Abstract

Almost all schools have held online learning since the Covid-19 pandemic. The lack of interaction between teachers and students during learning activities is exacerbated by distance learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of AKSI learning media in growing the moral values of fourth grade elementary school students. The D&D (Design and Development) model is used in this study. Fourth grade elementary school teachers and students were used to test the product. The majority of students gave a “good” evaluation product, according to the results. Thus, fourth grade elementary school children can use the AKSI learning media to instill moral values, and teachers who have difficulty delivering teaching materials can use it to improve the delivery of information on teaching materials.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the process of developing learning video media (2) describe the feasibility of video-based learning media, and (3) describe the improvement of student learning achievement outcomes with learning video media on the subject matter of SPLTV. The type of research used is development research (R&D) with the ADDIE development model and one group pretest postest research design that produces products in the form of learning video media. The technique of data collection in this study used questionnaires, pre-test and post-test results, and interviews. The resulting data are analyzed quantitatively and descriptively qualitatively.The results of this study are, (1) the product development process that has been generated from this research and development is obtained through several processes, namely product manufacturing, product validation, revision, and field trials, (2) the feasibility of learning video media media can be seen from the validity of media experts 84.71% and material experts 78.33%, 71.54% practicality from practitioners / teachers, 83.03% effectiveness of product trials and 80% of the ministry of field trials, thus the learning video media including valid, feasible, practical, effective and interesting categories used, (3) student learning achievement results increased as evidenced by pre-test results that originally got a result of 50.97 then in post-test results increased to 60.28.

Abstract

Deviations in character in children today often occur. Various actions that do not reflect a good personality and even criminal acts committed by children are often found through television shows or social media. This of course needs to be followed up through character education. Character education in elementary schools has actually been carried out in school activities both through subjects and outside subjects with the aim of creating students who have noble character. At elementary school, games are very interesting for children. In addition, at elementary school age children begin to be interested in the use of electronic devices. In line with this, the application of Islamic Education for Kids is an appropriate medium to be used in character learning with the aim of improving the morals of students. The target users of this application are grade 3 elementary school students. The method used is the Design and Development (D&D) method. From the test results, users feel the benefits of this Islamic Education for Kids. By using this application, teachers can monitor and evaluate student learning outcomes through the features in the application

Abstract

Every elementary school student has a high curiosity. Therefore, this curiosity must continue to be fostered in science learning. However, it was found that the fourth grade students of SDI Ngalupolo did not show good science learning outcomes. Students' curiosity needs to be used in learning by using the guided discovery method so that science learning achievement can be improved. The purpose of this study was to improve the science learning achievement of Class IV SDI Ngalupolo students using guided discovery learning through classroom action research (CAR). CAR is carried out in 3 cycles where each cycle consists of planning, implementation, evaluation and reflection. Data were collected using teacher observation sheets, student observation sheets and tests. The results showed that student achievement increased from cycle I to cycle III, namely, cycle I (63.75%), cycle II (70%), cycle III (80%). Thus the guided discovery learning method can improve the learning achievement of Class IV SDI Ngalupolo students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of powerpoint-based spingame media for the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The urgency of the background of this research is the lack of student learning materials in creating appropriate, practical, and effective learning. The aspect observed in the development of this media is the use of powerpoint-based spingame media in science learning material energy sources to increase student interest in learning for class V SDN Asemrowo II Surabaya. This type of research uses the ADDIE model development method with the steps of analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. The research subjects were students of V-A SDN Asemrowo II Surabaya. Data collection techniques in this study in the form of tests, questionnaires, interviews. Data were obtained and analyzed from learning outcomes test sheets, questionnaire sheets, and interviews. The results showed that the development of powerpoint-based spingame media could increase students' interest in learning as evidenced by the percentage of material experts by 97.5%, media experts by 92.5%, student responses with a percentage of 91.62%, and the results of the interviews were categorized as very good. Furthermore, the post-test showed an increase in student interest in learning compared to the pre-test by 60%.

Abstract

Natural Sciences (IPA) is the result of human activities in the form of organized ideas and concepts, about the natural surroundings obtained from experience through scientific processes. In learning science, students must be active so that what is learned becomes meaningful. In the initial observation of science lessons at SDN Sukamaju 3, it was found that learning outcomes did not meet the predetermined KKM standard, namely 65, students who finished studying <30%, and student activities were less than optimal because the learning process was boring. This research is a classroom action research that aims to determine the improvement of science learning outcomes at SDN Sukamaju using the inquiry learning method. The subject of this research is the third-grade student number 23, this research is conducted in three cycles in each cycle an objective test is held. In the results of the research cycle I the percentage of student activity results is 69.56% and the average grade is 63.91, then in the second cycle the percentage of student activity is 78.26%, and the average value increases to 64.13, and in the third cycle the percentage student activity is 95.65%, and the average values reach 77.17. Based on the results of this study, it can be said that the application of the inquiry learning model in science lessons on the subject of changing objects can improve the learning outcomes of third-grade students at SDN Sukamaju 3, Tapos District, Depok City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of the family environment on the learning achievement of grade IV A students at SD Inpres Mangga Dua Merauke. This type of research is quantitative research. Respondents taken were 36 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The questionnaire was used to obtain data on family environment variables and documentation was used to obtain data on student achievement. The data analysis technique used correlation test, hypothesis test (t test), and determination test. Correlation test to determine the relationship of the family environment to student achievement. Hypothesis test (t test) to determine whether there is an influence of the family environment on student achievement. Determination test to determine the influence of the family environment on student achievement. The results showed that there was a significant influence of the family environment on the learning achievement of grade IV A students at SD Inpres Mangga Dua Merauke. This is evidenced by the results of the t test where the value of t count> t table (5,299> 2,032). The family environment has a strong positive contribution to student achievement with a correlation value of 0.673. The magnitude of the influence of the family environment on student achievement is 45.2%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the concept of light concept misconceptions through the CRI method in the fifth grade students of SDK St. Theresia Ende 3. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data were collected by diagnostic tests, interviews and documentation. The results showed that most of the students had misunderstood the material properties of light. Of the many students who experience misconceptions that occur in the VD class at the St.Theresia Ende 3 SDK, they come from the students themselves, from the teacher conveying the wrong concept, and the teaching method is not appropriate.

Abstract

Cooperative learning with numbered head together strategy is interest because the teacher can control the group also each member of group. The objective of this study is to find out the implementation of cooperative learning with Numbered Head Together strategy in teaching speaking at Grade VII of SMPN 3 Poso. The type of the research was a qualitative research. The finding of research obtained that the implementation of Numbered head together strategy itself: first, teacher explained the material to the students. Second, teacher divided the students in to groups and gave serial number of groups. Third, students sat with the member of group and discussed and answered the task or questions. Fourth, the English teacher called one number from each group to answer or to do the task in front of the class, and the last, the other member gave support to their friends who answered or did the task. Students highest score was 93,3 and the lowest scored was 53,3. Most of the student score category was good.

Abstract

Education that is carried out remotely results in a decrease in students' interest in learning. This study aims to develop and produce learning video media that can be used remotely. Media development uses a 4D development model to the third stage, namely defining, planning, and developing. The results of the research are 1) Animaker-based Animated Learning Video Media is declared quite valid with an average assessment result by the validator of 79.52%. 2) Animaker-Based Animation Learning Video Media is declared practical based on the average value obtained from the student response questionnaire sheet of 89.26%. 3) Animaker-based Animation Learning Video Media is declared to be effective in learning with the average results obtained from student learning outcomes tests of 84.95%. mathematics on Lines and Angles.
