Abstract

This research aims to know the manajemen of working capital and capital structure that consists of a variable cash turnover, inventory turnover, current ratio and debt to equity ratio to profitability. The population in this research is PT. PLN (persero) generation tarahan sector period of 2009-2013 of years.  The result of this research showed that cash turnover, inventory turnover, current ratio and debt to equity ratio influential but not significantly to profitability.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to knowing the Competence of Human Resources And Application of Local Government Financial Accounting System Against the Quality of Financial Statements of the Forestry Service of Lampung Province. Data were collected by field research and literature study. To get data related to the problem under study, the author uses the technique of collecting data through questionnaire method. The population in this study as many as 70 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, the number of samples in this study as many as 60 respondents. The data has been collected and then analyzed using spss version 20.The criteria of f test as follows: Fcount Ftable or sign, 0.05 and Fcount Ftable or sign 0.05.means a sign model so that it can be used to predict the effect of independent variables simultaneously to the dependent variable. The result of f test analysis has a significant influence between human resource competence (X1) and SAKPD (X2) implementation simultaneously on Quality of financial report of Forestry Service of Lampung Province. (Y). If thitung ttable, then H0 is rejected, If thitung ttabel, then H0 accepted. The result of t test analysis shows that partially competence of human resources and the application of financial accounting system of local government has a significant effect on the quality of financial report of Lampung Province Forestry Service as big as.

Abstract

Lending is the backbone of banking activities. And if we look at the bank's income side, we will find that the bank's biggest income is from income by giving credit. Lending will generate income, and income will increase profits. This study aims to determine how the influence of lending to earnings at PT Bank National Savings Pension Tbk Bandar Lampung Branch Office. In this study lending as an independent variable and profit as the dependent variable, and carried out for the period 2011 to 2013. The method used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The analysis used is quantitative and qualitative. Based on the analysis and discussion using SPSS, it is known that the magnitude of the effect of giving credit to earnings amounted to 95,896. Simultaneously lending has a significant effect on earnings at PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk Bandar Lampung Branch Office. Furthermore, partially 95,896 is greater than 2.63, then credit extension has a significant effect on profits at PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk Bandar Lampung Branch Office.

Abstract

In the concept of Shariah and conventional perbankkan is equally serves as a financial intermediary so many different products perbankkan sharia is not a product with conventional banks . The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of home mortgage financing management to increase customer at PT . Sharia Bank Mandiri ( Persero ) Branch Office Kedaton Bandar Lampung . While desaian research used in this paper is a qualitative analysis . Based on the results it can be seen that : ( 1 ) The management of home ownership through Musharaka financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri ( Persero ) Branch Office Kedaton Bandar Lampung is good enough is evident from the implementation of financing the management of home ownership that does not burden the bank's customers and always strive for improvement -Fixes lease quickly if the object is not in accordance with the wishes of the customer . ( 2 ) The management of home ownership through Ijara financing of Bank Syariah Mandiri ( Persero ) Branch Office Kedaton Bandar Lampung has done fairly well in accordance with the provisions of sharia perbankkan .

Abstract

This study aims to test the theory or hypothesis in order to determine the effect of the influence of career development and motivation on employee performance in the disaster management agency of the western onion bone district. The research carried out is a type of explanatory research. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of career development (x1) on employee performance (y), with a level of influence (r-square) of 49%, which means career development has an effect of 49% on employee performance. there is an influence between work motivation (x2) on employee performance (y), with a level of influence of 35.2% which means that work motivation provides an influence of 35.2% on employee performance and there is an influence between career development (x1), work motivation (x2) with employee performance (y), with a level of influence of 50.7% which means that career development and work motivation gives an effect of 50.7% on employee performance.

Abstract

Manufacturing companies in an effort to maintain reputation in the eyes of investors always distribute dividends to shareholders. The problem of managerial ownership influence, debt policy, profitability, company size and investment opportunities. The hypothesis is whether managerial ownership, debt policy, profitability, company size, and investment opportunities influence the company's dividend policy. Abstract

Organization is a system and human activities that work together to achieve some common goal through the division of labor and functions through responsibility. An organization requires human resources as a major supporter to achieve its intended purpose. Human Resources (HR) quality will contribute to promote a governmental organization as a container for improved performance. Research to be conducted kind of descriptive research, type of research is intending to make a presentation in a systematic, factual, and accurate about the facts - facts and properties - properties of a particular population. This type of research used in this research is a field (field reseach), which is a quantitative explanation is objective by explaining existing approaches. This study using 49 survey respondents. There are three variables in this study are: two (2) independent variable (X1 and X2) and 1 (one) in which the dependent variable incentives (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) as independent variables and employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable. From the data processing has successfully found an answer hypothesis that is as follows; Incentives are (X1) on employee performance (Y), with the level of influence (R-square) of 37.5%, which means that incentives have a relationship of 37.5% on employee performance. There is hubunugan between job satisfaction (X2) on employee performance (Y), with hubngan level of 38.2%, which means that job satisfaction empunyai relationship by 38.2% against the media results of job satisfaction. There is a relationship between incentive (X1), job satisfaction (X2) with employee performance (Y), with the level of relations of 39.7%, which means that there are incentives and belar media relations for 39.7% of the employee's performance.

Abstract

Bank is a company that engages in finance, meaning that banking activity is always related in finance, namely to raise funds from the wider community and then the funds are re-played or re-sold to the community in the form of loans or better known as credit terms. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of working capital credit, investment credit, as well as the dominant influence of both types of credit to the Bank's operating income. This type of research is quantitative, while the population in this research is the credit channeled by BRI Unit Bumi Waras Period 2009 – 2014. The testing equipment used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis, classic assumption Test, hypothesis testing. Simultaneously, working capital and investment credit are positively and significantly influential in the operating income of BRI Unit Bumi Waras. Partial working capital credit and investment credit are influential and significant to the operating income of BRI Unit Bumi Waras and the variable of working capital credits most dominant to revenue.
