Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze value of innovation as the role mediating in the relationship between NPD Innovation and NPD Performance, and also to clarified in Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis. We proposed value of innovation basis on shariah as mediating role in this study developed from diffusion of innovations theory. The questionnaires will be given to only the managers of the board of shariah micro finance in Pekalongan and Banyumas, Indonesia with total 171 responden from 27 LKMS (Baitul Maal wa Tamwil, Baitul Tamwil, Kospin Jasa Shariah, and KSPP Shariah). Value of innovation basis on shariah significantly affect to marketing performance. Research limited in first order, future research can examined in second order research. LKMS adapted value of innovation basis on shariah to get product launch easily. Value of innovation basis on shariah as the new variable and theory concept. Indirect, NPD Innovation positive significantly affect to marketing performance with value of innovation basis on shariah and product launch success are as mediating role.

Abstract

The growth of zakat in Indonesia is very rapid, this is because the majority of Indonesia's population is Muslim so the development of Islamic social financial institutions has an important role for the community. On the other hand, zakat has a potential contribution in reducing poverty. The purpose of this research is to analyze the strategy of developing human resources in improving the performance of BAZNAS in the digital age. Accuracy in placing human resources and the ability to respond responsively to the progress of the digital age are indicators that are measured to determine the extent of BAZNAS capabilities in the digital age. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by obtaining factual data to be used as an analytical tool in this study. The expected outcome is a strategy to develop human resources that are oriented to improving the competence of BAZNAS human resources in the digital world and also have sharia values characteristics ranging from recruitment placement to evaluating human resource performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was able to prove empirically about the Delone and Mclean Models for the evaluation of ELISTA information systems at Jambi University. In addition, this research was also expected to provide feedback to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation of information systems and can be known the factors that cause the success or failure of the implementation of an information system so that the results of this study can be used as a strategic guideline model for information system development in the university and other institutions. The type of data used in this study was primary data obtained directly from respondents using a list of statements in the form of a questionnaire. Final year students who write the thesis are targeted in this study. To calculate the determination of the number of samples, the sampling method used the Hair method. The total sample of this study was 220 people. Methodology Data analysis was carried out using SEM techniques using SmartPLS tools. The findings in this study found that the system quality does not affect the user satisfaction, while other hypotheses such as information quality, service quality, system use affect user satisfaction, for system quality, information quality, and service quality affect the system use. Likewise the system use affects user satisfaction and system use, user satisfaction has an influence on net benefits.

Abstract

This research examined inequality of household income transferred due to the construction involuntary resettlement of the Koto Panjang dam in Kampar District, Riau Province. Dam construction caused the displaced of the households in the location. The households received compensation in the form of buildings and land. Even though the displaced household received the same compensation but some households had better lives while others were worse. This condition showed the inequality of household income in the new location. This study used primary data that obtained through questionnaires in 3 sub-districts of 10 villages. The analytical tool used to see the income inequality was the Gini ratio. This study found that the inequality of household income transferred in Koto Panjang was moderate. This showed that the households that have been moved due to the construction of the Koto Panjang Dam have been quite good compared to before.

Abstract

This study aimed to know the direct effect of service quality, on the satisfaction and trust of Muslim patients in Arafah Islamic hospital in Jambi city. The design of this study used a quantitative method with a survey approach to obtain primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires to 140 inpatients in Arafah Islamic hospital in Jambi city using the purposive sampling method. Then quantitative data was processed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the application of SmartPLS 3. The results of this study indicated that service quality has a significant effect on satisfaction and trust, as well as satisfaction has a significant effect on trust. This research was expected to make a practical contribution to management of Islamic hospital for an effort to increase patient satisfaction and trust.
