Abstract

One of the problems faced by the Indonesian state today is economic problems, as a country whose population is predominantly Muslim, Islamic demands and tips are very important to be realized, one of which is zakat. is a lack of public trust and understanding. This study aims to determine the effect of trust and understanding on interest in paying zakat at the Baitul Ihsan Mosque Amil Zakat Institution. The method used in this research is quantitative with multiple linear regression data analysis. The results of this study indicate that trust has an effect on interest in paying zakat in terms of the tcount 2.884 > ttable 1.993. understanding affects the interest in paying zakat can be seen from tcount 3,607 > ttable 1,993. Trust and understanding together affect the interest in paying zakat as seen from theF valuecalculated 37.682 > Ftable 3.12.

Abstract

Millennials are currently participating in capital market stock investment activities, the Sharia Investment Gallery of IAIN Kerinci recorded the number of investors in 2020 as many as 573 with active investors up to 66 people or 11.5%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dividend payments on student investment interest in the Syariah Investsai Gallery IAIN Kerinci. The population of this study amounted to 573 students who were registered as investors at GIS IAIN Kerinci with this number drawing a sample of 66 students by applying the purposive sampling technique by setting the criteria for active students to become investors. Simple linear regression was used as the analytical method. The results of this study conclude that dividends have no significant effect on student investment interest in the Sharia Investment Gallery of IAIN Kerinci.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon that is a promotional strategy carried out by coupons where if the next 7 coupons are free, if 100 coupons are free glasses, while 200 coupons are free 1 gallon, but the sale of drinking water at this depot cannot be widely reached, namely consumers are still around the village where the Alga Water drinking water depot is in Koto Baru Semerap. Many consumers feel disappointed with the services provided in purchasing Alga Water Refillable Drinking Water at Koto Baru Semerap because the owners or employees are not friendly in serving consumers. So it is not uncommon for consumers to feel annoyed with the unfriendliness. This research is a type of quantitative research. Quantitative analysis in this study is needed to provide an overview of the research results. This study aims to find an explanation of the measurement of the influence of promotion and service strategies on purchasing decisions for drinking water refilled with algae water in Koto Baru Semerap. From the results of the study, it shows that the influence of promotion and service strategies on purchasing decisions for drinking water refilled with algae water in Koto Baru Semerap from the ANOVA test or F test turns out to be 20,913 based on the above calculations, it can be decided as follows: where fcount > ftable, namely 20.913 > 3.34 and 0.000 <0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that Promotion and Service Strategy together have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Based on the output, it is shown that the determinant value of Adjusted R is known to be the magnitude of the influence of Promotion Strategy (X1) and Service (X2) together on Consumer Purchase Decisions (Y) can be seen from the value of R^2 value of 0.608 if it is presented as 60.8%.

Abstract

Indonesia was one of the legal countries from its inception, when Indonesia proclaimed independence and sovereignty. The purpose of the state of law is to show legal sovereignty which means that the determinant and regulator in the administration of the state is law. This paper will discuss the theory of the legal state and its implications in sukuk.  The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, which collects data related to sukuk in the ijarah contract taken from sources such as books, journals, skrpisi, thesis, and other related sources. The results showed that the theory of the state of law that is implicated in sukuk can be seen from the emergence of regulations related to sukuk, which is the purpose so that the implementation of sukuk is not disturbed and does not violate legal provisions. Thus this intercourse on sukuk is included in one of the examples of the application of legal theory..

Abstract

Good employee effectiveness is certainly obtained from the work of every employee who does his job correctly and on time. Thus, work as something that will appear, where the individual in achieving the goals of the organization. Good work is one of the goals of an organization or an institution in achieving high effectiveness. Achieving good work cannot be separated from the quality of good human resources. So, in this study the researcher wanted to see the work effectiveness of employees at Bank Nagari Syariah Service Unit Tapan which only has 1 permanent employee and is seconded by permanent employees from the general service unit. The type of research used is descriptive research, types of research data, primary data, and secondary data. data sources, research subjects and objects, data collection techniques and data analysis techniques.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence women's decisions to have a career and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for women in a career in Kerinci Regency. The study uses a qualitative approach, the authors use data analysis of the Miles and Huberman models, namely data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display), and drawing conclusions/verification in addition, the data is processed with the help of Nvivo 12 software. Plus. The results of this study conclude that the factors that influence women's decisions to have a career in Kerinci Regency are economic factors, besides that some informants decide to have a career in addition to economic factors because they are also influenced by social factors and education level. Factors supporting women in their careers are because of the support from their families (husband and parents), education, and the informant's environment, while informants who work from home, do not feel too much of a barrier, because while they are working they can still do domestic work for a woman. Unlike the case with career women who work outside the home, the obstacles to their careers are childcare issues and family management..

Abstract

Zakat and Waqf are two very important institutions in the social and economic development of society in Indonesia. These two institutions are part of Islamic teachings that regulate the management of property and social obligations of Muslims. Although it has the same purpose, namely to help underprivileged people and promote the welfare of society, zakat and Waqf have differences in terms of collection, management, use, and legal protection. The purpose of this study was to determine and understand the difference between zakat and Waqf in Indonesia, which includes differences in terms of collection, management, use, legal protection, and recipient groups. This study uses the principles of Islamic law in the study of differences in zakat and Waqf in Indonesia. These principles are applied in every stage of research, from topic selection, sources assistance, literature review, sources selection, and data analysis, to report writing. These principles are used to ensure that the study is in accordance with Islamic teachings and does not contradict religious values. The method used in this study is the descriptive-comparative analysis method. This method is used to explain and analyze the difference between two or more variables, namely the difference between zakat and Waqf in Indonesia. The results concluded, zakat and Waqf are two institutions that are very important in the social and economic development of society in Indonesia. These two institutions are part of Islamic teachings that regulate the management of property and social obligations of Muslims. Abstract

The Bank Mandiri Sungai Penuh pays close attention to the products demanded by its customers. Its outstanding features contribute to its reputation being well-known among the general public. The aim of the research is to determine: 1) the effect of reputation on savings decision at Bank Mandiri Sungai Penuh branch, 2) the effect of the bank's products on savings decision at Bank Mandiri Sungai Penuh branch, and 3) the combined effect of reputation and product on savings decision at Bank Mandiri Sungai Penuh branch. This is a quantitative research. The research variables are Reputation of the Bank (X1), Bank's Products (X2), and Savings Decision (Y). The population is all customers of Bank Mandiri Sungai Penuh branch with a sample of 40 customers. The research instrument is a likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis techniques include Normality Test, Validity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Linearity Test, and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results show that reputation (X1) has an impact on savings decision at Bank Mandiri Sungai Penuh branch, as indicated by t-statistic 4.550 < t-table 2.024 and significance level 0.000 > 0.05. Similarly, the bank's product variable (X2) also affects the savings decision variable at Bank Mandiri Sungai Penuh branch, as shown by t-statistic 2.405 > 2.024 and significance level 0.021 < 0.05. The F-test results show that both Reputation and Bank's Products have a combined effect on Savings Decision at Bank Mandiri Sungai Penuh branch, as indicated by F-statistic 317.707 > F-table 3.25 and significance level 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Research Objectives: This study aims to determine the effect of two X variables, namely Net Profit Margin (X1) and Total Asset Turnover (X2) on Profit Growth (Y) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with 30 samples from 6 automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Design/Methodology/Research Approach: This study uses a type of research using time series. This research is a causal type of research with a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 23 software. Research Results: The results showed that the t-test results of the Net Profit Margin (X1) variable showed tcount > ttable, namely 4.043> 2.050 with a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ha1 is accepted and Ha0 is rejected. From the results of the t test for the Total Asset Turnover (X2) variable, it shows that tcount > ttable is -0.342 < 2.050 with a Sig value of 0.735 > 0.05, it can be concluded that Ha2 is rejected and H0 is accepted.

Abstract

Islamic economics is a reflection of the Qur'an, which incorporates the principles of law and regulations concerning the economic problems of mankind which are sourced from the Qur'an and hadith. On the other hand, Islamic economics is not only for Muslims but also for everyone because Islam is rahmatan lil alamin. One of the important values in Islamic economics is the value of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar. The research method in this paper is a qualitative research with a descriptive method, which is included in the type of library research. The results showed that in Islam the economy must be run according to the rules of Allah SWT. So that in carrying out economic activities must always refer to the Qur'an and hadith. So to prevent violations of Islamic law in carrying out the economic system, amar ma'ruf nahi munkar activities are needed so that the wheels of the economy run according to Islamic law. Meanwhile, the activity of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar functions as a control in running the economy.
