<![CDATA[The expected goal in this study is to improve student learning outcomes using Picture Media in the Natural Science subject with the theme of Animal and Human Movement Organs in class V A SD Negeri 2 Nganganaumala Baubau City. The subjects of the research were the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Nganganaumala totaling 26 students, the details of which were 12 male students and 14 female students. The conclusions of the research are: (1) the average value of student learning outcomes is 65.77 learning completeness reaches 57.69 % or there are 15 students from 26 students who are declared complete. The results show that in the first cycle, classically students have not finished studying, obtaining a score of 65 of 57.69 %, which is smaller than the percentage of completeness desired, which is 80 %. Based on the first cycle, the results obtained that students have not reached the percentage of mastery learning, and (2) the average value of student learning outcomes is 72.31, learning mastery reaches 80.77 % or there are 21 students from 26 students who are declared complete. These results indicate that in the second cycle classically students have finished studying, students get a score of 65 which is 80.77 % greater than the desired completeness percentage, which is 80 %.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the improvement of narrative essay writing skills through guide note taking strategies for fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Kaobula. The type of research conducted by the researcher is classroom action research (CAR). The results showed that the average value of each of these aspects can be seen that the narrative essay writing skill has not met the target of achieving a score of 75.00 in the class average. The average score of 50.3 comes from the total score of each narrative essay writing skill. The average value of narrative essay writing skills using the Application of Guided Note Taking Strategy is 63.79 and is included in the sufficient category. 86% of students also have not reached the KKM, which is 70. So, the target for a class average of 75 with good categories still cannot be achieved. For this reason, researchers will follow up with learning in cycle II. The average value achieved in the second cycle is 78. The average value has met the classical average value to be achieved, which is 78. Then the percentage results that reach a value > 90 in the very good category are 1 student or 4, 17%, then the value of students who reach a value of 80-90 with a good category of 12 students or 50%, then the value of students who get a value of 60-70 with a sufficient category of 11 respondents or 45.84% and the value of students who get a value of 40-50 with the less category, no students get that value.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the steps or strategies of PAI teachers in teaching Islamic religious education in elementary schools at SDN 3 Baubau. The method used in this research is qualitative. This type of qualitative research was chosen to describe and analyze phenomena, events, and learning activities at the research location. The research findings show: The teacher's strategy in teaching Islamic religious education at SDN 3 Koa Baubau is implemented by implementing an integrative learning system, namely distance (online) and close distance or face-to-face (offline). The distance teaching method was chosen as an alternative amid efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19. In its implementation, the delivery of teacher material uses platform-based information technology media such as the WhatsApp application, Google Classroom and Zoom Meeting. Furthermore, offline or direct learning is carried out in order to anticipate students who have limitations in internet operational costs. Of course, the implementation of offline learning is carried out in rotation while still implementing very strict health protocols. In addition, the teacher gives additional assignments to students and asks parents to be actively involved in controlling the assigned tasks and participate in informing about student activities during the pandemic at home.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts of PAI teachers in fostering morals through online learning at SD Negeri 1 Kaobula. The research method used is qualitative research. Qualitative research is research that is used to examine the condition of a natural object, (as opposed to an experiment) where the researcher is the key instrument, the data collection technique is done by triangulation (combined), the data analysis is inductive/qualitative. The results of the study indicate that the efforts of Islamic religious education teachers in online learning have their own challenges in understanding students so that they remain the movers who have good morals for students, so that students in the future are more enthusiastic and active in getting morals. PAI teachers at SD Negeri 1 Kaobula are also required to have learning methods or strategies that are adapted to the current state of students, where PAI teachers provide learning with creative and innovative methods that can motivate students to have good morals]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to describe the ability to read at the beginning can be improved by using multiple games strategy. The benefits of this research are increasing student participation, improving the quality of learning for teachers and for schools to improve student learning outcomes. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which recycles / cycles includes planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. This research was conducted in class II SDN 56 Buton. The subjects of this research proposal were 19 grade II students who were registered and active in the 2020/2021 school year. The results of this study were conducted in 2 cycles, and each cycle consisted of 2 learning meetings, and each cycle an observation test was carried out. Action, cycle 1, and cycle 2. The increase can be seen from the results of the average score of the students' initial ability of 29.21 after being given action in cycle 1 shows an increase in the average value of student subjects by 59.74 and cycle 2 increases the average value. an average of 84.21. The results of the second cycle of action showed that the results of the achievement of the subject's score showed that the results of the achievement of the subject's score increased and could far exceed the predetermined minimum completeness criteria (KKM) value of 65 so that the action was stopped.]]>

<![CDATA[Schools are currently limited to face-to-face learning, by implementing online learning, due to the Covid-19 pandemic which is a key factor in the challenges in the education sector. This study aims to describe the efforts of teachers in overcoming students' learning motivation in elementary schools during the pandemic covid-19. This study uses a type of field research (field research) with a descriptive qualitative approach. The technique used in this research is the technique of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion/verification. The results of this study indicate that (1) the efforts made to overcome the difficulties of students' learning motivation in participating in learning during the covid-19 pandemic in class IV are by holding meetings with students three times a week, providing encouragement and motivation, and collaborating with parents. (2) The factors that cause student learning difficulties in participating in learning during the covid-19 pandemic are due to factors, school facilities and infrastructure, low family economy, and parental factors.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of social studies learning outcomes using the Numbered Head Together type of cooperative learning model for fourth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Wameo. The conclusions of the research results: (1) The results of the first cycle research show that using the Numbered Head Together type of cooperative learning model, the average value of student learning outcomes is 66.07 and learning completeness reaches 60.71% or there are 17 students from 28 students who have completed study. These results indicate that in the first cycle classically students have not finished studying, because students who get a score of 65 are only 60.71% smaller than the desired completeness percentage, which is 85 %, and (2) Furthermore, from the results of the second cycle research shows using the cooperative learning model Numbered Head Together type, the average value of student learning outcomes is 73.21 and the percentage of complete learning reaches 85.71% or there are 24 students from 28 students who have finished studying. These results indicate that in the second cycle classically students have finished studying, because students who get a score of 65 are 85.71%, the percentage of completeness desired is 85%]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers on student achievement in SD Negeri 1 Kamaru. In this study, 22 students were used as samples. This research strategy utilizes quantitative data to reveal the truth about the form of the relationship between variables or phenomena. The number of test scores for the effect of PAI teacher competence on student achievement is 0.81, in accordance with the findings of this study that the impact index value obtained is positive. The competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers has a significant effect on student learning achievement. Teacher competencies are considered successful if they are able to actively involve students in the learning process physically, mentally, and socially, and increase students' self-confidence.]]>

<![CDATA[The goal of this study was to see how the cooperative fun make a match technique may be utilized to teach Social Sciences. This research takes a quantitative approach to learning and employs a real experimental learning strategy. This experiment involved a total of 34 pupils. In testing and tests, the Taro Yamane formula is utilized. Multiple choice quizzes based on events surrounding the announcement were used to gather data. A biserial relationship, the quality of the K-R 21 equation, discriminatory power, and difficulty index were used to determine the validity and reliability of this research instrument. The lesson test had a post-test score of 74.56, while the control group had a score of 67.65.According to findings from SD Negeri 1 Topa's investigation. The test results show the t arithmetic value of 2.690 > t table and sig value of 0.011 < 0.05. That is, there is a significant difference between the post-test results of the experimental group and the control group. Based on the post-test differences that emerged, it can be concluded that the make a match learning model is more feasible and includes a positive impact than other learning models on social studies subjects for fifth grade elementary school students land 1 Topa.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose in this study is "To Improve IPS Learning Outcomes Theme 1 Animal and Human Movement Organs Through The Card Sort Method of Students of Class V of State Elementary School 2 Tongkuno". The subjects in this study were all 21 students of Class V of Tongkuno State Elementary School 2, consisting of 11 male students and 10 female students. This type of research is Class Action Research (PTK) using action implementation procedures, where research is divided into two cycles. In the first cycle, one meeting was conducted using the Card Sort learning method and the second cycle was carried out as many as one meeting with the same learning method. Based on the results of research that lasted for two cycles, it can be known that the implementation of learning using the Card Sort method in class V of SD Negeri 2 Tongkuno can improve IPS learning outcomes. Where seen in cycle I the average value obtained is 70.23 with a percentage of classical completion of 57.14% and in cycle II increased with an average value of 85.14 with a percentage of classical completion of 90.48%. For this reason, it can be concluded that by using the Card Sort method , the theme of 1 Animal and Human Movement Organs can improve the learning outcomes of IPS students in class V of State Elementary School 2 Tongkuno.]]>
