Abstract

In the process of developing an industry that is developing, one of the majors needed is prospective workers majoring in accounting. The purpose of carrying out this research is to find out whether the variables of self-efficacy, Goal Orientation, learning behavior affect learning achievement directly and are mediated by gender in accounting students at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. The Slovin formula is a sampling technique taken to determine the sample in this research so that this study found a sample of 147 respondents from accounting students at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo then primary data which is the source of data in this study was tabulated and processed with the help of SmartPLS then a set of test tools to support hypothesis by bootstrapping partial least square test. That the results obtained in the analysis carried out are self-efficacy can affect student learning achievement, goal orientation affects student learning achievement, learning behavior can affect student learning achievement, self-efficacy can affect learning achievement with gender as an intervening variable, goal orientation is not able to affect learning achievement through gender as an intervening variable in students, learning behavior is not able to affect learning achievement through gender as an intervening variable in Accounting Students at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of professional ethics, self-efficacy and love of money on the interest of accounting students in a career in taxation, whether motivation is able to moderate professional ethics, self-efficacy and love of money onrthe interestjof accountingjstudents inja careerjinjtaxation. Thisjresearch method usesjquantitative,jdata collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were students of the 2018 accounting study program. The sampling technique used in this study was using the Slovin formula as many as 55 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is using the SPSS Verssion 26 application.The results showed that (1) professional ethics and love of money had a significant effect on the interest of accounting students in a career in taxation, (2) Self Efficacy had no significant effect on the interest of accounting students in a career in taxation, (3) motivation was able to moderate professional ethics and love of money on the interest of accounting students in a career in taxation, (4) motivation is not able to moderate self-efficacy on the interest of accounting students in a career in taxation.

Abstract

The use of learning media is needed by teachers and students in delivering messages or information to be more effective and innovative. Storyboard telling is one of the right media to convey historical material chronologically or sequentially because it is chronological so that it can improve student understanding that is still abstract. This study aims to analyze the feasibility and description of the effectiveness of the development of storyboard telling media based on hybrid learning in ski subjects to improve the understanding of third grade students of MI Muhammadiyah 04 Moropelang. The type of research used in this research is research and development (research and development) with reference to the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data collection techniques used are questionnaires/questionnaires, pretest and posttest, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used percentage quantitative analysis technique, and paired T-test analysis. The results of the feasibility test obtained by media experts are 88.57%, linguists are 90%, and content experts are 88% with an average eligibility of 89% with "very decent" qualifications. The results of the effectiveness test showed an increase in the pretest and posttest scores of 40.85% which were analyzed using a paired sample T-test with a probability value of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that the storyboard telling media based on hybrid learning can be said to be effective seen from there is a significant effect on students' understanding of learning in SKI class 3 MI Muhammadiyah 04 Moropelang subjects.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems that occur in the learning outcomes of second grade students at Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School Candi. The objectives of this study include: 1) To analyze the feasibility of interactive ebooks on time units in improving logical thinking skills of second grade students at Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School Candi, 2) To analyze the effectiveness of interactive ebooks on time units in improving logical thinking skills of second grade students at Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School Candi. The type of research used is the type of research and development or called Research and Development with the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The product produced in this research is an interactive ebook of time unit material for class II elementary school. The result of this development research is that the interactive ebook has very good quality with the results of the validity of material experts at 96.15%, design experts at 96.05% and linguists at 90%. From the score obtained, it can be said that the interactive ebook on time unit material is very feasible to be applied at Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School Candi and can improve students logical thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the habituation of religious character based on Al Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan in Elementary School. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach, wherea data collected is data in the form of words, images, and not numbers. The data collection techniques used by researchers are triangulation techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. In this study, researchers found that at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Wringinanom, they used to a religious character based on Al Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan. There are supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The supporting factors are the support of parents, the joint commitment of school residents, adequate facilities. The inhibiting factors are the different backgrounds of students, the social environment of students, and the lack of awareness of students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the variables of investment knowledge, investment motivation, financial literacy, and risk affect interest in stock investment. The research method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis as an analytical tool, to prove the hypothesis used by testing the validity, reliability, coefficient of determinant and multiple linear regression analysis with significant test f and t. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires via google form so that it gets 82 respondents and this research was conducted on students of the Accounting Study Program, Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. The results show that the results of the F test of the investment interest variable can be influenced by the variables of Investment Knowledge (X1), Investment Motivation (X2), Financial Literacy (X3) and Risk (X4) together. By partial test, the variables of Investment Knowledge (X1), Investment Motivation (X2), Financial Literacy (X3) and Risk (X4) have a significant effect on investment interest.

Abstract

Discipline is the attitude of obeying the rules in forming moral character. Therefore, discipline becomes an important issue. In this regard, the role of teachers in schools is very necessary to form a strong student character. The aims of this study are to: (1) play the role of the teacher in shaping the discipline of fifth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo, (2) support the supporting factors and the formation of disciplinary character of students in class V of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. A qualitative approach is a type of qualitative descriptive research used to achieve the above objectives. The central tool is the researcher himself and the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis by organizing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that (1) the teacher's role in shaping the discipline character of fifth grade students at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo included compliance with rules, punctuality, and responsibility in carrying out tasks; ricefield. (2) The factors that shape the character of this field include supporting school programs, building good partnerships in the school environment, and playing an active role in student development to support teachers and parents. In addition, barriers include lack of proper parental cooperation, limited teacher supervision of students, influential peers, and lack of technology use.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the teacher's role in fostering student responsibility through thematic learning in class III SD Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. By using qualitative research methods. Data collection methods used in the form of Observation, Interview, Documentation and Documents. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive qualitative techniques through data reduction (Data Reduction), data presentation (Data Display) and drawing conclusions (Conclusion drawing/verification). Test the validity of the data in this study using triangulation techniques. The purpose of the data validity test is data that does not differ between the data obtained by the researcher and the data that actually occurs on the object of research so that the validity that has been presented can be justified. The subjects of this research are students and teachers. The results of the first study, Based on data analysis it was found that (1) the teacher played a role as a motivator, inspiration, evaluator in developing students' responsible attitudes through thematic learning. (2) the obstacles experienced by teachers in developing students' responsible attitudes are internal factors that are brought from birth and external factors in the form of the family environment, school, peers, personal experience, the influence of people who are considered important, the influence of culture and mass media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of religiosity, understanding of taxation and love of money on perceptions of tax evasion with risk preference as a moderating variable. Study on Accounting and Management Students at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. The analytical tool used is tabulation of the questionnaire, data collection in the form of validity and reliability tests. The hypothesis in this study is the influence of religiosity, understanding of taxation and love of money on perceptions of tax evasion with risk preference as a moderating variable. By testing the hypothesis using the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results obtained based on the validity test showed that all questions on the questionnaire were declared valid. To test the reliability of all variables the Composite Realibility value or Cronsbach's Alpha value is declared reliable. And for hypothesis testing based on R-Square and T-Statistic values, allphypothesesparepaccepted, the resultspstatepthat the influence of religiosity, understanding of taxation and love of money moderated by risk preference has an effect on perceptions of tax evasion.

Abstract

Nanda Indriani. 2022. The Effect of Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Entrepreneurial Motivation and Self Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Interest in Accounting Students of Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial knowledge motivation, and self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial interest of accounting students at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. The criteria for the population of this study were all accounting students in 2016 and 2017 who completed entrepreneurship course, namely 451 people. The research sample consisted of 212 people. Making the data obtained by distributing a questionnaire, which the conducted data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis by SPSS version 18.0 program. Results of testing the hypothesis that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, so that the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted. Entrepreneurial motivation has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, so that the second hypothesis (H2) is accepted. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, so that the third hypothesis (H3) is accepted.
