Abstract

ABSTRACT The research was conducted in Dharmasraya, the influence of pricing and promotion on purchase decisions. Research time in July of 2013. Data processing techniques performed using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 16. Defined samples studied were 105 respondents. Sampling techniques using sampling techniques Claster.Regression test results show that all the independent variables (price and promotion) positive influence on purchasing decisions. Greatest positive influence on purchase decisions of Honda motorcycles in Dharmasraya is the variable (XI) as indicated by the regression coefficient of 0.559, then followed by a promotion variable (X2) of the indicated value of the regression coefficient of 0.117. From the results of this study suggested that the price has the most dominant influence on Consumer Purchase Decision, expected the company to defend it. For promotional variables did not significantly affect Consumer Buying Decision expected the company to increase it so as not to be outdone by other competitors. Keywords: Price, Promotion and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

ABSTRAK Issues raised in this study is " relatively low participation of members of Koperasi Sawit Bersama Air Haji  Kecamatan Sungai Aur Kabupaten Pasaman Barat " . The variables of this study is the Quality of Service ( X1 ) , Leadership Board ( X2 ) , Member Participation ( Y ) . This study aims to identify and analyze ( 1 ) Effect of service quality on the participation of members of the KSB Air Haji . ( 2 ) Effect on the participation of members of the leadership committee on KSB Air Haji  . ( 3 ) Effect of quality of service and leadership to the board member s participation in the   . KSB Air Haji This research is descriptive associative . The samples in this study were 103 members by using a sampling technique that Stratifed Sampling done in proportional . The data collection technique used was a questionnaire . Before the questionnaire is used to obtain the data , to test the validity and reliability . The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inductive analysis . To test the hypothesis used the t test , F test and the coefficient determinant ( ) .The conclusion from the results of this study indicate that ( 1 ) There is a significant and positive effect between quality of service to the participation of members of the KSB Air Haji  . ( 2 ) There is a positive and significant effect on the participation of the leadership board member at KSB Air Haji  . ( 3 ) There is a significant relationship between quality of service and leadership to the board simultaneous participation of members of the KSB Air Haji . Based on this study it is suggested to the management to always improve the quality of service and leadership in serving the community board so that members are increasingly active in participating actively to make loans on KSB Air Haji

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study examines the factors that influence the Farmers Income in KUD LingkungAur II Pasaman District of West Pasaman " . The variables of this study is the Cost of Production (X1 ) and the Sale Price of Fresh Fruit Bunches ( X2 ) as independent variables and Farmer Income ( Y ) as the dependent variable .The type of research is used  a quantitative approach by  using time series data of 2011-2012 in the form of monthly data obtained directly from KUD LingkungAur II Pasaman District of West Pasaman . Data analysis tools are Ekometrika approachby  using multiple regression equation in the form of Double Log.The result of study found that in partial cost of production is significant influence toward the Farmers’ Income by α = 10 % , while the variable selling price partially is significant effect on Farmers Income with α = 5 % . Simultaneously, the variable cost of production and selling price are significant influence toward Farmers’Income .From the results of the study is suggested that further strengthen the network of cooperatives and market information in order to determine the price that can increase farmers income.

Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of training and discipline on the productivity of civil servant nurses of Lubuk Sikaping Regional General Hospital with total population of 98 people. The study sample used saturated sampling techniques. Research data is collected by method and analyzed with multiple linear regressions. The results of the first hypothesis test study showed that the sig value of 0,000 < alpha 0.05 so that training had an effect on the work productivity of civil servant nurses of Lubuk Sikaping Regional General Hospital. The results of the second hypothesis test showed that the sig value of 0.019 < alpha 0.05 so that discipline had an influence on the productivity of civil servant nurses of Lubuk Sikaping Regional General Hospital. The results of the third hypothesis test showed that the sig value of 0.000 < alpha 0.05 so that training and discipline together had an influence on the productivity of civil servant nurses of Lubuk Sikaping Regional General Hospital. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Baiturrahmah Padang dengan tujuan mengetahui untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Religiusitas, Lingkungan Keluarga dan Efikasi Diri Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha pada Mahasiswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dengan Angkatan 2016 sd 2020 berjumlah 699 orang, dengan menghitung besarnya sampel dari populasi berdasarkan metoda slovin maka sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 87 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling Teknik analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif, sebagai alat analisis digunakan regresi berganda diproses dengan Software IBM SPSS-26 . Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa: Nilai signifikansi religiusitas 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Artinya religiusitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Baiturrahmah Padang. Nilai signifikansi lingkungan keluarga 0,003 < 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima. Artinya lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Baiturrahmah Padang. Nilai signifikansi efikasi diri 0,049 > 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima. Artinya efiksi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Baiturrahmah Padang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work family conflict, work stress and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously in influencing the performance of nurses. The object of the research is the nurse of the RSJ (Psychiatric Hospital). at Padang City. The sample in this study were 58 female nurses who were married and served in 3 shifts. This study used a closed questionnaire, with a Likert scale and data from the questionnaire was processed using the SPSS version 22 program. The results of this study were: (1) The work family conflict variable had no significant effect on the nurse's performance, (2) the work stress variable had a significant effect on the nurse's performance. , (3) The variable of organizational commitment has a significant effect on the performance of nurses, and (4) The variables of work family conflict, work stress and organizational commitment simultaneously affect the nurses performance of the RSJ. In Padang City. these variables can explain the nurse's performance variable by 30.4%. The rest can be explained by other variables not observed in this study. The conclusion is that partially the work family conflict variable has no effect, while work stress and organizational commitment have an effect, jointly affecting the performance of nurses. Future research is also expected to be carried out on a wider research object so that the research results can be generalized. In addition, it is also necessary to add other variables in predicting nurse performance these variables can explain the nurse's performance variable by 30.4%. The rest can be explained by other variables not observed in this study. Abstract

Human resources are one of the important factors that cannot even be separated from an organization or company. Human resources are also the key that determines the development of an organization and acts as a mover, thinker and planner to achieve the goals of the organization, so the company must pay attention to the job satisfaction of all its employees. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of organizational climate, leadership and procedural justice on job satisfaction at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of West Sumatra.The type of research used in this research is associative research. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of West Sumatra as many as 72 people. The technique of collecting research data is through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression.Based on partial statistical analysis of organizational climate variables obtained t count 3.725 > t table 1.667 and a significant value (0.00 < 0.05) meaning H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected, it can be concluded that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Office Energy and Mineral Resources of West Sumatra. Leadership variable with a t value of 2.139 > 1.667 and a significant value (0.036 < 0.05) meaning H2 is accepted and Ho is rejected, it can be concluded that leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of West Sumatra. The procedural justice variable with a calculated value of 2.685 > 1.667 and a significant value (0.009 < 0.05) means that H3 is accepted and Ho is rejected, it can be concluded that procedural justice has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of West Sumatra.The results of the F test are known that the calculated f value is 15.056 > f table 2.740 with a significant value of (0.000 <0.05), meaning that H4 accepts and Ho is rejected. It can be concluded that organizational climate, leadership and procedural justice simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The theme of the article is the banks and financial institutions. This study aims to examine the level of influence of Religious on trust to sharia banking. The banking industry is a very sensitive industry with trust. Experience proves that negative issues can undermine trust in the bank. Currently in Indonesia began to develop Syariah Banking but unfortunately the growth of Islamic Banking in Indonesia is not so encouraging growth is very low not comparable with the number of Muslims the majority. Religiusity Indications are associated with dimensions of the dimensions of religious practice, the dimensions of beliefs, the dimensions of religious knowledge, and the dimensions of practice-akhlaq. beliefs are a number of specific beliefs about integrity (trustworthy honesty and ability to keep promises), benevolence (trust and motivation) believed to act in the interests of trusting them, competency (ability of trusted parties to carry out trustworthy needs) and predictability (trustworthiness) consistency of trustworthy party behavior). The value of determinant coefficient (R Square) was obtained at 0.013. This means that the effect of the product on the buying decision is 1.3% while the rest of 98.7% influenced by other variables outside this product variables. The results of hypothesis testing with t test there adannya t count of 1.143 means t count> ttabel = 0.1630 which means Religiusitas significant effect on trust to Bank Syariah.

Abstract

This paper to reveal the influence of Servant Leadership, Self efficacy, and Job Satisfaction together on the Performance of Tourism Object Management Groups in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Alahan Panjang Service Office (UPTD), Solok Regency. Partial Influence of Servant Leadership, Self efficacy, and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Tourism Object Management Groups at UPTD Alahan Panjang, Solok Regency. Methodology/approach –The research method used is quantitative research. The sampling technique used,all Tourism Object Management Groups working within the UPTD Alahan Panjang, Solok Regency, with a total of 50 people. Findings – It was found that. Finding Based on the partial test (test) it was found that there was a significant influence between Servant leadership, Self Efficacy and Work satisfactionon the performance of tourist attraction managers.It was also found that contributed 73.5% with Job Satisfaction as the most dominant variable, while 26.5% was determined by other variables not included in this research. Conclusion:Partially and simultaneously from Servant Leadership, Self efficacy and Job Satisfaction proved to have a positive and significant influence on the Performance of Tourism Object Management Groups at UPTD Alahan Panjang, Solok Regency. Novelty/value – Servant Leadership overcomes the leadership crisis of trust & example in managers in the tourism sector and based on their beliefs about their chances of successfully achieving the tasks carried out with job satisfaction is very important to understand to improve the performance of tourism managers in Solok Regency
