<![CDATA[Village development can be improved by developing the village's economic potential and becoming a forum for rural communities to develop themselves and their environment independently and participatively. One new approach that is expected to be able to drive development and drive the village economy is through the establishment of village community economic institutions called Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as one of the mainstay programs in increasing village economic independence. This service activity aims to analyze and describe in depth the management of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in Tumiyang Village, Kebasen District, Banyumas Regency. After analyzing the problem, aspects of BUMDes institutional assistance activities can be determined. Asepk, which is the focus of implementing this service, focuses on organizational management and governance which looks at BUMDes development from the aspects of planning, organizing, and directing in carrying out the functions and responsibilities of managing village-owned enterprises (BUMDes).]]>

<![CDATA[Teachers as educators should set a good example for students in a culture of fond of reading. Apart from teachers, parents also have a very important role in cultivating a culture of liking to read, because the most time students have is the time when they are with their parents at home. The environment also influences the growth of a reading culture. We can see this when students are not at school, so it cannot be denied that students spend more time watching TV, playing gadgets and students use it to chat with various applications. It is necessary to instill in students a culture of liking to read and awareness of the benefits of reading with this in mind that students realize that reading can improve student achievement. The problem solving process is carried out in the PKL 1 mini project activities using the casework method, through the general intervention stage which consists of: Engagement, Intake, Contract, Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation and Termination. What is the focus of the client's problem solving process is the lack of a culture of fond of reading books. This is because the client lacks the desire to read books. The objectives of the program have been achieved, as evidenced by the client always repeating at home the subjects taught at his school. The client always answers the questions given by the teacher correctly.]]>

<![CDATA[Literacy is one of the important aspects that must be applied in elementary schools. Which through reading literacy activities students will get used to reading and add to student information. This literacy activity also has the benefit of increasing interest and talent in students from an early age. Because most of the educational process depends on literacy skills and awareness. The literacy culture that is embedded in students can influence the level of success and students' ability to understand information analytically, critically, and reflectively. Nowadays, children tend to be more interested in playing mobile phones than reading, as is the case with students at SD Negeri 060884. Therefore, assistance is needed to increase their literacy interest in reading and writing. The process of providing this assistance was also carried out in the PKL I mini project activities, using the casework method which consisted of Engagement Intake Contracts, Assessment, Planning/Planning, Intervention, Evaluation, Termination. The focus of the client's problem solving process is to give them some decent children's story books for them to read which in the story books also contain pictures which of course can interest them to read them. The aim of this program was stated to have been achieved, due to the increased enthusiasm of the client to do literacy reading.]]>

<![CDATA[Teaching Campus Activities which are a program of Merdeka Learning which aims to empower students to help improve education in various regions. One of them is the University of North Sumatra participating in the Teaching Campus Program which will be the second batch in 2023. The research location is SD NEGERI 060882 which is located on Jl. Abdullah Lubis No. 2, Upper Petisah. The title of this journal is Improving Elementary Children's Functional Skills through Reading and Writing at SD 060882. This study aims to describe how the educational process in SD is, how are the attitudes/psychology of children in the school environment and describe the process of planning, implementing and implementing the impact of research this, in order to find out how many grade 1, 2 and 3 students are not good at reading and writing and what are the factors causing children not being able to read and write. The results of the research instrument are making an Education Implementation Plan (RPP) for 4 months from March to June. And in another lesson plan there are also modules that are taught to students in grades 1, 2 and 3.]]>

<![CDATA[Elementary school education (SD) is the basic level for students in pursuing education. Elementary school education is the education of children from the age of 7 to 13 years of primary school education for 6 years, as education at the basic level that is developed in accordance with educational units, regional potential, and socio-culture. In elementary school education at SD Negeri 067691 most of the 1st grade students were not good at reading and counting, because they had thoughts of continuing to play rather than studying, some of them were not sent to kindergarten, and their parents sometimes did not monitor their children in learning process due to being busy at work. Of course this is a problem, especially in the teaching and learning process. From these problems I created the Speed Reading and Fast Counting Training program. The Speed Reading and Fast Counting Training for 1st grade students at SD Negeri 067691 aims to make 1st graders able to read fluently and be good at counting.]]>

<![CDATA[Reading is the most basic ability as a provision for learning everything, in reading literacy means a form of learning that is very interesting and important for students so that a lesson is easy to understand when carrying out reading, writing and communicating activities. This study aims to find out whether the literacy approach can affect the reading skills of students in grades III, IV, and VI of SD Negeri 064036 Medan City District. Medan. in this era the author also sees that in such a rapid development of the era everyone must have a passion for reading and writing. in elementary school reading ability plays a crucial role, because without it the students will experience learning difficulties at that time and in the future. <![CDATA[The teaching campus is a program of the Merdeka Learning Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) created by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. This program aims to assist the learning process in Elementary Schools (SD) so that they are able to carry out an effective teaching and learning process. Through the teaching campus program, students have the responsibility of assisting teaching and learning activities, assisting the administration of the school where they are assigned. USU's teaching partner campuses are carried out to improve students' abilities, gain experience and to apply what has been previously learned. The author is placed in SD Negeri 060835 jl. Sei deli no. 3 kelurahan Silalas Kec. West Medan. In implementing this program the authors focused on learning to read because many students in the upper grades still could not read. In this program the method used is the method of social work, namely group work. This is done because the author comes from the Department of Social Welfare.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia still ranks lowest in terms of literacy, which is very bad because this cannot be changed even though the government has tried various ways to increase interest in reading and a culture of literacy in Indonesia starting with building the National Library and ordering its people to adopt a reading culture because this is very important for the future and our country. The effect of a lack of literacy or interest in reading on students and students and the ability to think critically is still low. This is also inseparable from the reading culture which is still foreign to Indonesian society. Therefore PKL 1 which was carried out at UPT SD Negeri 060855, was carried out in order to increase reading literacy through having a mini library in class. The helping process was carried out using the groupwork method and the objectives of this activity were stated to have been achieved, as evidenced by the growth of children's enthusiasm for learning and interest in reading.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is entitled "Implementation of the Independent Campus Learning Program in Creating a Place for Creativity in SD 068004 Medan City." The problem that occurs is the lack of awareness about creating a place for creativity for students in elementary schools. This study uses a qualitative method. By conducting observations at the location where the Campus Teaching Program was assigned, namely SD 068004 Simalingkar, Kec. Medan Tuntungan. Observation techniques include interviews and documentation, by conducting direct observations at SD 068004, as well as conducting interviews with teacher educators and students at SD 068004 Simalingkar, Kec. Field of Benefits. The research results show that education is a basic and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble morals and skills that are needed by themselves, society, and country. So there is a need for a forum for students to channel their interests and talents and develop them in order to train their creativity and skills in the learning process at school. With this research, the researcher hopes to improve the quality of student learning at SD 068004 and create a place for creativity for students to develop.]]>
