This research was conducted at the Lamaddukelleng Hospital, Wajo Regency, with a population and sample of 370 respondent taken by the purposive sampling. Data analysis is descriptive to explain research data and research descriptions while analyzing quantitative data using Linear Regression analysis tools. The results of this study prove that simultaneously the hypothesis that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, namely that responsiveness, assurance, physical evidence, empathy, and reliability have a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction at Lamaddukelleng Hospital, Wajo Regency. Responsiveness, assurance, physical evidence, empathy, and reliability have been applied well in achieving customer satisfaction at the Lamaddukelleng Hospital, Wajo Regency. Based on the study's results, it was found that the dimensions of service quality based on physical evidence were the dominant influences on patient satisfaction at the Lamaddukelleng Hospital, Wajo Regency. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of teacher motivation (X1), principal leadership (X2), and teacher competence (X3) on teacher performance (Y). The population taken was 79 people and because the population was less than 100 people, the sample taken was the entire population as a total sample, namely all teachers at SMPN 2 Sungguminasa, and a tool to test data analysis using linear regression. The results of this study stated that partially the motivation variable (XI) showed a value of p = 0.001 <0.05, this means that partially the work motivation variable has a significant influence on the performance of SMP Negeri 2 Sungguminasa employees. Partially the leadership variable (X2) shows a value of p = 0.000 < 0.05. This means that partially the variable of workability has a significant employee performance and function at SMP Negeri 2 Sungguminasa. Competence has a significant effect on teacher performance with P = 0.000 < 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.186. The coefficient shows that the better the level of educators, the better the performance, so the third hypothesis can be concluded that if there is an increase in the level of education and training, it will affect the Performance of the teacher. The variable that has the most dominant influence on teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Sungguminasa is motivation. Motivation and appreciation can encourage teacher performance. Training education is held under their duties and responsibilities, so that it can run effectively as well as efficiently and will make the teacher's performance level higher.

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) to analyze and find out whether the variables of education level, wage rate, and economic growth jointly affect the absorption of labor in South Sulawesi Province. The data collection in this study was carried out using the library research method, with observations in 2012 - 2021, the data was obtained from the South Sulawesi Province Bappeda Office, as well as the respective Regency/City Bappeda Offices in Luwu Raya, as well as the Sulawesi Provincial BPS Office. South. Linear Regression Analysis is used to determine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of the study show that together the independent variables of education level, wage rate, and economic growth have an effect on the dependent variable on employment in South Sulawesi Province during the 2012 - 2021 period. Among the three independent variables, it seems that the wage level is the factor that has the greatest influence on employment absorption in South Sulawesi Province. In connection with the results of this study, it is suggested to the Provincial Government of South Sulawesi to always pay attention to the level of public education, the number of wages received, and efforts to develop various economic sectors in this area so that economic growth can increase which in turn will increase employment and increasing social welfare.
