Abstract

In the era of Revolution 5.0, world society experienced rapid development, especially in the world of education. Education today has enabled technology to assist the learning process. The learning process in the Industrial Revolution era (5.0) required students to master learning technology. In addition, teachers have an important role as educators in facilitating students. However, teachers have not been able to carry out learning in accordance with the independent curriculum. The independent curriculum remains the primary impediment for teachers in encouraging student learning outcomes in the classroom. In the independent curriculum, students must be creative and innovative in their learning. Independent curriculum-guided teachers must be able to apply the project-based learning model. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the project-based, integrated learning model of the independent learning curriculum on student learning outcomes. This type of research is a type of meta-analysis research. The data source comes from an analysis of 15 national and international journals indexed by SINTA, Copernicus International, and DOAJ. The search for data sources comes from the Google Scholar database and the Eric Journal. The data collection technique is a direct observation technique that involves tracing articles that have a relationship with the research variables. The search keywords for data sources are the PjBL learning model, independent curriculum, and learning outcomes. The data analysis technique is a quantitative statistical technique, with the help of the OpenMEE application. Data analysis was performed by calculating the effect size, standard deviation, average, and N-gain values. The results of the study concluded that the PjBL learning model integrated with the independent curriculum had a significant influence on student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the effect size value of 2.67, SD of 6.03, average student score of 89.56, and N-Gain of 4.20. The use of the PjBL model in the independent curriculum benefits both teachers and students as they prepare for the twenty-first century. In order to implement the Pjbl model in schools, teachers must be professionals

Abstract

This study aims to explain the relationship between decentralization and human resource development through intermediary government capacity that determines the success of development after decentralization. The results of the study show that decentralization has been implemented well, but there are side effects in the form of money politics and dynasties in political decentralization, the lack of regions that achieve independence in fiscal decentralization, and the low quality of employees due to employee recruitment which is still not optimal in administrative decentralization. The capacity of the national government is only the distributive capacity and horizontal cooperation which can be categorized as good, the capacity of the regional government is only the capacity for horizontal cooperation within one regional government which is included in the good category.

Abstract

Investment activities have a critical role in increasing the growth of a country's trade flows, and conversely, an increase in trade activities will also encourage investment growth. All of these aim to increase economic growth. The agreement in cooperation in investment in the Sub-Regional, Regional, and Multilateral scope regulates the principles of cross-border investment between countries by "minimizing" investment barriers so that capital flows can flow smoothly from one country to another other. The IMT-GT (Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand Growth Triangle) Sub-Regional Economic Cooperation, an anticipatory response to implementing the AFTA (ASEAN Free Trade Area), is quite good when viewed from the object of cooperation. However, differences in progress, quality of human resources, limited capital, licensing systems, and applicable legal instruments are problems or obstacles in the investment sector's cooperation process. In addition, Indonesia's economic system, which is still centralized, makes it difficult for this region to develop. This study uses a normative juridical approach using secondary data. Information data collection was carried out through library research and interviews. Data and information were analyzed qualitatively and presented in a descriptive-analytical form with deductive conclusions drawn. From the research results, the implementation of IMT-GT in order to support investment in the regions needs to be pursued in several steps, namely, creating/refining regulations, existing licensing systems that are less supportive/inhibiting trade and investment, building and rehabilitating various facilities and infrastructure and encouraging KADIN (Chamber of Commerce and Industry) as the spearhead to play a more active role.
