the Pandemic and Before the Covid-19 Pandemic, it was considered not good because ROE which has decreased. ROE which decreased due to the value of ROI which decreased by 2,78% and the decreasing EM value by 0,08 time. ROI which decreased due to the decreasing NPM value and the decreasing TATO value by 0,22 time. While the declining value of EM is due to the fact that the company is less than optimal in generating total assets from total equity. In this case, the higher the value of Equity Multiplier the more external funds or debt the company uses to fund company activities.

Abstract

Banks are one of the institution holding finance _ role important in Indonesian economy . As one related industries with finance, banks are wheel mover economy national, so could said as his heart service finance. Study this aim for knowing evaluation level bank health at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk seen from factor Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital period 2018-2020. Type used is study quantitative with using secondary data sourced from report finance Annual Report PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk period 2018-2020. The method used in the research this is the RBBR (Risk-Based Bank Rating) method and uses NPL, LDR, GCG, ROA, NIM, and CAR variables that produce evaluation for knowing level bank health. Research results level bank health at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk the period 2018-2020 obtained results rating composite 1 (PK-1) reflecting that by general bank condition in "Very Healthy" state .

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain and analyze the effect of Customer Experience, Customer Trust and Customer Loyalty on BCA Mobile banking customers. The research methodology used is a quantitative approach. I used Mobile Banking BCA users for the sample as many as 100 respondents. The data collection instrument used primary data obtained by using a questionnaire. The analytical data in this study are using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Linearity Test, Multicollinearity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, T Test, Coefficient of Determination Test (R2), F Test with the help of SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicated that partially and simultaneously Experience, Trust and Customers have a significant and joint effect on BCA Mobile Banking Customer Loyalty. However, Customer Experience has an influence on Customer Loyalty but they has a negative direction too, while the one with the strongest influence is a customer with a high bheta (0.675).

Abstract

This study used primary data and the method of data collection was done through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data collection technique used is probability sampling with a simple random sampling method. In this study, the sample taken is all consumers in Indonesia who buy and use SomeThinc products. To find out between variables, the authors use analytical tools such as Likert scale, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, T test and coefficient of determination test. Testing this research using computer software, namely SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate that product quality and price perception variables have a partial effect on consumer satisfaction with SomeThinc products. In addition, the variables of product quality and price perception have a simultaneous effect on consumer satisfaction with SomeThinc's products.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to identify the effect of perceived organizational support, motivation and job satisfaction on employee organizational commitment at the Kendal District Education and Culture Office. Employee organizational commitment is very important to avoid bad things such as the phenomenon of employees often leaving work during working hours, decreasing performance, increasing the number of employees who are not present, arriving late for work hours, and returning home earlier than normal working hours . This research is descriptive and causal research. The method used is a quantitative method with SPSS tools for processing data obtained by researchers. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The total population is 104 employees with sampling technique using saturated sampling or census. The results showed that: 1) Perceived Organizational Support had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment because the beta value was 0.243 and the significance was 0.018 <0.05; 2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment because the beta value is 0.490 and the significance is 0.000 <0.05 and; 3) Job Satisfaction has no effect on Organizational Commitment because the beta value is 0.067 and the significance is 0.586 > 0.05. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, price, and trust on purchasing decisions either partially or simultaneously and to determine the variables are the most dominant on purchasing decisions on ShopeeFood in Bogor. The method of analysis in this study used a purposive sampling technique with data collection methods using questionnaires and the sample used 100 respondents. This study is a quantitative data types. The data analysis methods used are instrument test (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination with statistical test using SPSS 25. The results of this study showed that in partially variables of product quality, service quality, price, and trust have a positive impact and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, variables of product quality, service quality, price, and trust simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions using ShopeeFood. And in this study, the most dominant independent variable on purchasing decisions is the price variable.

Abstract

This study examines and evaluates the constructs of service quality, website quality, institutional image, marketing mix, student satisfaction, student loyalty and competitive advantage based on structural equation modeling. This research model illustrates that each construct has a performance value and importance to competitive advantage. The test of this model uses a sample of 932 active student respondents at private universities with a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using structural equation modeling and importance-performance map analysis, test analysis tool with SmartPLS. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the quality of the website has a low importance and performance value on competitive advantage compared to other variables.
