Abstract

This research aimed to know the influence of compensation, work stress, and communication towards employees performance and which variable among compensation, work stress, and communication have biggest influence towards employees performance. The hypothesis proposed is : 1) Compensation, work stress, and communication have significant influence towards employees performance of BRI Purwokerto Branch. 2) Compensation has biggest influence towards employees performance of BRI Purwokerto Branch compared by work stress and communication. This research was conducted at BRI Purwokerto Branch with the target is employees at its bank. Research method used survey. Data collecting method used questionnare, observation and documentation. Sampling technique used total sampling. Data analyzed method used path analysis. The first hypothesis test used F-test and t-test, while second hypothesis test used proportionate influence. Results of research showed that compensation, work stress, and communication both of partially and simultantly, have significant influence towards employees performance. It was proved by value of F-test and t-test bigger than F-table and t-table in level of significance 95%. Based from the result, so the first hypothesis was accepted. Compensation have biggest influence towards employees performance compared by work stress and communication. It was proved by value of proportionate influence is on variable of compensation. Based from that result, so the second hypothesis was accepted. Keywords: Compensation, Work stress, Communication, Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mengetahui pengaruh current ratio dan ROA terhadap opini audit going concern. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pelayaran yang go public. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 12 perusahaan pelayaran selama 5 tahun (2012–2016), sehingga data yang dianalisis sebanyak 60 data. Analisis data menggunakan regresi logistik. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CR berpengaruh terhadap opini audit going concern, dan ROA tidak berpengaruh terhadap opini audit going concern.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif karena merupakan penelitian kualitatif dan dilakukan untuk mengetahui (1) Seberapa besar peran dari adanya situs jual beli online dalam menjalankan bisnis pada masa pandemi COVID-19 (2) Penggunaan berbagai situs jual beli online bagi para pengusaha (3) Kelebihan dan Kekurangan dari penggunaan situs jual beli online dalam menjalankan bisnis pada masa Pandemi COVID-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan informasi pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Data penelitian yang terkumpul melalui wawancara oleh peneliti kepada sejumlah pengusaha atau pebisnis dianalisis dan diolah sehingga memperoleh kesimpulan dan hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa situs jual beli online memiliki peranan besar dalam dunia bisnis pada masa pandemi. Peranan situs jual beli online bagi produsen atau pengusaha adalah peningkatan peluang bisnis yang lebih tinggi dan kemudahan lainnya dalam bertransaksi. Dalam menjalankan bisnis online ini, terdapat beberapa kekurangan dan hambatan selain dari kelebihan yang dirasakan. Kekurangan dari penggunaan situs jual beli online dapat berbeda dari setiap jenis situs yang digunakan.

Abstract

This paper proposed the idea to remove the wage system based on stipulated in Law No. 13 of 2003 on Employment, and build a new system based on the Employment Act with a new revenue-sharing and self-management. The idea is implemented by means of disseminating discourse abolition of the wage system and replace it with a system of profit-sharing and self-managed workers’ sector alliances. And workers alliance solidarity and create strategis for action both mass action and structural measures. Intended structural action is to conduct a judicial review of Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning anything pertaining to wages in the employment relationship, to be blasted in Article 28D (2) of the 1945 Constitution. Then prepare an academic paper about the result and the self-management system in-Law the new Labor Law to be submitted to Parliament and Kemenarkertans. Then the discussion is mengkawal the text has to be approved and implemented. Later sharing system and self-management will be a new system in Employmet Act new. Later there will be no more that workers took to the streets, which is considered to impede the course of the national economy. No more demands for wage increases, minimum wage, working hours, outsouring, freedom of association, and other demands. Because of this new system makes workers obtain kedaulatannya, while industrialist also not left out of the corporate world. With this new system, then sociaty will succesfully obtain justice, well-being and economic independence. Keywords: self-management, profit sharing, wage laborers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan dengan menggunakan analisis rasio profitabilitas, dimana rasio profitabilitas adalah Rasio profitabilitas merupakan rasio yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba selama periode tertentu dan juga memberikan gambaran tentang tingkat efektifitas manajemen dalam melaksanakan kegiatan operasinya. Rasio profitabilitas terdiri dari tiga rasio antara lain Return On Asset, Return On Equity dan Net Profit Margin. Obyek penelitian yaitu PT Siloam Hospitals International Tbk, dimana perusahaan jasa kesehatan tersebut telah melakukan IPO (Initial Public Offering) atau penawaran umum perdana sehingga pertumbuhan ekonomi perusahaan sangat pesat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan perusahaan pada PT. Siloam Hospitals International Tbk. tahun 2014 - 2017 jika ditinjau dari rasio profitabilitas. Abstract

In organization must have done planning in human resource management processing to get right person for the right position. the targets of human resource management in organization management functions tell about leadership issues. The purpose of the research to determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance in PD Pasar Jaya HWI Lindeteves West Jakarta in Nursing Field. The method is used the method of quantitative analysis. The data obtained through the spread of questionnaires with Likert scale measurements, for the sample of 36 respondents from a population of 40 employees. The technique analysis is used correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, and test of regression equation. Based on the calculation of correlation coefficient obtained value of 0.385 indicates that the low level of relationship between leadership styles on employee performance, the coefficient of determination shows the value indicates that the influence of leadership style on employee performance influential and the rest influenced by others factors such as work discipline, motivation, training, job satisfaction and compensation. From the regression is meaning the leadership style plus 1 unit then will increase employee performance, For advice, the organization should has to head of the nursing field continue to work, improve and understand the application of leadership style to employees it can be more conducive.

Abstract

This research has aim to partially analyse the effects: 1) Work satisfaction on worker’s performance, 2) work satisfaction on customer loyalty, 3) worker’s performance on customer loyalty. The type of research is a survey research.The research was conducted in AHASS (Astra Honda Authorized Service Station) service station Purwokerto division which amounted to 9 locations, the research used 101 tecnician or mechanic and customer service as wellas 101 service customers as respondents. The hypothesis verification used linier regression analysis. The result was: 1) Work satisfaction has positive significant effect on worker’s performance, 2)Work satisfaction has no significant effect on customer’s loyalty, 3) Worker’s performance has effect on customer’s loyalty.Keywords: Work satisfaction, Worker’s performance, Customer’s loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the design, product innovation on consumer satisfaction and its impact on consumer loyalty to Wardah cosmetic lipstick products in region of Jabodetabek. This research is an explanatory type of research that uses a quantitative approach in the form of observation. The results use primary data in the way of surveys to consumers. Sampling determines using conditions for consumers, namely at least three purchases in the last five months, 17 years old, and can understand and fill out the questionnaire applied to obtain a final sample of 200 respondents. The data analysis method uses path analysis and uses the SPSS (Statistical Package for The Social Science) program. The results of this study prove that product design and innovation have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Product design and innovation have a direct influence on consumer loyalty while not having a substantial effect on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was aimed at examining the impact of job stress, communication and work environment on employee job satisfaction in PT. PLN (Persero) Cilacap Jawa Tengah. The object of this research was the employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Cilacap Jawa Tengah, namely: PLN APJ Cilacap, UPJ Sidareja and UPJ Majenang. The total number was 85 persons (census). This research applied multiple regression analysis, T test and T test. The study results revealed that job stress was negatively related to employee satisfaction, while communication and work environment positively affected employee job satisfaction in PT. Abstract

The success stems soap brand image in the market can lead consumers to buy shower gel Citra brand image. Shower gel Citra brand image is the result of the expansion of the brand (brand extension) conducted by PT. Unilever Indonesia from old products, namely soap rod Citra brand image. The results showed that consumers are sensitive to the presence of soap brand extension rod for shower gel and direction of consumer response showed positive results of toilet soap brand extension rod Citra brand image to shower gel Citra brand image with a sensitivity of 2.27. Changes in brand extension stimuli (brand extension) of soap rod brand image to shower gel brand image based on product attributes and Hierarcy stages of addressing the effect of positive values 321. A positive value shows that the stimuli are attached to the liquid bath soap brand image got a higher response from consumers in comparing stem bath soap brand image that has long existed before.
