Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of learning in increasing interest in memorizing the Qur'an by using kinesthetic motion, this type of research used is classroom action research. The results of the study indicate an increase in interest in memorizing the Qur'an. by using the motion method, namely Pre-cycle, the percentage value reached 37.5%. as for the average achievement of the indicators of children are: 4.5. after the action of Cycle I, the percentage value reached 75%. While the average achievement of the indicators achieved by children are: 6. And the Cycle II action, the percentage value reached 87.5%. the average value of the child's indicator achievement is: 7.5. it has been found a comparison of interest in memorizing the Qur'an that children have increased interest in memorizing the Qur'an.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between assertive behavior and personality type in adolescents with neurotic tendencies. The subjects of this research are teenagers who live in Surabaya as many as 351 students. The measuring instrument used in this study is the assertiveness scale, totaling 54 items, while measuring personality type using the introvert and extrovert personality scales totaling 65 items, and then measuring neurotic tendencies using the NSQ scale which amounts to 40 items. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.780, meaning that the ability of the independent variable to explain the variance of the dependent variable is 78%. Fcount obtained is 15.981. With a significance level of 5%, the F table obtained is f(α; k;n-k) or f(0.05;2;10) = 4.1. Where the value of n is the number of data and k is the number of independent variables. Because fcount > ftable = 4.1, then h0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that the score of assertive behavior and extrovert personality type significantly influence neurotic tendencies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Gratitude Journal on Subjective Well-Being in adolescents. This research uses the one group pretest-posttest design. The sample of this study was taken from the entire population, namely 20 adolescents who were given treatment for 30 days. The results of this study indicate that Gratitude Journal has a significant effect on Subjective Well-Being. This can be seen from the results of the analysis of the Paired Samples Test that has been carried out that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) .000 <0.05 indicates a significant difference between the pre-test variables and the post-test variables. This shows that there is a significant effect on the difference in the treatment given to each variable. The gratitude journal activity can be used as a way to increase subjective well-being.

Abstract

Social media is a medium that helps humans interact with other humans. People with social anxiety avoid social situations such as appearing in public, interacting with new people and expressing opinions in public. Individuals with social anxiety feel afraid and anxious about other people's negative thoughts on him. This study was conducted to examine the correlation between social anxiety and duration of social media use. The subjects in this study were 88 social media users, the scale was distributed via the Google form. This study shows that there is a positive relationship between social anxiety and the duration of social media use, with the results of the correlation test as follows r=0.609; p=0.000.

Abstract

Self esteem is one factor that can inflate behavior assertive someone, with evaluation self describing how his precious and also understood he able to encourages individual competence for easy expressing himself into the area. This study was conducted in form to track the relationship between the price of behaviors assertive students during a pandemic. Used for the study sample was taken using all the people in every class with a total some 200 people. Analysis techniques the data used was pearson correlation. The result of the research is that there a positive relationship between the behaviors assertive students with the significance and value of 0.000 coefficient 0.673 obtained.

Abstract

Stress is an individual condition that leads to negative things. Students who are working on their thesis can cause academic stress symptoms because they feel pressured by students because of the gap between the demands of the situation and their abilities. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and learning motivation with student academic stress. Participant of this research is student of Faculty of Social Science and Humanities that working on a thesis. Participant of this research is 83 people that collected uses simple random simple random. The data collection using the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSE), Academic Motivation Scale (AMS) and Perceived Stress Scale (PSS). The data analysis technique used is Sperman's Rho correlation, because there is an assumption test that is not met. The results of the analysis show that there is a negative correlation (r=-0,204) and a significant correlation between self-efficacy and academic stress (p = 0.032; p <0.05) while the results the correlation test between learning concentration and academic stress showed a negative correlation (r=-0.029) but not significant because (p=0.398, p>0.05).

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the relationship between academic anxieety and self-efficacy on learning success of the students at Junior High School. This research uses correlational quantitative method. Participants of this study amounted 88 people who were selected based on convenience sampling technique. Data Analysis in this study used multiple regression with Jamovi for Windows. The results of this study indicate that academic anxiety has a negative and significant relationship to learning success dan learning success has a positive and significant relationship to self-efficacy.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence the role of self-regulation on student's academic procrastination. The research method used is correlational quantitative. The sample in this study amounted to 120 students who came from students of SMK Ibrahimy 2. The scale used was Tuckman and Zimmermant. The method used to analyze the data in this study is to use statistical analysis methods using the Spearmen Test and Test . To simplify the calculation, the JAMOVI program is used. Based on the output of the hypothesis test results, the value is known, the significance value is p = 0.009 (<0.001) it can be interpreted that there is a relationship between self-regulation and academic procrastination. The results of the hypothesis test on Spearman's rho resulted in a value of -0.215, from the results of the correlation coefficient test it was known that the relationship between self-regulation variables and academic procrastination was a negative relationship.

Abstract

This study aims to to know whether there is a self control and relations with impulsive buying extroverted personality.A subject in this research expenditure those who do online.Using a technique purposive sample taken with the sampling method of and wear the theory table of isaac & amp; michael in determining the number of respondents sample and obtained 272.The analysis used namely linear regression and the worship of idols and from the results of the analysis indicates that the existence of a significant relation exists between self control and extroverted personality with impulsive to be buying to the expenditure.In addition self control and extroverted personality makes a contribution effective as much as 13.5 % of impulsive buying and the rest 86.5 % influenced by a factor of who have not yet researched by researchers.

Abstract

Risk taking behavior in adolescents often gets them involved in various kinds of problems such as health, social sanctions and even legally. Extraversion is considered to be a predictor of risky behavior. Adolescents with extraversion tend to need more interaction with their external environment and also have a need to seek sensation. This study aims to determine the relationship between extraversion and risk-taking behavior in adolescents using a correlational quantitative method. The sample in this study were 194 adolescents and used the Google form as a data collection medium. The risk-taking behavior scale was compiled based on aspects of Weber and Blais and the extraversion scale used Eysenck's aspects which were then analyzed using SPSS 20. This study shows the results that extraversion has a positive relationship with risk-taking behavior in adolescents as indicated by the correlation value (r) 0.607 and a sig, ( p) 0.000.
