Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the halal label on consumer purchasing decisions for Syifa care aromatherapy wind oil products at CV. Afsal Makmur. The data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. The method used is descriptive answers to the questionnaire results with a Likert scale and statistical analysis in the form of simple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and t test. the results of a simple regression analysis obtained the equation that is y = 8.137 + 0.49x, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between halal labels on consumer purchasing decisions for Syifa Care aromatherapy wind oil products at CV. Afsal Makmur. The results showed that the analysis of the correlation coefficient rxy 0.549 and r2 xy 0.3014 or 30.14% and obtained tcount of 5.06 is greater than ttable 1.6706 (5.06> 1.6706) with a significant level of 5% ( one side).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience and work ability on employee performance at BPPMDDTT Makassar. This study uses a combined approach, namely using qualitative and quantitative approaches using primary data as a reference. The sample used in this study is the entire population, which is 60 respondents. This data collection technique uses a questionnaire consisting of 15 statements of the total number. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression techniques with simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), partial test (t test) and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that by means of a simultaneous test (f test) there is a sig probability of 0.000. Sig value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) it can be concluded that Ho is rejected H1 is accepted, so there is a positive and significant influence. Partially (t test) there is an effect of the tcount (3,875) > ttable (1,296) and the resulting significant value is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, so Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research is to find out the power of influence of Communication on the Effectiveness of Work at the Public Works and Highways Office of Sidrap Regency. 25 respondents were taken as a sample. The research conducted by the researcher is a verification research or causality in nature, namely research that looks for the relationship between causal variables and effect variables. The relationship in question is the relationship between Communication (Independent variable) and Work Effectiveness (Dependent variable). The analytical tool used is the Spearman Rank coefficient formula (ρ) Based on the analysis of the collected data, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) The results of the analysis show that Communication is associated with Work Effectiveness. This shows that the more effective the communication that occurs, the work effectiveness will increase, conversely if the communication is not effective then the work being done becomes even less effective. 2) Communication that occurs within the Public Works and Highways Office of Sidrap Regency is quite effective, because after all the role of the leadership here cannot be ruled out, because it is the leadership that creates pleasant environmental conditions or vice versa.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Office of the Production Forest Management Agency (BPHP) Wil XIII Makassar in early August to mid-October 2021. Sampling in this study was used as many as 63 respondents, the method used in this study is the quantitative method with the data collection technique is through a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis using simple linear regression with hypothesis testing using t test with a significant level of 5%, this research uses SPSS Version 25. From a simple linear regression analysis, it shows that employee performance is influenced by the discipline variable. The result of determination (R2) uses the value of Adjested r square, because it uses regression with one dependent variable, namely 0.785, which means that the Discipline Variable is able to affect employee performance by 78.5% while the remaining 21.5% is influenced by other variables not examined. From the calculation of the t test, it can be seen that the Discipline Variable partially has an effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the selling price of tofu products in the Sukuhale cooperative business unit. As for what is used in data collection is sourced from the Sukuhale Cooperative, and field data directly. Based on the calculation of the selling price analysis for tofu products in the business unit of the Sukuhale Cooperative, the price applied by the Sukuhale Cooperative is Rp. selling for IDR 12,000, with the calculation of the desired profit of the cooperative being 15%, then using the method in this scientific work a price comparison of IDR 200 is found.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the income level of farmers with a technological perspective (social media) in Terasa Village, Sinjai Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative type, while the sample taken is 30 farmers. The simple linear regression analysis technique used in this study is validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study have been tested for validity with the smallest score of the purchase intention indicator, namely 0.384 and the highest score of the brand image indicator variable (X) from a technological perspective is 0.767 declared valid and with the smallest score of return on capital indicator 0.362 and the highest score of the income variable skill and persistence indicator (Y), namely 0.720, is declared valid. The results of the reliability test (X) from a technological perspective are 0.661 and the reliability of the income variable (Y) is 0.629 with both variables exceeding Cronbach Alpha > 0.6 so that the research is said to be reliable or feasible to continue. The results of this study indicate that the technology perspective variable (X) with the brand image indicator and the income variable (Y) with the persistence and expertise indicators has a positive and significant effect on increasing farmers' income, meaning that people who sell online with various brand images and it is with this skill and persistence that their income increases.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Tanralili District Office, Kab. Maros at the end of October to the end of December. Sampling in this study used 34 respondents, the data collection technique is through a questionnaire distributed to respondents, while the research variables are job training (X), Employee Performance (Y). This research uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, and to test the level of reliability using Cronbach Alpha and then the data is processed with Simple Linear Regression Analysis. Hypothesis testing using the t test with a significance level of 5%. This research uses SPSS Version 25 as a tool. From the results of simple linear regression analysis, it shows that employee performance is influenced by the HR competency variable. The result of determination (R2) uses an adjusted r square value, because it uses regression with one dependent variable. Namely equal to 0.007, which means that the Job Training variable is able to explain Employee Performance by 7.% while the remaining 93% is influenced by other variables that are not examined. From the results of the t test calculation, it can be seen that the HR competency variable partially has no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the financial performance of the Regional Public Company (PERUMDA) Drinking Water Tirta Bantimurung, Maros Regency. The object of this research is the Regional Public Company (PERUMDA) of Tirta Bantimurung Drinking Water, Maros Regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The research method uses the library research and field research stages. The method of analysis uses financial ratio analysis. The samples in this study are the balance sheet and income statement of the Regional Public Company (PERUMDA) Drinking Water Tirta Bantimurung, Maros Regency for the 3 year period from 2018 to 2020. The results showed that the company's financial performance as measured by the solvency ratio was good, because the Regional Drinking Water Company, Tirta Bantimurung, Maros Regency was able to fulfill its obligations both short term and long term.
