Abstract

The theme of the article is the banks and financial institutions. This study aims to examine the level of influence of Religious on trust to sharia banking. The banking industry is a very sensitive industry with trust. Experience proves that negative issues can undermine trust in the bank. Currently in Indonesia began to develop Syariah Banking but unfortunately the growth of Islamic Banking in Indonesia is not so encouraging growth is very low not comparable with the number of Muslims the majority. Religiusity Indications are associated with dimensions of the dimensions of religious practice, the dimensions of beliefs, the dimensions of religious knowledge, and the dimensions of practice-akhlaq. beliefs are a number of specific beliefs about integrity (trustworthy honesty and ability to keep promises), benevolence (trust and motivation) believed to act in the interests of trusting them, competency (ability of trusted parties to carry out trustworthy needs) and predictability (trustworthiness) consistency of trustworthy party behavior). The value of determinant coefficient (R Square) was obtained at 0.013. This means that the effect of the product on the buying decision is 1.3% while the rest of 98.7% influenced by other variables outside this product variables. The results of hypothesis testing with t test there adannya t count of 1.143 means t count> ttabel = 0.1630 which means Religiusitas significant effect on trust to Bank Syariah.

Abstract

The theme of the article is "economy based on the principles of Islam". It can be observed the phenomenon of socio-economic life in the neighboring order, if one household can buy an item, then other households can be aroused to buy the same goods without having to think about the function and usefulness of the products they buy. This kind of action is called a hard-to-follow behavior with the phrase "if people can buy, why do not we," even with debt, this condition requires households to make their choice of consumption. Also the development of technology and information is exploited by certain institutions, such as banking, or non banking to introduce their products through the media visual media, print media, radio media, internet media and others, which can stimulate, generate interest, desire, and intention to behave the ladder becomes a real behavior to have a product through the path of debt.

Abstract

The research theme is human resource management. The purpose of this research is to see the importance of career center institution at State Islamic University. The object of research is at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang. The type of research is field study. Abstract

The theme of the article is "economy based on the principles of Islam". Yet those countries have several characteristics that are key to the creation of the ASEAN Economic Community, among others: (a) Market and a single production base (b) The high level of competition among the ASEAN countries. (b) This area has a great opportunity to grow as a global market. (d) an integrated ASEAN countries total in the global market. Cooperation undertaken by the ASEAN Economic Community includes: development of human resources, development potential, On professional qualifications, intense consultation on macroeconomic policy and financial policy, measurement of financial measures, Measurement of trade balance, infrastructure and so on. Through this article we are expected to understand that, the existence of the ASEAN Economic Community should be seen having a significant value by stakeholders; National entrepreneurs, economic actors, and especially by policy makers. Whereas, the presence of the ASEAN Economic Community is identical with the idea of globalization is realistic to build economic inequality amongst the people of the world. Where the owner of capital in this case is the first world countries expand its market to third world countries or poor. While the poor country is only a buyer or user of the rich country's products. This gave rise to widespread economic inequality. Not only that, the presence of the ASEAN Economic Community should not be a form of attitude inferiority complex and distrust themselves from ASEAN countries, which is just trying to "follow" the establishment of the European Economic Community. With simple language we need to take action to color the existence of the ASEAN Economic Community and not to be a passive audience that awaits change. At the same time we need to guard against conflicts of interest that would be detrimental to the national interests of Indonesia as a nation-state.

Abstract

The theme of the article is "economy based on the principles of Islam". The research explores how the management and utilization of endowment (waqf) of land and building at Dhompet Amal Ibnu Abbas (DASI) West Nusa Tenggara. Method of theresearch is qualitative using observation, interview and documentation instrument. Result of the research shows that the Nazhir and Wakif’s understanding in the management and utilization of waqf of land and building is still based ontrust management. Waqf management by nazhir is still traditional which the waqf law No. 41 year 2004 is not implemented completely. The Nazhir of waqf only fulfills the moral requirement of managing waqf as a trustworthy institution, but the institution has not yet fulfilled management and business requirement. In term of utilization, the institution is already qualified with the law of waqf which aims helping poor family (dhuafa) and orphans welfare. Therefore, waqf management institution is expected to improve human resources in managing waqf productively in order to attract society to do waqf, support from religious leaders and the government in this case the Ministry of Religion should be more aggressive in mobilizing waqf program, especially in terms of administration of waqf assets. They should socialize and nurture waqf manager (nazhir) actively to grow and provide wide benefits for social welfare, especially dhuafa family and orphans.

Abstract

The research theme is the concept of the bank in accordance with Islamic economics. The purpose of research in this paper is: a) To measure the influence of psychological factors to the variable interest in saving partially, b) To measure the influence of psychological factors to the variable interest in saving partially. The object of research is sharia bank in West Sumatra. This research is quantitative research. The population is all customers of sharia banks in West Sumatra. The sample was 250 people. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The research variables are psychological factors and interest in saving. There was a significant influence between personal factors on the interest of saving.

Abstract

The theme of the article is "economy based on the principles of Islam". This research to analyze the factors influencing timeliness financial reporting in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2011 - 2015.Population of This Research is 359 companies listed in Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia. Sample is determined by Slovin Formula, total sample is 190 companies, then sample is determined by purposive sample. Total sample in this research 50 companies. Data source is secondary data. Analysis data use descriptive statistic and logistic regression. Analysis data use Nagelkerke R Square to test framework conceptual, simultaneously test by using Omnibus Test Model Coefficient and hypothesis test by using significant test. Result of this research: profitability have not significant effect to timeliness financial reporting, firm size have not significant effect to timeliness financial reporting, liquidity have not significant effect to timeliness financial reporting.

Abstract

This study discusses the topic of “Standar kompentensi pengelola koperasi simpan pinjam di BMT Taqwa Muhammadiyah Padang”. This study aims to determine the standard of competence that must be owned by management. The research used descriptive method with documentation approach. The results of the research are: 1) The manager must be able to make accurate planning for the progress of the business, 2) The manager must have a strategy in directing the members, 3) The manager must be able to build cooperation with other institutions, 4) The manager should be able to motivate the employees, 5) The manager must be able to supervise for operations.

Abstract

The theme of the article is "economy based on the principles of Islam". This study aims to determine the level of health KJKS BMT Padang City, especially KJKS BMT Kelurahan Batuang Taba, KJKS BMT Kelurahan Padang Besi, and KJKS BMT Village Kubu Parak Karakah by using CAMEL method. This study uses a quantitative approach supported by the use of descriptive statistical analysis. The method used is CAMEL (Capital, Asset, Management, Earning, and Liquidity). This method contains the steps assessed by calculating the magnitude of each ratio on the components. The goal is to simplify the information that describes the relationship between these components so that information can be obtained quickly and accurately. This is absolutely done because CAMEL method is only oriented to the financial statements only, so it is known how the level of health owned by each KJKS BMT. The results of this study indicate in general can be concluded that the assessment of health level KJKS BMT Padang with CAMEL method is in a fairly healthy condition. Where of the three KJKS BMT Padang city studied two are in a fairly healthy position even though one in healthy condition.
