Parents also provide motivation so that their children can complete their assignments on time, and parents also facilitate cellphones, WiFi and internet quotas to support learning so that learning can run well. There are also advantages to online learning, including more flexible time, and learning can be done anywhere. However, online learning also has drawbacks, including an unstable internet network and many working parents so that the child's learning process becomes hampered.

Abstract

Starting in 2021, the government will stop recruiting Civil Servant Candidates from the teacher formation, replacing it with a government employee line with a work agreement (PPK). This study also aims to analyze the policy of terminating PNS teachers. side of mistakes in policy making so as to make actions that are detrimental to private schools as a result of taking teachers and transferring to other schools. UU no. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers states that teachers are professional educators, where teachers have a minimum educational qualification of a bachelor's degree (S1) and are certified. In practice, education still relies on honorary teachers because of the shortage of professional educators. In terms of qualifications and competence, only a small proportion of honorary teachers have an undergraduate education and are certified. There are still many teacher qualifications that have not been mapped, especially auxiliary teachers who have not been registered in the basic education data. This paper examines the scheme of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) in meeting the shortage of educators in schools. The open selection of PPPK for honorary teachers and graduates of Teacher Professional Education (PPG) can be a solution for improving the governance of educators. This step is expected to overcome the problem of the shortage of competent educators and teachers can concentrate fully on carrying out their educational tasks without worrying about their welfare. Synergy between ministries/institutions and all related parties, including Commission X of the DPR RI through the functions of legislation, budgeting, and supervision is needed so that the PPPK selection produces quality teachers.

Online learning is indeed not to difficult if carried out by normal students, but it is different for children with special needs, especially children with visual impairments who have limitations in their vision. The various problems implied by this pandemic have drastically changed the learning patterns of children with visual impairments. The porpuse of this research is to study further about the learning patterns of students with visual impairments at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. This research is included in qualitative research using descriptive method. The data sources used were 2 students with visual impairments in the Islamic Counseling Guidance Study Porgram. The Techniques used in data collection are interviews and documentation. The result of this study revealed that the leraning patterns of students with visual impairments during the Covid-19 pandemic at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta included: (1) independent learning patterns, (2) group learning pattern or discussions and, (3) guided learning patterns. Of the three patterns, the learning system that blind students go through is very different form face-to-face learning, starting from preparation for learning, how to do assignments and how to take part in learning that really needs help form various parties even though they have used supporting applications in learning.

Abstract

The scientific approach is a learning process that is designed in such a way, so that in the learning process students can actively participate. There are five stages in the scientific approach, namely observing, asking questions, gathering information, processing information, and communicating. This study uses qualitative research with direct and indirect field observations in several private kindergartens in Keruak District. Data collection techniques in this study include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that (1) In observing activities, students are expected to be able to ask questions about information that has not been understood even though the language is quite limited due to language skills that are still limited. (2) Children can collect information from activities carried out by students as well as simple experiments with the guidance and direction of educators. (3) Students are stimulated to be able to think logically and systematically to obtain conclusions in the form of knowledge. (4) Students can communicate what students get from the observations they have made. (5) Scientific learning is able to stimulate children's creativity because children are more independent, confident, dare to have opinions, and have high curiosity.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to improve the learning outcomes of physical fitness material 2 for 5th grade students of SD Negeri Gunung Gatep for the academic year 2021/2022 through the application of the innovative PJOK learning model. The sample in this study were 20 students of class V, consisting of 11 male students and 9 female students. Data collection uses the test method with a set of learning outcomes test instruments. The data analysis technique used descriptive quantitative data analysis. The results of data analysis show that the application of innovative learning models can improve student PJOK learning outcomes. This is indicated by the increase in classical kutantan and the average PJOK learning outcomes of students from pre-cycle to cycle II. Students classical mastery increased by 25% from pre-cycle to cycle I, from 40% to 65%. Then it increased by 50% from pre-cycle to cycle II, ie from 40% to 90%. And increased by 25% from cycle I to cycle II, ie from 65% to 90%. Meanwhile, the average student learning outcomes increased by 10 points from pre-cycle to cycle I, ie from 65 to 75. Then increased by 18 points from pre-cycle to cycle II, ie from 65 to 83. And increased by 8 points from cycle I to cycle II, which is from 75 to 83.

Abstract

This study is a quasi-experimental study with the aim of knowing the effect of applying the discovery learning model assisted by PhET simulation in science (physics) subjects on class IX students of MTs NW Kilang in the 2021/2022 academic year, totaling 60 students divided into 3 classes. This research was designed with Posttest Only Control Group Design. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling technique so that there were 25 students in class IXA as experimental class 1 (PhET assisted discovery learning) and 24 students in class IXB as experimental class 2 (discovery learning without PhET assistance). From the results of the study, it was found that the average value of learning in the experimental class 1 was higher than the learning in the experimental class 2, which was 73.55 for PhET-assisted discovery learning and 68.29 for discovery learning without the aid of PhET. Learning outcomes data were analyzed by spss statistics 26 t-test (Independent Samples T Test) and obtained a significance value of 0.037 <0.05, which means that there is a significant difference in learning outcomes in science (physics) using the PhET-assisted discovery learning model and discovery learning without the aid of PhET for class IX students at MTs NW Kilang for the 2021/2022 academic year.
