Abstract

A Banana waste is a problem faced by banana farmers or entrepreneurs who are widely scattered in banana-producing areas such as in Ds.Sumberaji, Kec. Sukodadi, Kab. Lamongan and if left unchecked, it has the potential to pollute the environment which can damage ecosystems in the area. . By applying fermentation technology that uses probiotics, the initially low nutritional value becomes very high nutritional value after fermentation. Thus, it can be concluded that the banana stem waste was originally only a waste, but it has the opportunity to be used as one of the raw materials for animal feed

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus has an impact on all fields including education. All face-to-face activities must be stopped so that educational activities are carried out at home using an online system. This online learning process is switched by students to play at any time regardless of learning, because there is no face-to-face meeting by students and teachers. So that in this online learning, parents hope that there are people to teach their children to learn at home. With the Unisda Thematic KKN, it reduces parents' anxiety in overcoming student laziness

Abstract

Law Number 7 of 2021 concerning Harmonization of Tax Regulations (UU HPP) is a continuation of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation (UU Ciptaker) in terms of regulating provisions in the taxation sector. The HPP Law regulates several changes and the inclusion of new provisions including the Voluntary Disclosure Program (PPS). One of the main objectives of PPS is to increase taxpayer compliance. PPS is implemented based on the principles of simplicity, legal certainty and benefit. Community service activities with the aim of providing an understanding to the public about PPS and its scope. The material presented in this socialization includes Indonesia's macroeconomic conditions, the impact of the pandemic situation, and the link between PSS and tax compliance.

Abstract

Kesehatan lingkungan menurut WHO (World Health Organization) adalah suatu keseimbangan ekologi yang harus ada antara manusia dan lingkungan agar dapat menjamin keadaan sehat dari manusia. Dengan demikian, lingkungan yang bersih sangat berpengaruh pada kesehatan masyarakat baik jasmani maupun rohani. Indikator lingkungan bersih dapat dilihat dari persentase keluarga yang mempunyai akses air bersih baik dari PDAM (Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum), sumur atau dari sumber lainnya. Desa Keting merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Sekaran Kabupaten Lamongan. Desa Keting terdiri dari dua dusun, yaitu Dusun Keting dan Dusun Kedalon yang keduanya dilaui oleh sungai yang cukup besar yaitu bengawan solo. Berdasarkan indikator lingkungan bersih diatas, Desa keting memenuhi beberapa poin diantaranya sumber air bersih yang memadai ditandai dengan banyak masyarakat yang mempunyai sumur pribadi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini terfokus pada aksi bersih lingkungan masyarakat Desa Keting yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan lingkungan Desa Keting yang bersih dan sehat. Kegiatan diawali dengan sosialisasi pengenai bahaya buang sampah dan limbah di sungai, aksi bersih sungai, aksi bersih jalan desa, aksi bersih masjid, aksi bersih makam, dan pengadaan tong sampah di pinggir jalan serta tempat umum.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of promotional and discount strategies on online shopping decisions on e-commerce platforms. The growth of shopping through e-commerce platforms has opened up great opportunities for businesses to expand their marketing reach. Marketing through e-commerce platforms can also be done through various social media applications. With many businesses utilizing various social media platforms for promotion, competition in the business world is getting fiercer. Online shopping has become a popular trend among consumers, and e-commerce sites use various promotional strategies and discounts to attract consumers. However, research specifically exploring the impact of promotional and discount strategies on consumer behavior in the context of online shopping is limited. In this study, the method applied is the study of literature. Research findings show that promotional and discount strategies have a significant impact on online purchasing attitudes on e-commerce platforms. Attractive promotions and large discounts have been proven to increase the frequency of purchases by consumers. In addition, promotions and discounts also have a positive influence on consumer intentions to return to make purchases on the e-commerce platform.
