Abstract

Sebagai suatu organisasi baik formal ataupun tidak formal, efektifitas maupun efisiensi merupakan unsur penting untuk menjadikan organisasi itu sukses. Sehingga semua aspek yamg berkecimpung didalamnya dituntut untuk memahami dan mendalami betul fungsi-fungsi manajemen. Manajemen dalam suatu organisasi bukanlah suatu tujuan utama namun dengan menerapkan menajemen organisasi itu akan menjapai tujuan utamanya. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti membahas secara terfokus pada manajemen organisasi BEM, dipenelitian ini juga membahas bagaimana penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen dalam organisasi BEM. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah jenis penelitian yang suatu prosedur pengambilan datanya dapat menghasilkan data deskiptif yang berupa kata – kata (narasi) yang sesuai dengan kejadian dan fenomena sehingga tidak menuntut untuk membuktikan sesuatu atau membenarkan suatu teori. Study kasus jenis penelitian yang digunakan, dengan metode pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara,dan dokumentasi. Penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dalam organisasi BEM IAI darullughoh wadda’wah putri. Sehingga dapat mengetahui cara memenej organisasi yan baik dan benar yang sesuai penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the author's interest in teachers' perceptions about the academic supervision of madrasah principals because in general these perceptions have not been conveyed equally. With teachers' insensitivity to the academic supervision of madrasah principals, teachers are still felt indifferent to the quality of their performance. The task and responsibility of the teacher is to provide learning in accordance with predetermined learning objectives. However, the word appropriate is not enough, teachers are required to improve the quality of their performance with all existing abilities. With teachers' perceptions of evenly distributed academic supervision, it will increase the potential and quality of teacher performance in learning. This study is based on a theory about teachers' perceptions of academic supervision carried out by madrasah principals and teacher performance in learning. This theory will directly influence teacher behavior in helping student learning to achieve organizational goals in the sense of improving teacher performance in learning. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive correlational methods. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires), observation and documentation. In data analysis techniques, researchers used test instruments, namely validity test (variable X 27 is valid and variable Y 30 is valid) and reliability (variables X and Y are all reliable), partial analysis of indicators (variable X value is 3.95 high category and variable value Y 4.30 high category), data normality test (variable X 0.2 is normally distributed and variable Y 0.185 is normally distributed), data linearity test (0.064> 0.05 both linear variables) and correlation analysis (0.590 both variables are moderately correlated). It can be concluded that the two variables are one-way, thus it can be interpreted that the increase in teacher perceptions about the academic supervision of madrasah principals will increase the performance of teachers in learning. .

Abstract

Teachers are required to improve their performance so that they can become professional teachers. The better the professionalism of the teacher, the better the quality of education. That is why teachers need to be given the opportunity to improve their performance, namely through teacher professionalism training. This tudy aims to describe the reality of teacher professionlism training, teacher performance, and the relationship beetween teacher professionalism training and teacher performance. Thi research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were all teachers of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ar-Rosyidiyah as many 33 teachers and the sampling was saturated. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation study. The research instrument test used validity and reliability test, while the data analysis use correlation analysis. The result showed that the teacher professionalism training and teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ar-Rosyidiyah were in the high category. Based on the result of the correlation analysis, it is stated that there is significant relationship between teacher professionalism training an teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ar-Rosyidiyah of 0.785, which means that teh level of the relationship is in the strong category, so that the hypothesis in this study can be accepted. The contribution of teacher professionalism training to teacher performance was 61.5%, this means that 38.5% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Financing management is one of the most important elements in educational institutions because it is related to the implementation of madrasah activities. The problem that arises in financing management is that financing has not been managed properly so that there are still many teachers who are less prosperous. Therefore, as the manager of madrasah financing management is required to be more optimal and pay attention to financing management and improve teacher welfare. The objectives of this study were to determine: 1) financial management at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hidayah Sukatani, Depok City; 2) the welfare of teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hidayah Sukatani, Depok City; 3) the influence of financing management on the welfare of teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hidayah Sukatani, Depok City. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a descriptive verification method. The data in this study were obtained through distributing questionnaires (questionnaires). Data analysis techniques in this study used research instrument tests (validity and reliability), normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regregi, T test and coefficient of determination. This study has a framework in which financing management has four indicators, including financing planning, financing implementation, financing supervision, and financing accountability. Meanwhile, teacher welfare has three indicators, including understanding the rights that must be received, additional income, and the suitability of the rights received. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the reality of financing management at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hidayah Sukatani, Depok City is in the medium category, based on the assessment results of 33 respondents, namely 57%. 2) the reality of the welfare of teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hidayah Sukatani, Depok City, is in the medium category from the results of the assessment of 33 respondents, namely 85%. 3) and there is a significant influence between the variable x (management of financing) on ​​the variable y (teacher welfare). The results of the T test show that the value of T count (3,300)> T table (2,042), which means that H0 is rejected. Then the results of the simple linear regression test show that the constant value (a) is 36.240, the regression coefficient (b) is 0.510. And the value of R Square is 0.260 and the result is 26.0%, so that the welfare of teachers is influenced by financial management, and 74.0% is influenced by other factors outside the research. Thus, it is hoped that the management of financing at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hidayah Sukatani, Depok City can be maintained and improved for the better in order to improve the welfare of teachers in madrasah.

Abstract

The digital report card application is a form of implementation of government policies where technology has now entered the realm of education. So that the digital report card application increases productivity and effectiveness, especially teachers. This study aims to describe: (1) the use of the digital report card application in Public Madrasah Tsanawiyah throughout Sumedang Regency (2) the performance of teachers in Public Madrasah Tsanawiyah throughout Sumedang Regency and (3) the relationship between the use of digital report cards application with the performance of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri teachers. throughout Sumedang Regency. This study uses a quantitative research method by distributing questionnaires as many as 31 teacher samples with a population of 152 using a Likert scale model distributed by using the Goggle Form. Based on data analysis and research results show that: (1) the use of the digital report card application in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri in Sumedang Regency is a high qualification from the results of the research on 31 respondents (2) the performance of teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah throughout Sumedang Regency is very qualified. from the results of the research to 31 respondents and (3) there is a strong and significant relationship between the use of the digital report card application and teacher performance by obtaining a correlation coefficient value of 0.644. This means that the higher the use of the digital report card application, the higher the performance of State Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Sumedang Regency. Thus it is recommended that teachers increase the use of digital report cards to improve teacher performance. Key Words: Usage, Digital Report Card Application, Teacher Performance

Abstract

The main parameters of the principal's success relate to the skills and abilities in managing all the potential and resources of the school and carrying out management functions including planning, organizing, implementing, controlling properly and optimally. With the managerial skills possessed by the principal, teachers as an educational resource have an important role in improving the quality of education. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the principal's managerial skills in optimizing teacher performance at MTs Al-Raisiyah Sekarbela West Lombok. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection instruments including participation observations, structured interviews and documentation are the researchers' choice to obtain information. Miles And Huberman's version of data analysis with three activity flows, namely data reduction, presentation of conclusion drawing data. The results of this study show that the managerial competence of the principal including planning, implementing and evaluating the program is able to improve teacher performance and performance. This is evidenced by the commitment of the principal in formulating a program that refers to the protofolio of teacher certification, namely planning and implementing learning, assessment from superiors by scheduling supervision and participation in scientific forums such as MGMP. At the evaluation stage, it is in the form of direct and indirect supervision, as well as an evaluation meeting every three months.

Abstract

In the implementation of education, financing is a potential that greatly determines the quality of human resources and is an inseparable part of education administration management. Because cost is very important in the implementation of education, so universities need effective and efficient financing management, in order to produce quality graduates. In improving the quality of graduates, strong support is needed in learning activities, the use of educational facilities and infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of national education standards. Of the many criteria for improving the quality of graduates, it is inseparable from the costs in the implementation of the educational process. This study aims to describe and find out: (1) Budget planning to improve the quality of education at Ummu Aiman Lawang Elementary School and Islamic Elementary School (2) Budget fulfillment strategy to improve the quality of education at Ummu Aiman Lawang Elementary School and Islamic Elementary School (3) Budget evaluation to improve the quality of education at Ummu Aiman Lawang Elementary School. This research uses a qualitative approach of analytical descriptive type. The methods of data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis model which includes four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Checking the validity of data using Credibility, Transferability, Dependability, and Confirmability. The results showed that: 1) the planning of the education budget of SD Ummu Aiman Lawang was prepared and outlined in the form of an RKAS held at the end of each year by determining all programs along with the budget of each program. Involving school stakholders, through meetings and meeting decisions that have been agreed upon again decided by the head of the foundation 2) Strategies for fulfilling the budget to improve the quality of education at Ummu Aiman Lawang Elementary School and namely: a. independent work unit strategy, b. donations of funds from foundations and students, c. having links with foreign countries, and d. submitting proposals to the government. 3) Evaluation of Education Financing in Improving Quality. Education at SD Ummu Aiman Lawang is carried out through: 1) program evaluation is carried out every semester or year, 2) evaluation of employee performance results, 3) evaluation of organizational mechanisms, 4) evaluation of internal and external analysis results.

Abstract

The problem in this study is to determine the implementation of akidah akhlak learning in the formation of the religious character of students in class IX Mts. Nu Sunan Giri Prigen Pasuruan, supporting and inhibiting factors as well as the results of the implementation of Akidah Akhlak learning in the formation of the religious character of class IX Mts. Nu Sunan Giri Prigen Pasuruan. This research was conducted at IX Mts. Nu Sunan Giri Prigen Pasuruan. Research subjects and informants were class IX class teachers of morals and eighth- grade students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, which is in the form of written or oral data from the research object at the institution. Data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis used Miles and Huberman's data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data modeling (data display), and drawing conclusions. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of akidah akhlak subjects in the formation of the religious character of grade IX Mts. Nu Sunan Giri Prigen Pasuruan used exemplary and habituation methods such as praying before learning begin, praying in congregation, following the Quran Tahsinul program, accustoming praiseworthy behavior, and respecting teachers. and friends. This is in order to support the values of the students' religious character which will be applied in everyday life and become an example. The inhibiting factors: Insufficient time allocation and and the behavior of students.

Abstract

This research aims to determine language politeness in communicating via WhatsApp between students and lecturers. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative with a research focus on the language style and the principle of politeness in WhatsApp using based on the ethics of sending messages. Data were collected using documentation and data analysis techniques with a normative method approach. The results of the investigation of this study indicate that the language style of students towards lecturers tends to ignore the correct language structure rules. In terms of the lexical aspect, a mixture of formal language and slang is still common. However, in communicating based on the social network, WhatsApp, some students have been able to meet the ethics of sending messages by paying attention to the principle of language politeness. Even so, there were also several messages sent by other students that contained violations of politeness to communicate based on media messages WhatsApp.

Abstract

Curriculum development is carried out through a contextual analysis process related to the internal and external challenges of education. This study aims to describe the components of the curriculum at SMPN 1 Kadipaten Tasikmalaya Regency. As for the focus of the study of the curriculum components, namely objectives, content/materials, implementation process, and curriculum evaluation. The research approach used is qualitative research with descriptive study methods. The results of this study indicate that the curriculum is very influential on the quality of the process and learning outcomes of students. This is viewed from various components of the curriculum, including; objectives, content, implementation process, and curriculum evaluation at SMPN 1 Kadipaten Tasikmalaya Regency. Through this research, it is concluded that the components of the curriculum function as a reference for learning and determine the direction of education.
