Abstract

Mathematical power be abilitys which must be owned by student from and when doing mathematics. Mathematical power includes the ability to explore, conjecture, and reason logically; to solve non-routine problems; to communicate about and through mathematics; and to connect ideas within mathematics and between mathematics and other intellectual activity. The core concept of achieving mathematical power is that students develop mathematical power through problem solving, communication, reasoning, and connections.Kata Kunci: Mathematical Power, problem solving, reasonning, communication, and connection.

Abstract

Anak merupakan Amanah Tuhan bagi orang tua yang masih suci laksana permata (Imam Al- Ghazali) dan baik buruknya anak tergantung pada pembinaan yang diberikan oleh orang tua kepada anaknya. Pemberian motivasi dari orang tua anak terhadap Anak Didik Pemasyarakatan, mempunyai tujuan agar pembinaan yang dilakukan Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Anak memperoleh hasil sesuai dengan tujuan pemasyarakatan itu sendiri.Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Orang Tua, Anak Didik Pemasyarakatan, Lembaga Pemasyarakatan.

Abstract

Radio Frequency Identification System can be used for every application in automatic identification machines. This issue told about Radio Frequency Identification technology combined with biosensor for identification pathogen bacterial which live in some foods. Integrated detection for disease caused by foods with wireless technology and biosensor were the main aim from this research.The end of the result was the system which can monitoring the food production process from the beginning till the end and this system can reduced the number of death caused by pathogen bacterial such as Salmonella and E Coli.Key Words: Radio,Frequency,Biosensor

Abstract

School is an organization which has certain goals that want to be achieved. Appropriate strategy analysis is essential in order to achieve these goals successfully. Interaction exists among students, teachers, parents and school managers within school organization. Each elements of this interaction have different goals and strategy to achieve their individual goals. The result of this interaction will affect the overall outcome of school’s strategy. Using hypothetical data we construct an agent based computer simulation to analyze interaction within school organization. Based on our simulation we analyze the effect of teacher’s performance standard and the interval of teacher evaluation toward teacher’s motivation and knowledge. As a result, we purpose several scenarios that can optimize teacher’s motivation and knowledge.Key Words: strategy analysis, school strategy, agent based simulation.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out the effects of teaching style and student attitude toward the physical education learning outcome. The research was conducted to the students at the eigth Secondary School Tasikmalaya, in period of 2007/2008 with samples 40 students of the seventh grade selected randomly.The result of the research conclusion that there are: (1) The students physical education learning outcome by using inclution teaching style is better than those by practice teaching style (2) The students who have positif attitude, and used inclution teaching style is better than those using practice teaching style of physical education learning outcome (3) The students who have negative attitude, and used practice teaching style is better than those using inclution teaching style of physical education laarning outcome (4) There is an interaction between teaching style and student attitude toward of students physical education learning outcome.So the students physical education learning outcome who have positif attitude can be improved by using inclution teaching style.Keywords: inclution teaching style, practice teaching style

Abstract

Keberhasilan sebuah pembelajaran bahasa akan sangat bergantung pada komponen yang terlibat dalam pembelajaran. Komponen tersebut di antaranya adalah siswa sebagai subjek didik dan materi pembelajaran bahasa yang dipelajari oleh siswa. Karena itulah, dalam pembelajaran bahasa pemahaman tentang psikolinguistik dipandang penting. Melalui psikologi dipelajari mengenai siswa dan melalui linguistik dipelajari mengenai materi bahasa. Melalui interdisiplin ini dapat dipahami proses yang terjadi dalam diri siswa ketika memahami materi bahasa.Kata kunci: psikolingustik, linguistik, psikologi

Abstract

his research is carried out to obtain the empirical evidence concerning capability of discovering to raise the mathematical power and disposition of senior high school students (SMA). The population in this research is Senior High School Students, with sampel is SMA students from high level, medium level and lower level in environment in Education Departement in Bandung. This research just using research of control group design especially post-test. To knowing ability of disposition and power mathematical student used by the instrument test. Analysis data in this research using one way and two way ANOVA.The research result obtained as follows:(1) The mathematical power and disposition of student study which is use the study model of investigation that better than the student which is use study conventionally. (2) The mathematical power and disposition of student which is using model study of investigation grouply better than that student study use the model study of investigation individually. (3) The mathematical power and disposition of student has the cognitive style field independent (FI) better than student has the cognitive style field dependent (FD). (4) There are interaction between study models with level to school in mathematical power. (5) There are interaction between study model with cognitive style. (6) There are interaction between study models with level to school in mathematical disposition. (7) There are no interaction between study models with cognitive style in mathematical disposition.Key Words: Mathematical power, mathematical disposition, Cognitive Styles, problem solving, communication, reasoning, connections, and group investigation.

Abstract

Keberhasilan pendidikan umum akan berjalan dengan baik jika pembelajaran yang dilakukan dipersekolahan melibatkan berbagai ilmu pengetahuan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan memerlukan kontribusi ilmu- ilmu lain sebagai bagian dari upaya keberhasilan pendidikan secara interdispliner. Untuk menghasilkan Good Citizen sebagai suatu harapan dan tujuan diharapkan pada the future war, diperlukan strategi-strategi berikut ini: (1) Pengembangan dan pembinaan “nalar” peserta didik secara komprehensif melalui pendidikan dalam arti yang seluas-luasnya. (2) Pemberdayaan “Nilai-nilai Standar” dalam membina dan mengembangkan SDM Indonesia modern yang ideal; (3) Proses pengembangan SDM secara bertahap-berkesinambungan melalui pendidikan informal, nonformal, dan formal dalam upaya “menciptakan” good citizen Indonesia; (4) Pengembangan strategi pendidikan sesuai dengan kondisi-potensi kewilayahan nusantara Indonesia; (5) Penerapan pendekatan sistem dalam pengembangan pendidikan “menciptakan SDM Indonesia yang berkualitas menghadapi “the future war”; (6) Strategi pendidikan mengatasi “krisis identitas” yang sedang dialami Indonesia dewasa ini; (7) Strategi pendidikan yang efektif, efisien, dan produktif dalam mengubah citra “budak di rumah sendiri” menjadi “tuan di rumah sendiri”; (8) Strategi pembinaan dan pemanfaatan SDM yang berkualitas berkaitan dengan “pelaksanaan otonomi daerah”Kata Kunci: Good Citizen, The Future War

Abstract

Dalam menjalankan peran dan fungsinya sebagai dosen pembimbing akademik di perguruan tinggi, maka dosen tersebut harus memenuhi faktor-faktor sebagai berikut: mempunyai buku pedoman bimbingan; memahami prinsip-prinsip dasar dan teknik biimbingan; psikologi belajar dan teori belajar yang memadai.Secara ideal sebagai pembimbing akademik, dosen diharapkan mampu menjalankan kesepuluh peran dan fungsi sbb.: dosen sebagai organisator; dosen sebagai fasilitator; dosen sebagai inovator; dosen sebagai penemu; dosen sebagai teladan; dosen sebagai evaluator; dosen sebagai pemandu; dosen sebagai pencipta; dosen sebagai pengabdi dan pelayan bagi masyarakat; dan dosen sebagai konselor.Kata Kunci: dosen wali, prestasi belajar.
