Jurnal Adjektiva: Educational Languages and Literature Studies (2622-6022) well-known as Adjektiva is an forum for original research on linguistics, literature, eduaction an international forum for original research focused on identities as local contexts, like an identity in linguistics, identity in literature, and identity in language education in global and local contexts, especially in Indonesia. These may include but are not limited to various fields, such as we are interested in interdisciplinary studies examining how issues of linguistics, literature, and education in language influence individual and community identities. In order to publish in Adjektiva, a study must have an overview of previous research or theoretical concepts that are packaged to justify the novelty/uniqueness of this study and central focus on local, foreign, minority, heritage, or indigenous languages (or non-standard dialects) and their intersection with either identity and/or education in language, linguistics and literature. We welcome a variety of topics, theoretical orientations, and methodological approaches (both qualitative and quantitative). Studies that highlight the potential of Linguistics and Applied Linguistics (e.g. Phonology, Morphology, Syntax, Sociolinguistics, Psycholinguistics, Anthropolinguistics, Ethnolinguistics, Stylistics, Dialectology, LHK, Psychopragmatics, etc.). Critical studies of Literature (e.g. Digitizing literature, new literary theories, applied literature). Identity in language and literature(e.g. Ethnic Identity, vocational identity, job identity, religious identity, moral identity, political identity, etc.). Research on innovations or on the effectiveness of various language education program models (e.g. Learning Curriculum, Learning Strategies, Learning Assessment, BIPA, International Language Coaching).

Abstract

This study is to describe the form of speech acts, the function of speech acts, and the effects of perlocutionary speech acts that appear in the oration activity of revoking the Omnibus Law Job Creation Act in Samarinda. This study uses the referential method, which is a method where the determinant is in the form of a reference or reality designated by language. The next method is the pragmatic matching method, the determining method is the speech partner. The results of the analysis of locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary speech acts in the oration of the revoking of the Omnibus Law Job Creation Act in Samarinda showed that the speech contained a locutionary speech act in the form of a statement. Locutionary speech acts also found illocutionary speech acts with the types of assertive illocutionary, directive illocutionary, expressive illocutionary, and commissive illocutionary speech acts. The illocutionary speech act is firm with the function of blaming and complaining. Directive illocutionary speech acts with a commanding function. Expressive illocutionary speech acts with the function of thanking and blaming. Commissive illocutionary speech acts with credit function. In this study also found perlocutionary speech acts with the function of influencing other people or certain parties to do something as expected by the speaker, so that there is an effect on the interlocutor. The effect of the perlocutionary speech act that occurs can be seen from the response of the interlocutor by paying attention to the speech context.

Abstract

This research was conducted at a school that implements online learning using the Google Classroom application, namely SMA Negeri 1 Tanah Grogot. During this pandemic, the learning process requires the right media so that learning activities can run effectively. This study aims to (1) describe the form of the learning implementation plan (RPP) used in the procedure text material, (2) describe the implementation of online learning using the Google Classroom application in the procedure text writing material, (3) describe the evaluation system applied in online learning. using the Google Classroom application for writing procedure text materials. 4) describe the advantages and disadvantages experienced when implementing online learning using the Google Classroom application at SMA Negeri 1 Tanah Grogot. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that 1) SMA Negeri 1 Tanah Grogot used the online 2013 curriculum RPP. The components of the lesson plans used are incomplete. Such as time allocation, indicators of competency achievement, learning media, and learning resources. 2) The implementation of online learning using the Google Classroom application went quite smoothly. However, it is not fully in accordance with the RPP used. Because there are some learning steps that are not carried out as written in the lesson plan. 3) Evaluation of learning given in the form of description questions. Students are asked to make a complex procedure text and determine the structure of the text and its linguistic elements. 4) The advantages are that the application is easy to use and the uploaded files are safe. The drawback is that the application display is too monotonous so that it seems boring.

Abstract

The syntax can help researchers to analyze the structure of phrases, clauses, or sentences of certain regional languages. Things that can be analyzed as sentence types, sentence functions, and categories contained in sentence functions. The purpose of this study is to describe the structure of sentence functions in the Paser language of the Telake dialect, Paser Regency, and the categories that can fill each sentence function in the Paser language of the Telake dialect. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The descriptive qualitative research method is defined as research that examines natural social action events emphasizing the way people interpret, and understand the structure of sentence functions and the categories that can fill each sentence function in the Telake dialect Paser language. To obtain the primary data, the writer uses (a) observation technique, (b) recording technique, (c) listening technique, (d), note-taking technique, and (e) introspection technique. The data is then classified according to the research indicators to achieve the research objectives that have been set. The results of the research on the functions and categories of sentences in the Paser language of the Telake dialect show that the functions and categories of sentences in the Telake Paser dialect are in the types of sentences (1) singular, (2) compound, (3) declarative, (4) imperative, (5) interrogative, (6) exclamative, (7) major, and (8) minor.

Abstract

Psychological studies are very necessary to understand the human psyche. Therefore, it is important to do research on the drama script Seni by Ahmad Muslih Navis. This study aims to describe the characterizations and psychological conflicts in the art drama script by Ahmad Muslih Navis experienced by the main character with Sigmund Freud's theory. The data are in the form of text excerpts that describe the psychology of the main character and the psychological conflict in the drama script. Data collection techniques were carried out in three stages, namely note-taking techniques, reading techniques and interview techniques. The method used in this research is descriptive method, a study that begins with the selection and determination of data, researching according to the formulation of the problem. The instrument in this study was the researcher himself using data cards and interview guides. The focus of this research is to describe the characterization of the main character and the psychological conflicts experienced by the main character of Sigmund Freud, namely, the id, ego, and superego. The results of data analysis in this study that were influenced by id were unyielding, confident, clever in seducing, and compassionate. While the ego-influenced characterizations are succumbing, confident, forward thinking, brave and wise. While the characterizations that are influenced by the superego are attention and discipline. The results of the research on psychological conflicts that are influenced by the id are disappointment, anger and worry. Meanwhile, Rian's ego-influenced psychological conflicts are disappointment, anger, and worry. While the psychic conflict that is influenced by the superego is regret.
