Abstract

Berbagi pengetahuan (KS) dan pembelajaran organisasi (LO) dua hal yang tidak terpisahkan dalam suatu orgnisasi. Perusahaan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja sehingga dapat diperoleh keuntungan yang optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuktikan apakah terdapat pengaruh berbagi pengetahuan (KS) dan pembelajaran organisasi (LO) terhadap kinerja di PT MK Semarang. Penelitian Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori. Penelitian eksplanatori (explanatory research) adalah untuk menguji hipotesis antar variabel yang dihipotesiskan. Penelitian mengambil sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil seluruh populasi menjadi sampel. Hasil dari peneltian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh berbagi pengetahuan (KS) dan pembelajaran organisasi (LO) terhadap kinerja di PT MK Semarang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the freight cost and the percentage of selling to buying at PT. Global Marine in the freight forwarding division. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study which is a description of a company's secondary sources which is a study that does not make calculations. The results of this study show that PT. Global Marine spends a number of different freight costs on each job adjusted for distance, needs, and port of delivery as well as the percentage between selling and buying at that company. The costs incurred by the company can be concluded that there are trucking costs, lift off / on, loading freight, seal fees, handling, ocean freight, doc fee + 10% vat, telex reales, forklifts, cleaning, storage, labor, THC, collateral containers, amendment fee, document, custom, mechanical, udername, and import insurance. While the percentage difference between seling and buying is seen from the comparison between selling and profit per job.

Abstract

The purpose and the hypothesis of this research is aim to analyze the effect of variable the readiness of infrastructure (X1), availability of coal (X2), and performance of employees (X3), to the variable stevedoring productivity (Y). This object of this research is taken by crew of coal’s ship, stevedoring worker, and employees of the PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Branch ofTanjung Intan Cilacap with total 76 respondents. The data analysis is using Regression model tools SPSS Version 22,0. The result from this analysis is the readiness of infrastructure, availability of coal, and performance of employees, have positive and significant impact to the variable stevedoring productivity. The output from variable the readiness of infrastructure, availability of coal, and performance of employees, have impact on the variable stevedoring productivity with amount 69,4%, while the rest 30,6% influenced other variables outside the study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the ship charter agreement, what are the conditions for tugboat and barge charters with a time charter contract, actions for delaying ship returns, and actions for disputes at PT. Global Marine. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method in the form of written or oral words obtained from observations of the behavior and people associated with the object of this study to obtain secondary data. The results obtained are the process of the occurrence of a ship charter agreement between PT. Global Marine with PT. Pelayaran Bumi is carried out in three (3) main stages, including agreement, chartering agreement, and determination of rental costs. The next research result is the action taken when the ship returns are delayed, namely by applying a bonus ballast, as well as actions when there is a dispute with consensus for consensus, if no consensus is reached, then it can be resolved through the Registrar Office of the Jakarta District Court.

Abstract

Ports have a good performance using assessments using dwelling time, the performance of the port is expressed well when the container is mean – average stay seven days.The value of the indicator is obtained through secondary data generated by NPCT1 2017. Performance analysis is conducted in accordance with UNCTAD Management Series 2016. From the results of the analysis, the conclusion that NPCT1 performance is good which is between 3 to 4 days and in the future government sets only 2 to 1 day.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the procedure of expenditure of funds at the Akademi Maritim Nusantara and know about the effectiveness of the implementation of procedures for expenditure of funds in accordance with Procedure no. PRO- AMN- OP037.bau. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from Akademi Maritim Nusantara. The analytical method used descriptive method. It was concluded that the implementation of the fund disbursement procedure has been done well and in accordance with PRO-AMN-OP037.bau.

Abstract

HNSI can encourage the creation of transformations, both in the social, economic and cultural fields so that fishermen are more advanced, independent, and able to achieve sustainable prosperity. HNSI Cilacap in particular can facilitate strengthening the role of fishermen to participate in development processes. As a fisherman organization, HNSI should be committed that it is time for fishing communities to be increasingly given a growing impetus in sea governing. It is therefore the most important agenda for HNSI to continue to encourage local governments to provide adequate facility space (appropriate technology and affordable market access), enhancement of fisherman's human resources, and legal alignment to enable fishermen to become empowered professions.

Abstract

UU No. 17 of 2003 states that financial statements must be audited by the BadanPemeriksa Keuangan (BPK). Based on Reports on Audit Results of the Central GovernmentFinance Report of the Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan (KKP) in 2015 got a WTPopinion and decreased in 2016 the KKP obtained a disclaimer opinion because goodsshopping was 209 billion vessels, of which 756 new units were realized 48 units. Based on thedifferences in opinion, the purpose of the study is to analyze the differences in financialperformance of the KKP between those who get WTP opinions and opinions of disclaimers.This type of research is a causal-comparative study with a sample of data from theKKP's financial performance report on WTP opinions and disclaimer opinions. Data analysiswas performed by Mann Whitney test using SPSS software.The results of the descriptive statistics calculation show that the financial performanceof the KKP which got the WTP opinion with a performance score of 6.0678 was higher thanthe one who got the disclaimer opinion with a performance score of 4.37307. However, thesignificance of the financial performance of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries(KKP) on WTP opinions is no different and no better than those who have a disclaimeropinion. This is concluded based on the Mann Whitney test results where the Asymp value.Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.631≥0.05.

Abstract

Covid-19 virus has an impact on changing learning patterns in Indonesia. The government invests in schools and lectures, but instructs them to continue teaching without face-to-face learning. Such learning requires the help of technological media that can be accessed anywhere. This is in line with the industrial revolution 4.0 which required educators and learners to use technology media in education. The media selected in this article are Google Classroom and Video Learning. The utilization of both media was applied to several courses at Akademi Maritim Nusantara Cilacap, among them applied mathematics and accounting and taxation of shipping companies. The materials in the learning video are presented in the form of problems, such as linear interpolation materials and budgeting. Therefore, it is necessary to plan and prepare material that is constructivism, so that cadets can play an active role. The material is presented on a problem solving basis, stimulating cadets to solve problems and then construction the concept of problem solving results. Utilization of Google Classroom equipped with Problem Solving-based Learning Video can be an alternative solution to online learning in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era. This is because educators and students do not need to come face-to-face. Students can access Google Classroom and learning videos with the help of PC/mobile devices and internet networks, without meeting in person, thus minimizing the increase in Covid19 sufferers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mengetahui pengaruh implentasi ISM Code dalam meningkatkan keselamatan pelayaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 75 orang yang merupakan crew kapal dari Departemen Dek dan Departemen Mesin yang melakukan kegiatan bongkar muat di Pelabuhan Tanjung Intan Cilacap. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan ISM Code berpengaruh terhadap keselamatan pelayaran.
