Abstract

Qualitative Analysis Determinant Of Implementation Of Pregnant Gymnastics In Puskesmas Depok 2, Sleman Regency, DIYBackground: Pregnancy is a physiological process but can be pathological at any time. Pregnant gymnastics is a gymnastics that is done to prepare and train the muscles so that it can be utilized to function optimally in normal labor. Pregnant women are encouraged to do light exercise during pregnancy, so that the mother and fetus are healthier and will reduce problems that arise during pregnancy. Participation in pregnant gymnastics is influenced by several factors including knowledge, attitude, values, beliefs, policies, family support, morivasi, pregnant gymnastics infrastructure. Pregnant gymnastics has not been implemented directly in puskesmas. Objective: knowing what factors influence the implementation of pregnant gymnastics in Puskesmas Depok 2 Sleman Regency, DIY. Methods : the method used is qualitative research that explains the factors that influence the implementation of pregnant gymnastics in Puskesmas Depok 2. This research place is in Puskesmas Depok 1, Sleman, DIY, and data collection is conducted with in-depth interview techniques, the implementation of data collection in August - October 2020. Qualitative data processing is presented in narrative form. Results : the results of the study showed that determinants of the implementation of pregnant gymnastics include predisposition factors, supporting factors and driving factors for the implementation of pregnant gymnastics. Predisposition factors include knowledge, attitude, trust, values and beliefs, supporting factors include the availability of facilities and pre-facilities and policies puskesmas as a facility for the implementation of pregnant gymnastics, and driving factors include support from health centers, health workers and families. Conclusion : pregnant gymnastics activities in Puskesmas Depok II have not been held. Pregnant gymnastics is included in the activities in the Maternity Class program. If the class of pregnant women is held properly then the activities of Pregnant Gymnastics will be carried out properly. Influencing factors include knowledge, attitude, values, beliefs, motivation, policy support, infrastructure and support for husbands and or families

Abstract

The Corelation Between Family Support with Parenting Self Efficacy In Postpartum Mother In Bantul RegencyBackground: the postpartum a period of crisis for a mother husband and family so arious changes physically, psychologically and family structure. The process is related to parenting self-efficacy. Parenting self-efficacy is self-confidence and the mother’s ability to caring the baby. Several factors influence the mother’s parenting self-efficacy in caring for her baby, one of which is family support. Objective: this study aims to determine the relationship between family support and parenting self-efficacy of postpartum mothers in Bantul Regency. Methods: this study is a correlation quantitative analytic study with a cross sectional approach with a total sample of 46 respondents taken by accidental sampling technique. Data analyze using Kendall Tau test. Results: most (63%) families support postpartum mothers and most (76,1 %) Postpartum mothers have parenting self-efficacy in the sufficient category. The Kendall Tau result showed a P-value of 0,478. Conclusion: there no relationship between family support and parenting self-efficacy in postpartum mothers in Bantul Regency.

Abstract

Prevention Of Corona Virus Infection (COVID-19) In Health Workers and Maternal Health Service Support Personal In Community Health Center Area Kota Timur Of Gorontalo CityBackground: the East City Health Center was chosen because it has patients exposed to COVID 19 with a target of 611 pregnant women. Pregnant women have a high risk if exposed to COVID-19. So it is necessary to prevent COVID-19 infection in the form of providing personal protective equipment (PPE), counseling on COVID-19 infection prevention guidelines, mentoring, monitoring, and evaluation through Whatsapp groups. In this activity, a questionnaire was also given that was filled out via a google form. The questionnaire was used to measure age, education, gravida, and knowledge of preventing COVID-19 infection in maternal services. Objectives: the purpose of this activity is to provide PPE that is used for maternal health service operations carried out at the East City Health Center as well as masks and hand sanitizers for patients, guidebooks that already have ISBNs and are registered with intellectual property rights, increase knowledge of preventing COVID-19 infection and not find patients exposed to COVID-19. Methods: this type of research includes quantitative research with the method of observational analysis. In this study, respondents were 18 health workers at the Puskesmas and 100 pregnant women who did antenatal checks from April to November 2020. The data analysis used the Fisher exact test. Results: the results of the analysis showed that 83% of health workers had good knowledge, 58% of pregnant women had good knowledge, 81% of respondents were in the healthy reproductive category, 64% had a college education and 46% of pregnant women were in the primigravida category. From the results of the questionnaire, data analysis was carried out with the results of the Fisher exact test, sig = 0.0012 (Sig <0.05) for knowledge, age, education, and sig = 0.628 (Sig > 0.05) for gravida. Conclusion: prevention of COVID-19 virus infection in maternal services has a relationship with the knowledge of health workers, knowledge of pregnant women, reproductive age of pregnant women, the last education of pregnant women and has nothing to do with gravida.

Abstract

Sensory Evaluation on Sport Drink Development Product Based on Oyster Mushroom and Sweet PotatoBackground: sports drinks are consumed to improve of athlete's performance. Sport drink based on oyster mushroom has the potential to be develop. Purple sweet potato and Cilembu are a source of carbohydrates, sodium, potassium, and antioxidants. The development of sports drink based on oyster mushrooms and sweet potatoes is carried out to produce sports drink that are more organoleptically acceptable and in accordance with the requirements of sports drinks. Objective: this study aims to determine the sensory evaluation of a sports drink product formula based on oyster mushrooms and sweet potatoes. Methods: this research was a laboratory observational study through the stages of flour process, analysis of nutrients (proximate, sodium, and potassium), formulation products and organoleptic tests. The product formulation consists of oyster mushroom flour, purple/ cilembu sweet potato flour, water, NaCl, and sugar/ maltodextrin. Sensory tests were carried out on 31 semi-trained panelists at the Dietetic/ Culinary Laboratory of Universitas Respati Yogyakarta by assessing the color, aroma, taste, viscosity, and overall. Data were analyzed using Mann Whitney test. Results: the formula made from cilembu sweet potato flour was preferable to purple sweet potato flour. Sugar produce the preference better than maltodekstrin. Products with oyster mushroom flour, cilembu sweet potato flour, water, NaCl, and granulated sugar are more sensory accepted in the development of sports drink products and in accordance with the requirements of sports drinks. Conclusion: products made from oyster mushroom flour, cilembu sweet potato, water, NaCl, and sugar are more sensory acceptance.

Abstract

Nursing Interventions for Anxiety in Patients Preoperative: Literature ReviewBackground: one of the psychological effects of surgery is anxiety (Sutejo, 2018). Anxiety management can be done in pharmacology (doctors) or non-pharmacology (nurses). One of the preoperative anxiety nursing interventions was learned through the identification of various related studies / Integrated Literature Review (IRL). Thus the authors are interested in identifying "How Anxiety Nursing Interventions in Patients Pre Operative: Literature Review". Objective: identifying anxiety nursing interventions in preoperative patients. Methods: the study was conducted using the Literature Review method. The steps are: problem identification, literature search, data identification, data analysis and reporting. Literature search using Google Scholar and Garuda Portal with inclusion criteria, namely Indonesian language articles, full text, and discussing preoperative patient anxiety. Results: there are 7 journals that fit the inclusion criteria. Researchers divided into five pre-operative anxiety nursing interventions: one journal (14%) explained identification of anxiety levels, two journals (29%) about anxiety coping strategies, two journals (29%) about nonpharmacological interventions reduced anxiety levels, one journal ( 14%) about the regulation of emotional anxiety, and one journal (14%) about anxiety management. Conclusion: anxiety nursing interventions in preoperative patients with anxiety identification, coping strategies, nonpharmacological interventions (music therapy, lavender oil administration, Wack Wednesday, healing touch, and hand reflexology), emotional regulation, and anxiety management.

Abstract

“MOGIZ” Mobile Application for Monitoring Nutritional StatusBackground: many mobile applications for health have been developed, but only a few have the development process based on user needs. Objective: the purpose of this research is to produce an user friendly, acceptable, and beneficial mobile application for many people. Methods: the MoGiz android application is developed with a user-centered design method using the Java software development kit 8, android studio, visual studio code, and flutter framework. MoGiz consist of six main menus: 1) Measurement method, 2) Check nutritional status, 3) Measurement history, 4) Consultation, 5) Advice, and 6) About MoGiz. In the first menu, user can read articles about how to measure some body parameters correctly and view videos. In the second menu, user can input their weight and height, upper arm circumference, waist and hip circumference and then find out the interpretation. Results: MoGiz has tried to include gamification by giving points to each user activity such as measuring nutritional status, answering quizzes and sharing the results of measuring nutritional status to social media. If the points meet the limit, it can be exchanged for rewards. Conclusion: MoGiz has been developed for various age groups as a guide for the community to assess nutritional status independently. In addition, this application also provides nutrition and health information for user which is expected to encourage people's habits to behave in a healthy and nutritionally balanced manner.

Abstract

Correlative Study: Self-Control of Teenagers with Addictions to Use the InternetBackground : Currently internet users in the world and in Indonesia are increasing. Many teenagers are addicted to using the internet. Self control is thought to influence a person to become addicted or not to use the internet. Objective : to determine the relationship between self-control and the level of internet addiction in adolescents.  Methods : The type of research was descriptive correlative using cross-sectional design. Total sampling technique was used in this study with a total of 88 teenagers in SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis using the Kendall test.  Results : The majority of respondents had very low self control, as many as 44 respondents (50.0%). The majority of respondents were addicted to using the internet in the high category of 42 respondents (47.7%). Adolescents who have very low self-control will tend to experience addiction to use the internet in the high category of 27 respondents (30.7%). Kendall Tau correlation test results, the results obtained p value = 0.001 (p value <0.05), and the value of r = -435. Conclusion : there is a relationship between self-control and the level of internet addiction in adolescents.

Abstract

Analysis of Student Responses to "BUSA" Nutrition Disc Media in Public and Private High School Teenagers in Yogyakarta City KotaBackground: consumption of fruits and vegetables is one component of the application of balanced nutrition. Adolescents are the age group with the lowest consumption of fruits and vegetables. Lack of fruit and vegetable consumption in adolescents is associated with obesity. One of the efforts to increase fruit and vegetable consumption is nutrition education. The nutritional education process cannot be separated from the use of the media. Media cakram gizi "BUSA" is a nutrition education tool. Objective: there needs to be an analysis of student responses to the media. Objective: To determine of student responses to media cakram gizi "BUSA" in public and private high school adolescents in Yogyakarta City. Methods: this study was a cross sectional study. The research was conducted on adolescents in State Senior High School (SMAN 6 Yogyakarta, SMAN 9 Yogyakarta) and Private High School (SMA Muhammadiyah 3, SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Yogyakarta) with a total of 128 students as respondents. Media cakram gizi "BUSA" consists of 2 nutrition discs, namely “cakram gizi buah” and “cakram gizi sayur”. The research was conducted by sending media cakram gizi "BUSA" to the home address of each respondent and then the respondents filled out the response questionnaire data via google form. Student response data were analyzed and a comparison test between public and private high schools was carried out using Chi Square analysis. Results: the media “cakram gizi buah” received the same number of positive and negative responses, 32 students (50%) in public schools respectively, and received a positive response from 39 students (60.9%), 25 students (39.1%) had a negative response at school. private. While media “cakram gizi sayur” received a positive response from 34 students (53.1%), a negative response from 30 students (46.9%) in public schools and a positive response from 41 students (64.1%), a negative response from 23 students (35.9) in private schools. Conclusion: there is no difference in student responses to media cakram gizi "BUSA" in public and private senior high schools in Yogyakarta City.
