Abstract

The Effect of Competence, Work Environment and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Bina San Prima Makassar "is the result of a quantitative study that aims to answer questions about competence, work environment and compensation for employee performance at PT. Bina San Prima Makassar. The research methodology used is quantitative research using survey methods. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a total of 5 0 respondents. The technique uses data using a questionnaire which is processed using SPSS version 2 1 . Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that competence has a partial effect on the PERFORMANCE of employees at PT. Bina San Prima Makassar, this is evidenced by a t-count value of 3.287 and a significance value of 0.00 2. Work environment has a partial effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bina San Prima Makassar, this is evidenced by a calculated t value of 3.334 and a significance value of 0.002. Compensation has a partial effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bina San Prima Makassar, this is evidenced by the calculated t value of 3,520 and a significance value of 0.001. Meanwhile, based on the results of simultaneous test statistical calculations, it can be seen that competence, work environment and simultaneously influence PT. Bina San Prima Makassar, this is evidenced by a calculated F value of 10.685 and a significance value of 0.000 and a coefficient of determination of 0.3 7 2 which means that employee performance can be explained by competency, work environment and compensation variables, amounting to 3 7 , 2% while the rest by other variables that are not in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine emotional intelligence and work motivation on employee performance at Bank BTN Maros Branch, while this study was analyzed using quantitative analysis, namely multiple linear regression analysis. based on the results of the research above regarding the effect of emotional intelligence on performance, the authors conclude that the influence of emotional intelligence does not affect employee performance at the Maros branch of Bank BTN. Based on the simple linear regression test, the employee performance coefficient value is 0.279. Stating that every time there is an increase of 1 score for emotional intelligence will be followed by an increase in employee performance of 0.279.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions at SS Coffee Space partially and simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive and causal research types. In recent months in Indonesia there has been a phenomenon where many teenagers have opened coffee businesses. At least 30 teenagers who opened modern coffee businesses in various regions. Several teenagers opened coffee in the same area. One such area is the city of Makassar. Intense competition in the coffee industry makes each business actor try to build and maintain customer loyalty. To survive in the midst of intense competition, companies carry out strategies. One strategy that can be used to influence purchasing decisions is the marketing mix strategy. The population in this study were consumers who had made purchases at SS Coffee Space with a sample of 150 respondents. Sampling was carried out using a questionnaire method, namely the type of primary data. The data analysis technique uses simple linear analysis. The marketing mix at SS Coffee Space has a percentage value of 368.3%. The results of the R square test found that the marketing mix has an influence of 0.790. this states that the marketing mix affects purchase satisfaction by 79.0%, this proves that the effect of the marketing mix on purchase satisfaction is in the strong category. The remaining 21% is influenced by other variables that have not been studied in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the influence of compensation variables and job characteristics on the work satisfaction of Production Unit employees at PT. Adi Karya This research is causality research and the method used in this research is survey. The number of samples is 93 respondents and the data collected is carried out by filling out some questionaires. There are two groups of variables in this research. Those are independent variables which are compensation and job characteristics, and the other is dependent variable which is work satisfaction of Production Unit employees at PT. Adi Karya Multiple linear regression is used to analyze the influence of variables on compensation and job characteristics on the work satisfaction. According to the results of regression analysis, find that simultaneously variables of compensation and job characteristics have significant effects on work satisfaction of production Unit employee at PT.. Adi Karya Partially, the variable of job characteristic which is autonomy of job (X3) has the most dominant effect on work satisfaction of production unit employees at PT. Adi Karya

Abstract

This research is to determine the influence of education, skills, work experience and organizational commitment on the performance of Outsourcing employees at the Makassar Air Traffic Control Center at PT. Angkasa Pura I, using multiple regression analysis where simultaneously the factors of education, skills, experience and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Outsourcing employees Air Traffic Control Center at PT. Angkasa Pura I and the results of partial analysis with multiple linear regression analysis show that the experience factor is the variable that has the greatest contribution to improving the performance of Outsourcing employees at the Air Traffic Control Center at PT. Angkasa Pura I.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1) To determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance. 2) To determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance. 3) To find out which is the most influential between leadership style and work motivation on employee performance. To answer these problems, the authors used a quantitative and qualitative approach using primary data in the form of a questionnaire which was distributed to the research population which was reduced in population by using the slovin formula with an error rate of 0.05%. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the results of research conducted at PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar Head Office. The results of the t test analysis show that the variable Leadership Style (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). The results of the t test analysis show that the motivation variable (X2) has no significant effect on employee performance (Y). The most dominant variable that influences employee performance is the leadership style variable (X1).

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to evaluate the effectiveness of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in PT Semen Tonasa. In this research, researchers based on a case study in PT Semen Tonasa (Biring Ere village, Pangkep District, South Sulawesi). The data obtained with interview and documentation method. Data analysis was performed with descriptive analysis, interpretative, and comparative method. The analysis show that implementations of CSR PT Semen Tonasa on 2017-2019 had been effectively by looking at comparisons between CSR program and CSR realization, as well as results of interview with related parties. The implications of this research is expected to PT Semen Tonasa make CSR as a sustainable program for welfare of firm and people.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi, Disiplin dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Polisi di Polres Jeneponto. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survey yang dalam penelitian ini merupakan rancangan yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kompetensi, disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja Polisi di Polres Jeneponto, sehingga dengan penelitian ini dapat dikembangkan teori yang dapat berfungsi untuk menjelaskan, memprediksi dan mengendalikan suatu gejala. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh personel kepolisian di Polres Jeneponto yang berjumlah 361 orang. Ukuran sampel di sini adalah 190 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara pengambilan sampel acak (random sampling). Teknik analisis data kuantitatif diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kompetensi, kedisiplinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja polisi di Polres Jeneponto. Artinya peningkatan kompetensi, kedisiplinan dan motivasi kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja polisi. Secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi (X1), disiplin (X2), dan motivasi kerja (X3) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja polisi (Y) yang artinya peningkatan kompetensi, disiplin dan motivasi kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja polisi. Variabel kompetensi berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja polisi, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kompetensi maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja polisi di Polres Jeneponto.

Abstract

This study entitled "The Influence of Job Training on Employee Performance at PT. Makasar Tene". This study aims to determine how much influence Job Training has on Employee Performance. This research was conducted at PT. Makassar Tene at the end of August to the end of October. Sampling in this study was 72 respondents, the data collection technique was through questionnaires distributed to respondents, while the research variables were job training (X), employee performance (Y). This study uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, and to test the level of reliability using Cronbach Alpha and then the data is processed by Simple Linear Regression Analysis. Hypothesis testing uses the t test with a significance level of 5%. This study used the SPSS Version 25 tool. From the results of simple linear regression analysis, it shows that employee performance is influenced by the Job Training variable. Determination results (R2) use the adjusted r square value, because it uses a regression with one dependent variable. That is equal to 0.671, which means that the Job Training variable is able to explain Employee Performance by 67.1% while the remaining 32.9% is influenced by other variable factors not examined. From the results of the t test calculations, it can be seen that the Job Training variable has a partial effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of local government, human resources, entrepreneurial environment in empowering UMKM and absorbing labor in Gowa Regency. One of the reasons for conducting this research is that UMKM in Gowa Regency experienced an increasing trend from 6,937 units in 2017 to 7,104 units in 2018, and increased to 7,233 in 2019. Therefore, researchers feel it is important to see how the role of Local Government, Human Resources and the Entrepreneurial Environment in Empowering UMKM and absorbing labor in Gowa Regency. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method, namely parsing explanations and analyzing secondary data. The results of this study indicate that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are businesses that play an important role in the community's economy, because they can encourage the rate of economic growth and employment in Gowa Regency. The role of UMKM for the welfare of society can be seen from: Their position as a major player in economic activity in various sectors, the largest provider of employment opportunities, an important player in local business development and community empowerment. However, on the other hand the Regional Government in creating a conducive climate for the growth and development of UMKM has not been fully realized, especially in terms of marketing of UMKM products.
