Abstract

Economic growth is usually used as a reference as an indicator of economic success in a region. Such indicators are, for example, problems regarding inflation and unemployment as well as improving public welfare. One of the factors that influence economic growth is the number of labor force and unemployment. From year to year population growth is relatively increasing and it will also affect the growth of the labor force. In urban areas, the growth of the labor force is relatively increasing from year to year. In the city of Pekalongan, there is still an alarming number of unemployed, which is 11.042.00 people in 2020. This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth and labor force growth on the unemployment rate in the city of Pekalongan. This type of research is descriptive analytical quantitative research. Analytical descriptive quantitative is a technique or method used is descriptive analytical quantitative method, analytical descriptive method is a method that functions to obtain in-depth data. The point is which data contains meaning and can affect the substance of significant research. Data collection was obtained from secondary data taken from the Central Statistics Agency of Pekalongan City. Based on the results of this study, the level of the labor force and unemployment will also affect the level of economic growth. So that the data obtained from BPS is certainly valid, so it can be concluded that economic growth in Pekalongan City is relatively low, because based on data from BPS Pekalongan City, the number of labor force and unemployment is still relatively high.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Marketing Relationships and Customer Value have on Customer Loyalty. The method used in this research is the correlation method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were customers of Indihome PT.Telkom Indonesia in Sorong City in March 2022, totaling 326 people. Sampling technique using random sampling method. Abstract

This study uses 3 variables, namely skills and personality characteristics as independent variables, employee performance variables as the dependent variable. This study aims to determine the effect of skills on employee performance at PT Telkom Access Sorong, to determine the effect of personality characteristics on employee performance at PT Telkom Access Sorong, and to determine the effect of skills and personality characteristics on employee performance at PT Telkom Access Sorong. This research is a quantitative research using a correlation approach. The population in this study is the Technician Employees of PT Telkom Access Sorong which is limited to the operation division of the technician section. The sample of this study amounted to 49 people. The sampling technique of this study used non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique. The results of this study are 1) skills affect employee performance at PT Telkom Access Sorong, 2) characteristics affect employee performance at PT Telkom Access Sorong, 3) skills and personality characteristics on employee performance at PT Telkom Access Sorong. In testing the hypothesis, the t-value of skills (X1) is 11.624, and the t-value of personality characteristics is 8.272, then simultaneous testing shows the f-count of 486.854 with a significance value of 0.00, so it can be concluded that skills and personality characteristics on performance employees at PT Telkom Access Sorong

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Trade Office of Sorong City. The data of this study were obtained from a questionnaire (primary) and several observations and direct interviews with related parties at the Department of Trade. This research is a quantitative research using a descriptive approach. The findings of this study indicate that work discipline and work environment have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The most dominant variable affecting employee performance at the Trade Office of Sorong City is work discipline, the reason is because the work discipline variable has the largest comparison compared to other variables

Abstract

The economic empowerment of low-income communities is a central issue in sustaining real sector economic growth. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of murabahah financing on increasing micro, small and medium enterprises. This research method is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach with analysis using SPSS 18, the population in this study is micro, small and medium enterprises with a total of 50 umkm. The data collection technique used is an indirect communication technique with a tool in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire. The results of this study are that murabahah financing has a significant effect on increasing micro, small and medium enterprises with an effect of 22.4% and the remaining 77.6% is the influence of other variables that are not in this study (Extranius Variable).

Abstract

Information technology in this era can help the users to get what is needed. Measurement of technolgy readiness is necessary with Technology Readiness Index (TRI) approach, to aims determine the readiness level of using technology. On of the technolofy uses in transportation field is application of intelligent transportation system like google maps. A general problem of google maps uses is error reading map or instructions, is cause the user is at in wrong way, like the case of motorcyclist enter the toll road. The author will measure the user's readiness to use a google maps, of academic civitas in Politeknik Rukun Abdi Luhur amounts of 65 peoples, with TRI method measurement. The result is, there are final respondents is 59 peoples. Where, 39 peoples using the method of viewing the display on google maps. The result of TRI measurement indicate that respondents is at medium level which a kumulative value is 3,284. Need an advice to google maps users in using the voice feature to avoid losing focus when driving. Besides that, google maps users also can explore and learn many feature of google maps, like choosing to avoid the toll road for motrocycle

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of quality of work life and competence on job satisfaction of employee in government agencies. To analyze the effect of quality of work life, competence and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employee in the government Kabupaten Kendal. Sampling with census sampling technique which is a sampling technique took all the total population of 82 respondents (researchers not included). The data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis method uses regression analysis. Based on the results of the study note that the quality of work life affects job satisfaction. Competence affects job satisfaction. Quality of work life affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Competence influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Job satisfaction influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of quality of work life on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of competence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Abstract

Marketing strategy has an important role for MSMEs. The important role of the right marketing strategy will be able to increase the competitiveness of products produced by MSMEs, especially in Bekasi Regency. In an effort to develop a marketing strategy, complete information is needed regarding the market, consumers and the products needed. Lack of information that supports the determination of marketing strategies will of course make it difficult for MSMEs to compete. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of marketing strategies in an effort to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in Bekasi Regency. Method of analysis: using a descriptive approach with qualitative methods through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions using SWOT analysis. The results of this study are, MSMEs in the Bekasi Regency area are members of the Bekasi Regency MSME Forum community.

Abstract

The application of an effective work discipline leadership style in managing human resources in a company's performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance and the effect of work discipline on employee performance at CV.Pilar Perkasa Mandiri in Brebes Regency. The instrument of this study used a questionnaire. Samples were taken as many as 30 respondents from CV.Pilar Perkasa Mandiri Sejahtera, Brebes Regency. Data analysis and processing using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has no effect on employee performance, while work discipline has an effect on employee performance

Abstract

Lifestyle factors that require humans to look beautiful and perfect make cosmetics one of the things that women must have. Even though it’s still a pandemic, the demand for cosmetic products is increasing, this is evidenced by the increasing sales of cosmetic products every year. Especially now that shopping is easier because it is supported by marketplace, one of them is Shopee which is in great demand by women and the average person who likes Shopee is the millennial generation and Z generation. Many local cosmetic products in Indonesia are starting to appear every year and flood the homeland market, one of them is Madame Gie who was born with a beautiful economic main character. In 2015 lipstick became one of the must have cosmetic items for women. As a newcomer, Madame Gie managed to become the top lip cosmetic brand in Shopee. Sometimes Madame Gie also participates in Shopee flash sales to increase sales. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of price and brand ambassadors on purchase decisions for lipstick products at the official shop on the Shopee marketplace. The type of research chosen by the researcher is Causal Explanatory. The independent variables in this study are product quality, price and brand ambassadors, while the dependent variables is purchasing decisions. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to female respondents who had bought Madame Gie’s official shop lipstick products in the Shopee marketplace with a total sample of 100 respondents. From the result of the T test, it shows that the price and brand ambassador variables have an effect on purchasing decisions. The influence of the two independent variables on purchasing decisions used in the coefficients of determination formula is 0,397. This means that the effect of price and brand ambassador on purchasing decisions is 39,7%. This research is expected to be input and benefit for the company and further researchers.
