Abstract

This study uses data collection methods by means of observation, interviews, and literature study, namely by making direct observations on the object under study and asking for the necessary data, as well as interviews or questions and answers to the resource person to complete the data and obtain the necessary information. The author raises the issue of the absence of a special program to store data and make reports in the Warehouse Section at PT. Creative Clothing Creations Branch. The company also manages incoming goods data, outgoing goods data, returned goods data, calculated in the inventory data. This activity is very important, increases efficiency, and determines its performance in terms of inventory cost savings. Previously, data processing was done in a conventional way, using Microsoft Excel and Word. By designing a computerized system using PHP and MySql applications, goods data and supplier data can be stored in a database to facilitate daily transactions in the warehouse. This system was created to be able to manage inventory data, goods receipt transactions, goods expenditure transactions and reports. The designed information system is expected to minimize the shortcomings of the data collection and recording system that has been used so far so that work activities are more controlled.

Abstract

Assets are the most important resource for individuals or an organization that owns them, because assets are equipment that supports the activities of an organization. Over time the assets in the company will experience many changes (accretions and reductions) that apply very quickly and that also happens to Perum Damri. To support operational activities, Perum Damri still uses a semi-computerized system that uses Microsoft Excel in asset management and inventory of existing fleets. It is less efficient in terms of time, power as well as cost. The development of technology, can be used to overcome some of the obstacles faced today such as by creating a system that helps in asset management, fleet inventory to prevent damage, loss or "ghost items". Web-based application system development is used with the model system uml (Unified Modeling Language), including use case diagrams, diagaram activity, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. Asset management system development methodology uses waterfall models, PHP programming and MYSQL databases.

Abstract

A good communication within the company requires a good and optimal information system. Especially in information systems related to customer relations to management called CRM (Customer Relationship Management) in the company. Customer data is the main data that is important to be developed in the business of a company, especially a business engaged in the service sector. If the customer data has not been thoroughly processed, the customer data will have no function and have no effect on the progress of the company. Because of the very important function of this module, customer data is the most important data needed and can be developed for business continuity in general. The importance of processing customer data, researchers will design the development of the Vipos application at PT Amarta Eksis Digdaya which focuses on the customer relationship management module with the Pieces Method. The Pieces method consists of several stages which include Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service which are techniques for identifying and solving problems that have occurred in information systems. The conclusion of this analysis resulted in the identification of the main problems of a system and provide solutions to these problems.

Abstract

Currently, the process of data processing on borrowing books at the SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Jakarta Library is still done semi-computerized, namely using manual systems such as borrowing notebook media in recording transaction reports on borrowing/returning books at the SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Jakarta library. This of course allows for human error and other risks that will be problematic if continued. In overcoming the problem, the researcher proposes to design an information system for borrowing library books at SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Jakarta which is expected to help the library management in terms of data management for the better. To build a system, here the author uses the Waterfall method, for system modeling using UML (Unifield Modeling Language) and the software used in building the system by using the PHP and XAMPP programming languages ​​as connections to the database, namely MySQL. The data collection method used was observation, interviews and literature. It is hoped that the existence of a Book Borrowing Information System at the SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Jakarta Library can help facilitate the transaction process of data processing borrowing/returning books to be more effective and efficient

Abstract

Currently in the field of development architects using manual calculations is a business entity engaged in the field of pharmacy. The pharmacy Restu II which currently does not use information systems in managing its data. In this pharmacy, drug data management still uses manual means, namely using paper or book media in data storage, transaski process, recording of drug supplies and reports. The purpose of this research is to produce a computerized system to assist Pharmacy Restu II in managing and presenting data quickly, precisely and accurately and assisting the public in a more optimal transaction service process. In its creation the author uses web-based programming with PHP and MySQL programming languages with waterfall method. The results of this study aim to realize the creation of a computerized system at Pharmacy Restu II so that the management of drug data in pharmacies can run well.

Abstract

PT. Tritunggal Makmur Indonesia (Fujishopid) is a retail or retail company that concentrates or focuses on a category of electronic products such as cameras or other camera devices. Of course PT. Tritunggal Makmur Indonesia prioritizes customer trust and satisfaction, to provide customer needs. At this time PT. Tritunggal Makmur Indonesia only uses customer complaints services in the form of notification reports via short messages or by telephone. The purpose of this research is to design an information system for the design and manufacture of a consumer complaint information system. The methods used are interview methods, observation methods and literature study methods. Design and manufacture of consumer complaints information system at PT. Web-based Tritunggal Makmur Indonesia uses a system modeling with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method using the Personal Home Page (PHP) programming language and My Structured Query Language (MySQL) as the database. The consumer complaint information system can be one solution to increase consumer confidence, and simplify the complaint or complaint process to make it easier, faster and timely. And also can help increase profits at PT. The Prosperous Trinity of Indonesia.

Abstract

PT. GMINDO TAPE INDUSTRI a company that provides self adhesive tape manufacturer which is commonly called duct tape or adhesive tape for all kinds packing needs, from clear and brown OPP Tape, self adhesive tape, to OPP Printing. And we also have other types of OPP Tape such as Masking Tape, Double Side Tissue Tape, Double Side Foam Tape, and also Cloth Tape. Supply chain management at PT. Gmindo Tape Industry has been going well enough to process the product to hand consumers, but in data management there are still many shortcomings so that in reporting sometimes there is data that is not appropriate and human errors often occur in the process data management. Supply chain management must run well for smooth flow the goods went well as well as in data management. From the existing problems, a supply information system was designed and built chain management that is expected to handle these problems. In define requirements and analyze system development by collecting method data by means of observation, interviews and literature review from various sources information. For the method of analysis and design using Unfield Modeling Languages ​​(UML).

Abstract

PT.Bahtera Noah Indonesia, which is desired by the company for workers, has a quality standard to measure work success. However, because the company is newly established and does not yet have an employee performance appraisal system, a web-based employee performance appraisal information system is needed. The stages of system development in making this information system use the Prototyping model method which consists of the planning stage, the analysis stage, the design stage, and the implementation stage. Using the PHP programming language in making and MySQL Server as the database. The result of the research is that the system that was running previously did not have storage in the form of a database, so that the data storage process became more difficult to search, so it was proposed to improve the current employee performance appraisal system. With the performance appraisal system at PT. Bahtera Noah Indonesia makes employee performance appraisals computerized.

Abstract

Perbankan telah lama menjalankan transaksi layanan-layanannya melalui electronic channel seperti ATM, EDC, mobile banking, dan internet banking. Dengan adanya pandemic virus covid19 ini banyak pembayaran di merchant yang harus dilakukan tanpa kontak fisik yaitu salah satu cara dengan cara menggunakan mesin EDC. Mesin EDC itu sendiri adalah sebuah alat penerima pembayaran yang dapat menghubungkan antar rekening bank. Mesin ini sendiri diterbitkan oleh perbankan dan dapat terkoneksikan dengan server perbankan.Semakin meningkatnya pengunaan mesin EDC semakin banyak juga kendala yang dialami merchant. Dalam penanganan permasalahan EDC yang ada saat ini masih dilakukan melalui call center pusat Bank itu sendiri dan melalui beberapa tahapan serta waktu. sehingga para merchant yang memiliki EDC pada merchant mengaku kesulitan saat mengalami masalah pada EDC, sehingga sering kali mengganggu. Selain itu, masalah yang lain terhadap pelayanan Bank adalah tidak melakukan training kepada para merchant yang menggunakan EDC sehingga apabila terjadi masalah harus melakukan telepon ke call center, sering kali para merchant tidak mendapatkan solusi terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapinya serta proses penanganan yang berhari-hari. Maka dari disini saya akan merancang Helpdek Merchant berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database MySQL supaya merchant semakin mudah melaporkan secara langsung kerusakan yang terjadi pada mesin EDC. Helpdesk Merchant itu sendiri adalah sebuah layanan yang disediakan oleh bisnis atau organisasi untuk melayani berbagai aktivitas dukungan pelanggan.

Abstract

Employees are one of the most important assets for the company. With employee satisfaction with the company, it is possible for employees to provide the best for the company. Attendance attendance is an important role in every job where attendance is one of the main supports that can support and motivate every work activity carried out in it. Currently the company PT. Visionet Data Internasional is still running the attendance system using manual attendance, namely by using manual paper. This can result in several errors starting from data collection and calculation of attendance hours, hours out, to information not coming in, this has an impact on the relatively long time in the process of calculating attendance recapitulation from employees, as well as the form of attendance reports made in the form of hard copies. can cause errors in data recording, complicate the data search process and it can be feared that there will be loss of employee attendance data. By using the Mobile Application, employees only need attendance via smartphone. In this study, the method used is the waterfall method using Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. Then this application is designed using Android Studio and MYSQL. This application is designed with the aim of making it easier for employees to take attendance.
