Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kondisi internal dan eksternal dari BUMDes Savana Result, Desa Tegalwaru serta merekomendasikan strategi pengembangan bagi BUMDes tersebut dalam rangka meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat dan menciptakan daya saing. Data penelitian berupa data kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis lingkungan, analisis matriks IE, dan analisis SWOT. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BUMDes Savana Result berada pada strategi “hold” dan “maintain” dengan menerapkan strategi market penetration dan strategi product development. BUMDes Savana Result masih memerlukan bantuan dari Desa untuk mengembangkan usahanya. Hasil pertanian dari lahan pertanian dapat dikembangkan menjadi hasil produk sendiri.  Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the internal and external conditions of BUMDes Savana Result, Tegalwaru Village and recommend development strategies for BUMDes in order to improve the economy of the community and create competitiveness. Research data in the form of qualitative and quantitative data obtained through the dissemination of questionnaires. Sample selection uses convenience sampling. Data analysis methods use descriptive analysis, environmental analysis, IE matrix analysis, and SWOT analysis. The results of the study showed that BUMDes Savana Result is on a strategy of "hold" and "maintain" by applying market penetration strategies and product development strategies.  BUMDes Savana Result still needs help from the Village to develop its business. Agricultural products from agricultural land can be developed into their own products.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan kualitas produk dengan kepuasan konsumen pada produk tas Island of Stone. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari survey, dengan cara melakukan wawancara dan menyebarkan kuesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pengunjung outlet tas Island of Stone di Bogor Trade Mall. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode accidental sampling dan responden sengaja dipilih dari 100 orang yang mengunjungi outlet tersebut. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rata-rata tanggapan dari konsumen terhadap kualitas produk sangat puas. Demikian juga halnya terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Selain itu terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara kualitas produk dengan kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini pengusaha tas Island of Stone harus meningkatkan kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumennya. Terutama di indikator keistimewaan tambahan (features), kesesuaian dengan spesifikasi (conformance to specification), dan daya tahan (durability). ABSTRACT The study aimed to analyze the relationship of product quality to consumer satisfaction in Island of Stone bag products. This type of research is quantitative research. The data used primary data obtained from the survey, by conducting interviews and disseminating questionnaires. The population in this study was visitors to the Island of Stone bag outlet in Bogor Trade Mall. Sampling techniques use accidental sampling methods and respondents are deliberately selected from 100 people who visit the outlet. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and Rank Spearman correlation analysis. The result of this study was that the average response from consumers to product quality was very satisfied. The same goes for consumer satisfaction. In addition, there is a strong relationship between product quality and consumer satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, Island of Stone bag entrepreneurs must improve the quality of product and customer satisfaction. Especially in indicators of additional privileges (features), conformance to specification, and durability.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan metode explanatori survey. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 44 responden dengan perhitungan menggunakan skala likert yang memiliki 5 alternatif jawaban. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis koefisien korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lingkungan kerja memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Bogor. Dengan demikian, diharapkan Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM dapat menyediakan lingkungan kerja baik secara fisik maupun non fisik yang kondusif untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Kondisi lingkungan yang baik dapat memberikan rasa nyaman kepada para pegawai yang diharapkan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the relationship between the work environment and employee performance at the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Bogor City. This research is a correlational quantitative research with explanatory survey method. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to 44 respondents with calculations using a Likert scale which has 5 alternative answers. The data analysis method used is Spearman Rank correlation coefficient analysis. The results showed that the work environment had a relationship with employee performance at the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Bogor City. Thus, it is hoped that the Department of Cooperatives and MSMEs can provide a work environment both physically and non-physically that is conducive to improving employee performance. Good environmental conditions can provide a sense of comfort to employees which is expected to improve employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengendaliaan persediaan bahan baku menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) di Departemen Spinning PT. Unitex untuk memperlancar proses produksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan wawancara dan observasi langsung ke dalam perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan dengan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dapat membantu perusahaan Departemen Spinning PT. Unitex dalam melakukan pengendalian persediaan bahan baku yang optimal yaitu sebesar 135.521,3 Kg Cotton dalam setiap satu kali pemesanan dengan frekuensi pemesanan sebanyak 10 kali pemesanan dalam satu periode. Dan untuk bahan baku Polyester sebanyak 620,97 Kg dalam setiap satu kali pemesanan dengan frekuensi pemesanan sebanyak 9 kali pemesanan dalam satu periode. Kelancaran proses produksi pun meningkat 11,6% dari 88,4% menjadi 100%, maka proses produksi dapat dikatakan lancar. Dalam penelitian ini diketahui persediaan bahan baku yang tepat akan mendukung kelancaran proses produksi sehingga tidak terjadi kekurangan dan kelebihan bahan baku. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the control of raw material inventory using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method in the Spinning Department of PT. Unitex to streamline the production process. This study uses a quantitative approach, with data collection methods, namely interviews and direct observation into the company. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method can help the Spinning Department company PT. Unitex in controlling the optimal raw material inventory is 135,521.3 Kg Cotton in every one order with an order frequency of 10 orders in one period. And for Polyester raw materials as much as 620.97 Kg in each order with a frequency of 9 orders in one period. The smoothness of the production process also increased 11.6% from 88.4% to 100%, so the production process can be said to be smooth. In this study, it is known that the right supply of raw materials will support the smooth production process so that there is no shortage and excess of raw materials.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan pada Nusa Sari Pabrik Tahu Sumedang. Jenis penilitian ini merupakan  penelitian verifikatif dengan metode penelitian  explanatory survey. Jenis data yang digunakan oleh peneliti dua jenis data yaitu data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan data primer dan sekunder. Metode penarikan  sampel dengan  metode sensus dimana seluruh populasi karyawan sejumlah 63 orang dijadikan responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis koefisien kolerasi rank spearman, dan uji hipotesis koefisien kolerasi. Hasil dari analisis deskriptif didapatkan bahwa motivasi kerja pada Nusa Sari Pabrik Tahu Sumedang Sangat baik, dengan hasil rata-rata total tanggapan responden sebesar 85% yang berada pada interval 80%-100% yang artinya motivasi kerja pada Nusa Sari Pabrik Tahu Sumedang sangat baik. Kinerja karyawan pada Nusa Sari Pabrik Tahu Sumedang sangat baik. Hasil analisis koefisien kolerasi rank spearman sebesar 0,559 yang berada pada interval 0,40-0,599 yang artinya hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan pada Nusa Sari Pabrik Tahu Sumedang dengan tingkat hubungan yang sedang. Hasil penelitian ini mengimplikasikan pentingnya mempertahankan dan meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan baik dengan memberikan reward dan punishment serta meningkatkan metode penyelesaian pekerjaan yang lebih efektif. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and employee performance at Nusa Sari Sumedang Tofu Factory. This type of research is a verification research with explanatory survey research methods. The types of data used by researchers are two types of data, namely qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The sampling method is the census method in which the entire population of 63 employees is used as respondents. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, Spearman rank correlation coefficient analysis, and correlation coefficient hypothesis testing. The results of the descriptive analysis found that work motivation at Nusa Sari Sumedang Tofu Factory was very good, with an average total response of 85% of respondents who were in the 80%-100% interval, which means that work motivation at Nusa Sari Sumedang Tofu Factory was very good. Employee performance at Nusa Sari Sumedang Tofu Factory is very good. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis of Spearman rank of 0.559 which are in the interval 0.40-0.599, which means the relationship between work motivation and employee performance at Nusa Sari Sumedang Tofu Factory with a moderate level of relationship. The results of this study imply the importance of maintaining and increasing employee motivation both by providing rewards and punishments as well as improving more effective work completion methods.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kondisi pemerintah desa berdasarkan pandangan informasi yang terperinci mengenai penyusunan APBDesa di Desa Giri Mulya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data penelitian bersifat primer yang diperoleh dari wawancara, Focus Group Discussion, penyebaran kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dengan metode convinience sampling. Reponden ditentukan secara kebetulan yang menguasai permasalahan dan bersedia memberikan informasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran jelas mengenai penyusunan APBDesa. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah tingkat kepahaman dalam penyusunan APBDesa masih rendah. Penyusunan APBDesa masih dianggap hanya sebagai tindakan formalitas dari pemerintahan. ABSTRACT This research aims to describe the condition of the village government based on a detailed informational view on the preparation of APBDesa in Giri Mulya Village. This research uses descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. Research data is primary obtained from interviews, Focus Group Discussions, questionnaire dissemination, and documentation. Sampling techniques are used with accidental sampling methods. The respondent is determined by chance who mastered the problem and is willing to provide information. The analysis method used is a descriptive analysis method that aims to obtain a clear picture of the preparation of APBDesa. The results of the research obtained is that the level of understanding in the preparation of APBDesa is still low. The preparation of APBDesa is still considered only as an act of formality of the government.
