Alfuad: Jurnal Sosial Keagamaan is the FUAD Religious and Social Science Journal ISSN 26144786 (Print) and ISSN 27147606 (Online). The first published is in 2017. Alfuad is published twice a year in June and December. This Journal contains articles or scientific articles on religious and social issues, dakwah, communications, hadiths, commentaries, political thought, psychology in the form of research results, conceptual studies, or thinking figures.

<![CDATA[Sharia banking law was formed in the reform era through the procedure of making political decisions at the suggestion of the DPR RI. At the beginning of the reform order the legal product tended to be responsive. All the pillars of democracy can play a role. It's just that legal products that are born more serve international institutions or financiers because political configurations are more likely to be oligharkhi-cartels. The birth of this law is in line with the increasingly existence of Islamic banking in contributing and economic growth in Indonesia. As a political product, sharia banking law was born after a number of fundamental changes, especially changes in the construction of judicial authority carried out by the Supreme Court and the Judiciary under it. The birth of Islamic banking law follows a responsive legal character because this law embodies the needs of the community, guarantees business certainty and guarantees legal protection, gives space and movement to Islamic banking to develop and create innovations in Islamic banking products and services. In addition, this law is also the answer to the implementation of laws in accordance with Pancasila and has accommodated the needs of religious law. In the process of forming all stakeholders play an active role in either political parties or political forces, community organizations, government and society.]]>

<![CDATA[Density of traffic is increasing very quickly in Indonesia ending of the time and that’s problem making serious of traffic Jam. One of city experience that is Padang. One of the area experience that traffic is Bundaran air Mancur, Pasar Raya Padang. This research destination is to know and to description Padang Governmental to overcoming traffic Jam in Bundaran Air Mancur, Pasar Raya Padang. Location of this thesis is Bundaran Air Mancur, Pasar Raya Padang, using qualitative and descriptive method, and purposive sampling to choice the informan. This thesis using 8 method books, 19 theory books, 5 of journal and 8 websites. If we hooked the problem with aspect of transportation like Le Grand, Julian and Ray Robinson said in their book they said that four aspects of transportation to look city of transportation is availability, quality, accessibility, and price then Padang Governmental already take out some policy but that policy not yet to support aspect of transportation. From the result of this research can we make conclution that legitimate policy take out of Padang Governmental in just in sector price. Other aspect like availability, accessibility and quality not yet to be serious attention by taker of policy of transportation. Padang Governmental give autonomy for Communication Department to put in order operational transportation problems in Padang City included in Bundaran Air Mancur be based on Padang Mayor Regulation Number 31 years 2008, where Communication Department posess one of task to manage and traffic engineer. By based on that Communication Department have knit some special policy without Mayor and Indonesian Legislation Assembly agreement. Policy take out by Communication Depatment to solve traffic Jam in Bundaran Air Mancur is canalisation system.]]>

<![CDATA[Students from among converts experience psychological problems because they are conducting a process of finding identity and character building. Problems experienced by converts are considered necessary to do an intervention by teachers who are in school. One technique that is deemed appropriate to shape the character of converts is through group work in counseling. The purpose of the study is to reveal the influence of group games in counseling on the formation of the character of converts. The research method used pre-experiment with the one-group pretest-posttest design. Data analysis used paired t test. The results of the study found that (1) there was an increase in the character of converts to a better direction, (2) there was a significant effect of group play in counseling on improving the character of converts.]]>

<![CDATA[Most lesbians are irrational belief in the opposite sex. They consider men to be untrustworthy and evil people. This can be obtained from a bad experience in the family, in which the father is less pleasant towards the mother and from a hostile environment. This condition fosters irrational belief of lesbians towards men. Based on these facts, this study aims to reveal how the application of rational emotive behavioral counseling in reducing the level of irrational belief of lesbians. The research method used is action research. The treatment consists of two cycles, in which one cycle consists of four stages, namely (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, (4) reflection. Especially at the implementation stage of the counseling steps used are; (a). Accessing the client's self talk, (b). Determining the client's underlying belief, (c) Agreeing on more rational belief, (d) Performing rational emotive imagery, (e). Assigning homework, (f) Positive consequence, and (g) Negative consequence. Respondents in this study amounted to 3 people who indicated lesbians. Respondents were taken based on descriptive random sampling. The results of the analysis of research data revealed that rational emotive behavioral counseling can reduce the level of irrational belief of lesbians. Based on these empirical data it can be concluded that counselors can use rational emotive behavioral counseling in reducing the level of irrational belief of lesbians, so that it is expected to reduce lesbian behavior in society.]]>

<![CDATA[Orphans in Islam have a specific position in Islam as contextually religious already exists in the Letter Alma'un verses 1-7, in this context we are expected to be able to empower orphans especially to develop themselves thoroughly and specifically which leads to the development of life skills intended for self-development so that it can be useful for themselves, society and nation and religion. Methods of self-development Through education, it forms the character of children and understands their nature, the essence of their lives, the nature of community, religion and state. Seeing such conditions, the orphanage plays an important role in educating foster children in the form of safe skills to minimize the condition of children who are unable to continue their education, At-Taqwa Muhammadiyah Orphanage Nagari III Koto is one of the orphanages registered in the Social Service and the Tanah Datar district labor force with a total of 56 foster children with a total of 3 caregivers, is a valuable asset in fostering life that leads to education patterns that are oriented towards the lifeskill. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, with the focus of the discussion is the Potential and Empowerment Development Program through Life Skill Education at the orphanage At-taqwa Muhammadiyah kenagarian III koto Kec. <![CDATA[This study aims to find the correlation of motivation, behavior and spiritual peak experience in the view of Islamic psychology. This type of research, namely qualitative research in the form of literature study. The primary data source of this research, namely the theory of hierarchy of human basic needs from Abraham Maslow. Meanwhile, secondary research data sources, namely various other relevant western motivational theories. The theory is used as a knife of analysis, namely the theory of motivation of the human soul from al-Ghazali which includes dimensions of heart, reason and lust. This study concludes that in the perspective of Islamic psychology there is a strong relationship between motivation and the behavior of every human being in the process of achieving spiritual peak experiences. The relationship of motivation and human behavior in the perspective of Islamic psychology that is more likely to emphasize religious motives (spiritual), both in psychological and physiological conditions of humans. motivation and behavior in Islam are very closely related to various stages in the process towards the ultimate spiritual human experience.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrak: Memahami merupakan sebuah proses untuk mengungkap makna terhadap suatu teks, memahami berbeda dari mengetahui. Karena memahami menyiratkan kemampuan untuk merasakan sesuatu yang dialami oleh orang lain. Seseorang bisa saja memiliki banyak pengetahuan, tetapi sedikit pemahaman. Hal tersebut mengacu pada suatu kemampuan untuk menjangkau pribadi seseorang. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan oleh ulama terdahulu, yaitu dalam rangka mengungkap makna teks hadis, akan tetapi belum mendapatkan makna yang memuaskan. Atas kondisi tersebut, Fazlur Rahman menawarkan teori hermeneutik sosio historis sebagai pisau analisis dalam membedah makna yang terkandung dalam teks hadis. Langkah yang ditempuh Fazlur Rahman dalam memahami hadis yaitu dengan hibridasi antara pola berfikir induktif dan diakhiri dengan pola berfikir deduktif. Sehingga menghasilkan pembacaan yang komprehensif terhadap makna hadis.Abstract: Understanding is a prosess to explore of the meaning of the teks. Understanding is different with knowing. Because, understanding imply capability to experience something be experienced by someone. Someone can be posesessed of many knowledge, but litle understanding. Its refer to a ability understanding someone. A variety efforts was done by ulama former, that is in order to explore meaning of the teks hadis, but that not enough. That condition, Fazlur Rahman offer a hermenutic theory as analysis knife in operate on meaning of the texs hadis. The way in which Fazlur Rahman to understanding hadis is with hybridation between inductive and deductive system. With the result that comprehensive reading to meaning of the hadis.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to see how the ability of students majoring in Islamic Library Science, Faculty of Islamic Law Adab and the Da'wah IAIN Batusangkar in writing discourse. In general, the components of writing discourse that are of concern are Organization, Content, Grammar and Sentence structure, Mechanics and Vocabulary. This research focuses on organization and grammar and sentence structure. This research uses descriptive method. The data of this study were taken from the test of the ability to write discourse by students of Islamic Library Science in the first year. Then, the data is analyzed using the qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that of 38 students majoring in Islamic Library Science, 20 students were able to write discourse while 18 students were only able to write a few sentences. Of the 20 discourses, 1 discourse has used writing components very well. 4 discourses are already using writing components well. 5 discourses are categorized as moderate. 10 discourses are categorized as lacking and there are no discourses categorized as very lacking in using writing components, especially organization and grammar and sentence structure.]]>

<![CDATA[The term of radicalism often intersects with religion and not only on certain religions, but all the major religions in the world experience it. The radical actions that took place in the last few years in the name of Islam have tarnished Islam. Islam is a religion that teaches the importance of peace, ramatallilalamin, prohibits the acts of coercion in embracing religion, emphasizes tolerance, respects differences and does not justify acts of violence. Psychologically, the root cause of radical action is due to dissatisfaction with reality and accompanied by enthusiasm to make changes in its own way and principles. Anti-radicals behavior emerge, treatment counseling through the process of disputing, cognitive restructuring and reframing based on Islamic values.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of marriage in each region is different from each other. The difference is caused by the cultural pattern of the area concerned. In general, the implementation of marriage is preceded by a marriage contract and inaugurated by means of baralek. Unlike the Lengayang area, one of them in Kampung Akat, the implementation of the marriage contract was preceded by a baralek event. This is a marriage phenomenon that distinguishes it from other regions. The baralek tradition before the marriage contract is carried out by the community because it is already a culture that is received from generation to generation and to maintain the consistency of their customs. This tradition is still maintained by the people today even though the culture of the community has been entered and influenced by outside culture. Regarding the beginning of the emergence of this tradition it is not known for certain but the tradition has existed since the ancestors of the Kampung Akad who descended from Sungai Pagu. The author found several reasons for why the community carried out the barialek before the marriage contract, including to maintain the integrity of Minangkabau women, the influence of outside culture due to the tradition of wandering it had, ijab qabul was the most favored event because it was enlivened with baralek events, and various kinds other assumptions.]]>
