This study aims to analyze the intrinsic and extrinsic elements in the short story, Lara Lana, by Dee Lestari using an objective and mimetic approach. The research method that I use in this analysis uses a qualitative descriptive method. The resource in this study is the short story Lara Lana by Dee Lestari. The data collection technique used in this study was to read critically and carefully the entire contents of the short story. The data analysis technique is discussing or reviewing the contents of the short story Lara Lana by Dee Lestari. The results of the research are to find intrinsic elements in the form of themes, points of view, plot/plot, setting, characters and characterizations, style of language, and message. You can also find social elements in the phenomena that occur in short stories that are related to real-world life in the form of 1) economic status (poor and rich) 2) bullying 3) love relationships in the novel Lara Lana by Dee Lestari.

Human capital is an important factor in economic development. With quality capital, it is believed that economic performance will also be better. So it can be said that "social development is economic development". The human resources of a nation, not physical capital or material resources, are the most determining factor in the character and speed of social and economic development of a nation concerned. UNDP's annual reports consistently show that human development promotes economic growth and economic growth that does not pay attention to human development will not last long. In order to run positively and sustainably, it must be supported by government social policies that are pro-human (social) development. Economic growth is defined as a process in which the productive capacity of an economy increases over time to produce ever greater levels of income.

Literary work is the author's reflection on the reality of life.This study aims to determine the intrinsic and extrinsic elements contained in the short story "a piece of a letter in silence" by Asma Nadia with a mimetic and objective approach. The method used in this research is through a qualitative descriptive analysis with a mimetic approach and objective approach in the work literature. The data analysis technique used is reading and observe short stories, collect data, describe, and drawconclusions from research results. The results of the research show that there are valuesthe reality of life in the form of social reality, the reality of life's struggle, the reality of the real world contained within short story "a letter in silence" with a mimetic approach.The conclusion of this research is that there is a phenomenon of reality values within short story, in the form of the love struggle of a man without a name for a woman without a name even though it has no beautiful ending.

This article discusses social criticism in a short story entitled "Kemarau" by Andrea Hirata. This article will focus on mimetic approach research on things or events in short stories related to social criticism in the short story entitled "Kemarau", namely: (1) criticism of political issues, when people feel disappointed about government promises that are not implemented (2) ) criticism of the economy, where when a group of people who live on the outskirts cannot feel the development and progress of infrastructure like in big cities (3) criticism of the negligence factor of the government when it has occupied its position. The government seems to have forgotten the promises it made before taking up its post. From the short story, it can be understood that literary works do not only display positive impressions or messages but can contain absolute things such as criticizing or satirizing.

This study specializes in analyzing the short story Kairos kopi by Putu Ayub using an objective approach to obtain the structure in the short story in the form of intrinsic elements namely theme, point of view, plot, setting, character, characterization, style of language, and message in the short story. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. As for descriptive qualitative is a study devoted to research thoroughly, broadly, and deeply. The results are in the quality of words, sentences and their meanings without comparing the results of this study with the results of other studies. The source of the data obtained is by reading carefully, critically the short story Kairos Kopi by Putu Ayub. Based on the results of the theme used in the short story, which is about struggle, that if we want to start something new we must not be pessimistic. This is consistent with the character in the short story, namely (I) who has a pessimistic character

This research is to analyze the intrinsic elements in the short story “Ketika Aku dan Kamu Menjadi Kita” using an objective approach. The research method that I use in this analysis uses a qualitative descriptive method, which is a thorough and in-depth research. This short story is highly recommended to be read by all people because there is an educational element in the short story, and there are many messages and impressions in the short story. This plot is very understandable because it doesn't make the reader dizzy.

The purpose of this research is : (1) to describes the error of Indonesian language in exposition text by the students at class X, (2) causes of error, and (3) the effort which is done by the teacher and student to solve the error. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a sample student text SMAIT Ummul Quro Bogor kelas X IPA 1 dan X IPA 3. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews and document analysis. Data analysis technique used is the interactive analytical model that includes four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The conclusions of this study are as follows. Firstly, the linguistic elements of language errors that often occur in the student text is divided into four errors : spelling error, diction, sentence, and paragraph. Secondly, language errors that often occur in a student text exposition caused by several factors, among others: is inadequate of language mastery, lack of examples by the teachers, the influence of foreign language, lack of writing peactice, and lack of writing time. Thirdly, the efforts have been made to minimize errors include: improving students' language mastery, having more practices in writing, implementing appropriate correction technique, and implementing a process approach to teaching writing.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk menemukan langkah-langkah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw sehingga dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas X1 SMA Negeri 1 Larompong. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus pembelajaran dengan tahapan meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Data hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 50,42% dan siklus II sebesar 72,69%. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa langkah-langkah yang diterapkan pada model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa Kelas X1 SMA Negeri 1 Larompong. Adapun langkah-langkahnya, yaitu: (1) Menyampaikan materi pembelajaran dengan melakukan tanya jawab, (2) Membagi siswa menjadi beberapa kelompok asal yang terdiri dari 6 siswa perkelompok berdasarkan tingkat pencapaian sebelumnya dengan tetap memperhatikan faktor heterogen lainnya, kemudian membagikan LKS dan masing-masing 2 orang siswa dalam setiap kelompok menerima LKS dengan materi yang sama, (3) Mengarahkan siswa dalam kelompok ahli dan membimbing siswa dalam setiap kelompok untuk mengeluarkan pendapat, tanggapan atau pertanyaan dan masing-masing ada 2 orang siswa yang harus menguasai materi ahli untuk dijelaskan ke kelompok asal, (4) Mengarahkan tim ahli kembali ke kelompok asal dan membimbing siswa dalam diskusi kelompok asal untuk menjelaskan materi yang telah dibahas di kelompok ahli secara bergantian, (5) Meminta perwakilan setiap kelompok untuk mempresentasikan hasil diskusi kelompoknya, meminta tanggapan dari kelompok lain, dan meminta siswa menyimpulkan materi dengan cara ditunjuk langsung.

Penerapan akuntansi atas pengelolaan limbah medis pada Puskesmas Puger bertujuan untuk diketahui perlakuan akuntansi atas pengolahan limbah yang dilakukan Puskesmas Puger yang meliputi identifikasi, pengukuran, pengakuan, penyajian, dan pengungkapan. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskripstif komparatif, dengan data primer didapat dari narasumber, dan untuk data sekunder didapat dari media perantara. bahwa perlakuan akuntansi pada Puskesmas Puger meliputi identifikasi Puskesmas Puger masih belum terlaksanakannya identifikasi dalam biaya lingkungan sesuai dengan teori Hansen dan Mowen. Tindakan pengukuran pada Puskesmas Puger telah memenuhi syarat pada unsur-unsur pengukuran di KDPPLK. Penyajian biaya lingkungan sebaiknya dilakukan secara terpisah pada laporan keuangan, dan pengungkapan biaya lingkungan pada CALK harus tersistematis. Hal tersebut akan membantu bagi manajemen Puskesmas Puger dalam memahami secara mudah.
