Abstract

Analisis Teknik Slap Bass Elektrik Alain Caron pada Karya Intrumental D-code. Skripsi. Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Musik, Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni, Universitas Negeri Jakarta 2021. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa dan mendeskripsikan teknik slap bass elektrik yang digunakan pada karya instrumental D-code. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2020 – Januari 2021, bertempat di Taman Harapan RT 014 RW 003 Cawang, Jakarta Timur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, studi pustaka, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penyimpulan (verifikasi). Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian, Karya instrumental D-code ini memiliki bentuk A-B-A-C-A-D-C’-D’-C’- A . Tanda birama 4/4, tempo lebih kurang : 115, dengan tangga nada D minor. Jumlah birama keseluruhan pada karya ini adalah sebanyak 106 birama. Pada umumnya teknik yang terdapat pada karya instrumental D-code adalah teknik slap yang inovatif. Penelitian ini membagi teknik tersebut ke dalam teknik tangan kanan dan tangan kiri. Yang termasuk dalam teknik tangan kanan diantaranya teknik double thumb dan teknik double pluck (pluck 1, pluck 2). Sedangkan pada penggunaan teknik tangan kiri diantaranya hammer-on, pull-off, barre, barring chord, slide, string skipping.

Abstract

The term “jazz” has a variety of meanings because it has been used to describe various styles of music. But, there are two aspects that almost all jazz styles have in common—swing feeling and improvisation. In jazz music, vocal improvisation has the same definition as an instrument improvisation, where the musician or vocalist creating melodies based on pre-exisiting chord progressions. Based on the writer's personal experience in a jazz community in Indonesia, singers have difficulty getting information to learn vocal improvisation or scat singing. This research was started on October 2020 and the writer used a qualitative approach to investigate Ella Fitzgerald’s scat singing technique. Fitzgerald’s scat singing skills consists of several interesting musical elements to learn such as motives and motivic development, chordal approach, and chromatic approach. For singers who want to learn about scat singing and it sounds interesting like Fitzgerald, must have at least a basic musical theory, basic vocal technique and ability mimicking the sound of musical instruments using the nonsense syllables.

Abstract

Abstract: Kejei dance is one of the cultures of the Rejang Lebong people, in which there are several elements, one of which is music. Music in the kejei dance has its own function. This study provides a new knowledge about the function of music in the kejei dance in Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu.The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected by means of (1) offline observation, (2) interviews, (3) documentation. While the data analysis technique is done by data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing/drawing conclusions.The results obtained: The function of music in the Kejei dance is 1) the function of music as an accompaniment to the opening motion or prayer movement, 2) the content movement or the eye movement of the oars, and 3) the closing motion with three different patterns, namely (a) the pattern of sea waves, (b) ) lanting bird pattern, (c) gibbon pattern behind the hill), 4) music as a dance atmosphere, 5) music as an illustration.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how to develop Smart Apps Creator-based learning media in the Solfegio course at Jakarta State University. This research method uses research and development methods (Research and Development) with the ADDIE approach model through 5 stages Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research is conducted at Jakarta State University with research subjects namely students in the Solfegio course. Data collecting procedure is made using interview, questionnaires and literature review. The data analysis technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires and then the results obtained were processed and analyzed qualitatively. Checking the validity of the data is done by means of source triangulation in the form of interviews with experts. The results of this study indicate that the development of Smart Apps Creator-based learning media in the Solfegio course at Jakarta State University is in accordance with the steps that are applied. The Smart Apps Creator-based learning media product for the Solfegio course at Jakarta State University is named SOLFUN, Learning Solfegio Is Fun. Based on the validation results from the validators, this learning media gets very good criteria with an average percentage of 90%.

Abstract

Dol music is a musical ensemble consisting of big dol, small dol and tassa. This music is the traditional music of Bengkulu. This music has its own role and function in accompanying the Tabot Ceremony in Bengkulu. The purpose of this research is to describe the role and function of Dol music in the Tabot ceremony in the city of Bengkulu.This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out with the stages of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that Dol's music played the role of accompaniment to the Tabot ceremony series from the opening to the closing series. In carrying out this role, Dol's music functions as a validator for social institutions and as a form of symbol. The rhythm of Dol music at the Tabot ceremony is a symbol of the atmosphere during the war, namely the rhythm of Sweri as a symbol of triggering enthusiasm, Tamatam as a symbol of solace or releasing fatigue, and Swena/Meradai as a symbol of mourning.

Dahlia Permatasari, 2023. Strategy for Virtual Choir Training. Essay. Jakarta: Music Education Study Program, Faculty of Languages and Arts, Jakarta State University. The purpose of this research is to find out how the training strategy is staging the Virtual Choir. The training strategy is the success of an organization with systematic and organized procedures in carrying out activities in virtual choral performances. The method used in this research is literature review with a systematic analysis technique of narrative. Data comes from existing research results through Google searches, E-books, Acasemia edu, Semantic Scholar, Oxford Journal, E-JournalUPI, and Youtube sources. The research was conducted in North Bekasi, from September 2021 to December 2022. Total 15 articles were analyzed by making notes in the margins and categorizing tables and summarizing the results of existing research to be combined and then presented with comprehensive facts so that conclusions could be drawn. (Miles and Huberman Prof. Dr. Sugiyono, 2017). The results of this research is indicate that choir training for virtual performances using Zoom Meeting, Google Meet, Cubase, Adobe Premiere, Whatsapp media will be influenced by blended learning methods, demonstration methods, imitation methods, vocal technique materials such as vocalizing, breathing, posture, articulation, and reading songs and choreography. Abstract

Sejalan berkembangnya ilmu Pendidikan, teori Bloom ditransformasikan kedalam aspek kognitif; dimensi proses kognitif dan dimensi pengetahuan. Revisi aspek affektif menjadi; penerimaan, pemberian respon, pemberian nilai, pengorganisasian, dan karakterisasi, sementara revisi pada aspek pyshomotor menjadi; meniru, menerapkan, memantapkan, merangkai, dan naturalisasi. Dalam kaitan itu, peneliti bermaksud untuk menganalisa lebih lanjut implementasinya terutama di aspek affektif pada pembelajaran seni musik khususnya lagu “Indonesia Raya” di SMP N 2 Bulakamba. Model penelitian yang dipakai didalam penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Dasar pendekatan dilakukan secara multidisiplin yakni menggunakan teori belajar dan pembelajaran yang secara spesifik mengkaji penilaian hasil belajar (New Taxonomy Bloom), serta teori musik. Teknik pengumpulan data didalam penelitian menggunakan: observasi, wawancara, studi dokumen, dan studi pustaka. Adapun uji validitas data penggunaan triagulasi sumber, diantaranya; (direduksi), menganalisis, verifikasi, dan tahap penyajiannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penilaian aspek affektif, berimplikasi pada nilai Pendidikan karakter siswa seperti cinta tanah air, semangat kebangsaan, serta sikap patriotism. Pada aspek affektif dalam New Taxonomy Bloom, diantarnya Penerimaan (mengerti, menerima, dan memperhatikan bahwa ada nilai Pendidikan karakter cinta tanah air, semangat kebangsaan, serta sikap patriotism, Pemberian respon (memahami pentingnya nilai Pendidikan karakter cinta tanah air, semangat kebangsaan, sikap patriotism, serta senang menerapkannya), Pemberian nilai atau penghargaan (siswa memahami perbedaan antara nilai Pendidikan karakter cinta tanah air, semangat kebangsaan, serta sikap patriotism), Pengorganisasian (memahami secara teoritis maupun praktis pengembangan nilai Pendidikan karakter lain dari cinta tanah air, semangat kebangsaan, dan sikap patriotism), Karakteralisasi, (mampu menerapkan nilai Pendidikan karakter cinta tanah air, semangat kebangsaan, dan sikap patriotism dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga menjadi pembiasaan dan identitas).
